Hotel Baku dengan Gim

機場打車到酒店， 的士司機搞錯了 把我們搭去不同地段的另一家温德姆酒店， 難怪前台查不到我們的入住訊息…. 後來 幫我們聯繫了訂單上温姆酒店 ，我們再打車過去 辦理入住時已經很晚了， 前台幫我們免費升級到一間超大床房， 後面也續住了2晚 . 酒店總體都不錯， 但如果不是自駕的話 出入就要打車.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

The location of the hotel is excellent, clean and close to Nizami Street. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. All thanks and respect to the distinguished management and I wish them success.Special thanks to the hotel manager Niger for her cooperation and interest. This will not be the last visit to Baku and we look forward to a future visit in the coming years, God willing.

Very nice staffs at reception, met different faces during my stay but all my needs are well taken care of. Great job front desk team! Room is spacious, location is a bit far from tourist attractions, but has supermarket within walking distance, also a shuttle bus can be booked to go to old town. Breakfast is not good as Intercontinental, very little choices so didn't eat there.

The Boutique hotel Baku is very close to the bustling Nizami street while being situated in a quiet lane, so that you are away from the noise yet close to the city centre. The master suite was spacious for the three of us and all the amenities were provided. The elevator was a welcome relief compared to a lot of other hotels in Baku. The breakfast buffet was excellent The staff were efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend this hotel The extra bed in the room needs to be of better quality. Hope the management works on this suggestion

I have been working in a managerial position for giant brands in the hotel industry for about 25 years. For this reason, I believe that I will share with you the best comments about hotels. First of all, I would like to wholeheartedly congratulate the sales department ( Uliana she is the best !)and front office department of this hotel. I would like to thank these staff, who are completely friendly and wholeheartedly helping you, and the hotel's location in the most central place in the heart of Baku, the excellent and complete room cleaning, and most importantly, the wholehearted and sincere smile of all the staff, for this hotel service, which I have rarely seen. As of today, I have shared this information with many of my friends and I would like to share with everyone that the best alternative for Baku travels is the Radison Baku family. Thank you very much for making me feel at home.

В целом все хорошо: нормальный завтрак(да, разнообразия маловато, если оставаться надолго, но за неделю я не успел ощутить), адекватный номер, wi-fi, отличный персонал и цена. Номер был немного уставший(пару пятен на ковре, коцаная тумба), но в ванной комнате все новое + регулярно обновлялись расходники и основная мебель в отличном состоянии. Основной минус - расположение: остановки автобусов, которые идут от/до центра близко и ходит ОТ часто, но до самих остановок надо пробираться через припаркованные авто у сервисов, автодиллеров и шиномонтажек. В итоге с утра уезжал на ОТ, а возвращался на такси.

الفندق صغير وفيه مسبحين داخلي وخارجي وفيه سبا المميزات : السرير مريح . الاثاث جميل كلاسك ونظيف الغرفه واسعه . الحمام واسع . يجيدون اللغه الانجليزيه السلبيات: مافيه شطاف . البوفيه سيء لابعد حد . مروحة شطف الروايح في الحمام ضعيفه جدا . السيرفس ع مانطلبهم يتاخرون مره . الستاير ديكور لا تمنع الضوء في النهار وكان مزعج جدا دخول النور للغرفه كامله وقت النوم

Very well appointed rooms ..very good size and excellent location at the city center and most of the places were walkable between 10-20 minutes.. A good mall is next to the appartments which has a good food court ..Pervez at their office was very helpful .. he helped us with booking of city tours and bus to shahdag …
