On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. This is a new and modern, business-oriented hotel in the center of the city. There are shopping centers and local restaurants within walking distance. Easy to arrange tours into the grassland. Well-maintained rooms and spacious. Sheets are clean and rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Try talking to the AI control in the room( Chinese) it was interesting and does a few actions with voice control

包頭雖然地處內蒙經濟最強盛的“呼包鄂地區”，但五星級酒店並不多，香格里拉大酒店，應該是包頭最好的五星級酒店了。 酒店位置優越，面對鋼鐵大街（一條有故事的街道），前面是一個很大的市民公園，綠草如茵。 大堂很有氣勢，中餐廳十分漂亮，自助早餐必須點贊，內蒙風味的特色美食有好多種，羊肉燒麥做得一點不比外面的網紅燒麥差。 房間寬敞明亮，設施設備完善，歡迎水果等一應俱全。 從迎賓、前台、餐廳，到客房，所有的服務人員都熱情周到，彬彬有禮。 一次很好的入住體驗！

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

This was my first time visiting Hohhot and chose the hotel because of convenience of movement, it’s close to the airport as well as the train station. The service was okay even though they couldn’t speak English. The room was nice and clean too but the smell of smoke in the corridors didn’t make it all so pleasant. I really enjoyed the breakfast though and the revolving restaurant was a nice touch. I wouldn’t mind coming back to have a stay when I’m in Hohhot.

The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing, just below my location, near the community, within a few minutes' walk. It was very convenient to travel, the room was warm and comfortable, the details were perfect, and even the corner was spotless.The bed is soft and moderate, so you can relax the enthusiasm of the front desk staff instantly when you lie down.

Front desk staffes were very quick and proffesional. Breakfast was great comparing to the cost performance. Shuttle bus was also appreciable. Will come again when i have a transit flight through the city.

Great location, one of the best hotels in the city. Parking was easy underground and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room had a great view of the city and was incredibly clean. Overall; an excellent stay!

I am very pleased with my visit to Hailiang Plaza Hotel (Zhongshan Road Metro Station). Good location in the center. Nice, helpful staff. Good daily services and cleaning. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the metro station, shops, and local attractions. This made it very simple to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was reliable and thorough, keeping the room fresh and pleasant throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of excellent location, professional service, and friendly hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Hailiang Plaza Hotel to other travelers and would be happy to return here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality and wonderful experience!

服務。服務這一塊真的太棒了，無論是最開始前台接電話的小哥哥，還是下午茶的服務人員，早餐的服務人員態度都特別好，比某些所謂的星級的好多了。前台漂亮的小姐姐們服務都特別好，給孩子加熱水的時候太貼心的給試温度。還有管家，推薦的內容和服務都很不錯。房型。帶着孩子給免費升級了房型，房間裝修很不錯，設施都很好用，尤其是窗外的景色，尤其是晚上真的很絕。 還贈送了免費的下午茶，時光裏真的很出片，帶子孩子或者是兩個人，都是很好的放鬆的地方。作為一個呼倫貝爾本地人，我衹能説下次去海拉爾我還去住。
