- Good Location : just 3-4kms from Denpasar airport & around 2kms from the Kuta beach. - Connectivity: Frequent cabs on the road passing by so stopping them and traveling wasn't the issue. We used the GoJek app and we found it to be really fast. - Rooms: Clean and as per the picture. The pool was very clean and water circulation controls inside the room so that makes things easier. - Breakfast: Decent options for a basic breakfast, I felt they can improve in this area. - Staff: Excellent people and very well managed. Overall a great place is worth every penny. Cons: A few wall seepage needs to be repainted. bathroom door didn't lock. The door alignments need correction.

The architects of this new hotel really hadn't a clue! It's got more marble than The Vatican. Very ”Chinese”...bling bling...chandelier! The whole place is so badly designed nothing really works...not the bar...not the gym...not the restaurant... Rooms are fine (if you dig marble)...breakfast buffet seemed to be a big hit with the Asians staying.

Amazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

Enjoyed the pool facility and countless activities. Walking distance to restaurants, roadside shopping and kita beach Downside - One of the worst hotel breakfast i had, it is at max a 3star quality. Hotel was handling 1000pax that weekend and we were at the back up place for breakfast at 830am which is bad - smokey area with temporary egg and dosai station. The food selection is terrible, of low quality Daytime renovation right above the room, it was so annoying

Staff - resourceful but there is a room for improvement Overall look and feel - room lacks natural lighting.. hotel facilities are old and require to be refurbished View from room - facing indoor Breakfast - good variety food but taste & quality can be improved Overall, not worth to pay RM 400++ for one night stay.

My second stay to this hotel and I feel the service quality has downgraded compared to my 1st stay. 1. We checked in around 7PM and I wanted to settle the room bill directly but due CC machine connectivity error, they weren’t able to charge my card. The male front desk staff advised me that i can settle the payment anytime even during checkout. Next day morning, while I was sleeping I got call from female front desk agent and she asked me to settle the payment. Told her clearly that her colleague who assisted with the check in, mentioned that I can settle anytime even during check out. Seems like there was a miscommunication between the staffs which caused the guest feels uncomfortable. 2. No hairdryer throughout the stay as they just have limited hairdryer. 3. Wifi is big issued as we required to log in several times.

My wife and I, together with our son and his wife, stayed for two nights at Paasha Atelier Bali. Having stayed the day before at a typically traditional Bali hotel in Ubud, Paasha Atelier was a refreshing change. We entered into a brand new, recently renovated modern hotel centrally located on Jalan Raya Kuta. It is just 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport, and not far from the main beach and shopping areas. The room was of good size, exceptionally clean and provided with modern furnishings, amenities and all other convenience for the guest, including tea making facilities, LCD TV with many channels and free WiFi.The bed was nice and comfortable and the room brightly lit. From the balcony overlooking the swimming pool, we have a good view of the congested roads below. However, the balcony had no chairs to sit on while we sip our coffee or tea. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and lots of choice. Paasha Atelier was a relaxing getaway. It was an excellent choice we made and good value for money due to its competitive room rate. We stayed 1 month here , the hotel is very nice staff is wonderful , breakfast is lovely, the rooms are a nice size , the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works well , the breakfast has a egg station, and a pancake station, the pool is nice , they do offer food and beverages at the pool , the restaurant food is ok , very small portions, the prices are ok , overall I very nice place to stay ,

Stay at 20 - 22 April 2023 with Family of four. Hotel is small like a boutique type but nice and cozy. Room is quite small for family room. Room is clean, bed is comfy, AC working with perfectly cold. There is one single bed and super King Size bed in this room. Fit for us 4 of persons. Smart TV provided and WiFi is good. Breakfast was good teste. Not many varieties but good enough. Location is good in the middle of Kuta area. Parking area is small but they have basement for some of vehicle. Overall Recommended for family 👍👍👍
