LâhĂŽtel quand Ă lui est trĂšs atypique, bien entrentenu et trĂšs beau. Il nâest pas loin des restaurants et boutiques. Pour se rendre Ă la plage plusieurs moyens : taxi, vĂ©lo ou bien en scooter (les agences de locations sont nombreuses Ă cĂŽtĂ© de lâhĂŽtel).Â
Le roof top est paisible avec sa piscine bien exposĂ©e, le personnel du bar trĂšs poli et attentionnĂ©.Â
Les chambres sont trĂšs propres avec une belle salle de bain et 2 ballons. Le lit est suspendu mais on peut demander Ă ce quâil soit fixĂ© pour ceux que ça dĂ©range.Â
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hÎtel et nous le recommandons vivement voyageurs en visite à Tulum.

GGeorge CyprusVery nice small hotel at the start of the beach street. Can grab a taxi from centro to get there for about 300mxn. If you dont mind walking then its easy to just walk along the tulum beach street to reach any restaurant or beach club. The room was very nice with an outdoor shower and bath although the wooden floor there was rusty with nails pointing out which was as dangerous so that has to be fixed. Reception was very helpful and even gave us recommendations for restaurants and events for the night. They have their own beach access and loungers so its very convenient as its right on the beach. Breakfast was advertised and its a light yoghurt with little bit of granola and fruits with filter coffee and juice and two pieces of toast for two people. Breakfast has room for improvement in my opinion. Overall good experience for the price. No coffee machine in the room although it is shown in the listing images, usually hotels include those for free. There was some camping right next to the hotel which seemed weird, not sure what that was as it also had access to the hotel through stairs connected to the hotel.

VVugarWhen i made reservations trip.com charged while reservation.
When i checked in they asked for credit card deposit and they blocked approximately 600 usd .After hours again they charged full payment which i was paid to Trip.com already .when i called them they told me they did the recieved payment from trip.com.
So after some hour they called said sorry we did wrong while you check out we will return money.
It is about 1 week i am still waiting money to be returned to my credit card which was charged without my permission.By the way they wasnât blocked anount they just charged 3700$ .About the rooms i never suggested bungoliw tents.insects everywhere âŠ.

DDidiOur stay at Tago Tulum was simply outstanding! The hotel itself is a paradise â the rooms look even better than in the photos, with spacious layouts, beautiful decor, and that perfect blend of luxury and Tulumâs bohemian style. The beachfront view and peaceful ambiance made it the ideal place to unwind.
What really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Victor. He took care of everything we needed, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Victorâs warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home â a true gem! Tago Tulum is a must for anyone visiting Tulum, and we canât wait to return

Had a lovely large and clean room.
Swimming pool is gorgeous but could use a few scoops to remove the fallen leaves.
Staff shined bright by their absence, breakfast at 8.00 didn't happen but much later...
Beach club offer is not really free, and needs a self paid taxi service.
I ended up going to the beach on own regards.
The seaweed was huge, so all this together made me relocate to other places. Non refundable hotel so be aware!

NNicky1226The price is a bit expensive. Good location. It's convenient for eating and shopping around. The room is big. Night life is abundant. It's also very convenient to get to the station. I will choose to stay here again when I go to Cancun in the future.
