Excellent service from the team reception , concierge especially the butler . She helped us to ensure our check in and checkout with excellent service . Very good hotel. It's not far from the other hotels. Basically all hotel located at the same street. Just 1km away from the wuzhen tourist attraction point. The owner is very helpful and kind. Since we are foreigners, we couldnt order the chuan chuan sticks and taxi, the owner helped us to place order. Place is super clean, hygienic and quiet. Suitable for relaxing and revitalizing oneself. Overall I am satisfied and highly recommend this place. Thank you for the welcome dumpling. Wish you happy and prosperous

An amazing location, fantastic service, the owner and her mother were extremely helpful and friendly, took us by car to the ticket office and entrance to wuzhen. Breakfast was well provided for Asian taste , suggest the have some milk for morning tea for the odd westerner like me staying, but it's not a big deal Coffee shop inside the boutique motel rather than a home stay. We will stay here again, I hope they visit us in new Zealand..

Modern looking hotel on a street that’s full of restaurants and homestay. Just a short walk to the Wuzhen attraction. Hotel staff were quite friendly and bid my friends and I farewell with a gift when we checked out. What a pleasant surprise!

The location was perfect. Located right next to the ancient towns entrance. However the room smelled a bit musty and a few things were in need of repair. Also I need coffee and there was none to be had at breakfast. Also the windows were too thin and the street traffic was loud.

房間裝修很高級，一樓公共空間有茶室和咖啡，後院有上房揭瓦景點，聽説還是看日落的好地方，可以這兩天陰天，沒有去。我們住的loft上下兩層很好玩，店主還在樓下榻榻米加了兩床被子。不過家庭出遊還是建議家庭房，睡榻榻米有點硌。不過拍照超級好看喲。

Gg_racePlace is much older than picture. Not well maintained. Smoking in lobby. Pillow no good, sholders ache next morning. Room walls and door thin, 6am on sunday families running around and knocking each other's door. Towel provided is reusable, very thin... No lift but receptionist helped us carry our luggages up stairs. Elderly owner saw that my dad's legs was not good and offered us level 2 room instead. Swimming pool was drained dry. Homecooked breakfast. But when we requested for airport transfer, young receptionist told us its 60cny per pax but old guy (not sure if onwer) stopped him and told us (2 of us) it's 220cny for us. Not sure if it was an honest mistake but likely would not stay at this place again. Very run down but good service especially by elderly lady.
