stayed here for three nights when i revisited bali in November.i stayed at beachfront bungalow,they have two beachfront bungalows only.the room is traditional style.it is a simple bungalow with fridge and TV,but no soap and toiletries.the staff is helpful,in the morning, the male staff komang will ask to clean your room.at night,the staff Made will chat with you.he is a driver too.i went with him to visit asak village rice fields one morning,very natural and beautiful place.he even let me try bali popcorn cook by his wife,which is delicious,different from those you buy at cinema.i love to stay here.during the stay,i watched world cup live,what a memory here,but the TV pictures quality not very good.they close their restaurant after pandemic,if you want to have breakfast, you can to Lexat restaurent,just beside Geringsing Bungalow.and you can have 10% discount. will stay here again when revisit candidasa.

What a little gem this is!, I have travelled with a group around Bali and lombok. Some of the hotels I have stayed in are still catching up on customer service, but not this one. They are totally up to speed… or even ahead ! the customer service was superb!, from welcome drinks, being shown to the room, shown all the facilities and feeling very looked after from the moment I walked in! Staff know the customer names, plates come with your names on it and the food was excellent. The food is so well presented, everywhere is so clean and tidy and the staff are so attentive . I would come back here in a heartbeat!, please congratulate all of the staff working here for all of their superb efforts! It was the best customer service that I experienced in my whole two weeks of travelling and the hotel, its grounds are beautiful, all kept superbly clean and tidy. Regards Kim .

Отель очень классный, на первый взгляд. Вид шикарный. Садик приятный. На этом всё. Пишут, что номера «уставшие». Они не уставшие, они полностью убитые. Черная плесень опасна для здоровья. В номерах не убираются вообще. Это не преувеличение, это факт. Заселили в «чистый номер» смотрите фото во вложении. Грязь везде такая, что не положить вещи никуда. Положил белую рубаху, она черная стала. Положил ночью руку на верх кровати, весь в паутине, грязи и пыли. Это я еще очень корректно рассуждаю. Унитазы не моются. Они черные под ободком. Везде разруха, грязь. Про пыль даже не говорю. Белье постельное НЕ МЕНЯЮТ ОТ ГОСТЯ К ГОСТЮ! Мы должны были переселиться из ужасного бокового номера в центральный, так как он совсем немного получше. Сидели на улице. Предыдущие гости должны были уехать. Пришел мужик с веником. Заправил кровать мятую, подмел пол и сказал, заезжайте. Мы говорим, а почему постельное белье не поменял? Он говорит, что поменял и оно чистое. А оно все в пятнах, с волосами чужими и тд. Принес новое белье, НО НЕ СТАЛ ЕГО ЗАПРАВЛЯТЬ! Просто отдал и ушел. Я позвал его еще раз, с деликатно просьбой протереть пыль. Взял белую салфетку, провел по кровати, она стала черная. Я еще не успел ничего сказать, как он с обиженным видом сказал, что ничего убирать он не будет, если нам не нравится, нам следует покинуть отель. Вот такой тут сервис. Испорченное настроение, вонь в номерах сыростью и плесенью. В итоге попросили щетку, чтобы самим убраться, так как нет времени переезжать. Вай фай слабый. Завтраков нет. Кухня есть, пользоваться не дают под любыми предлогами. Мне искренне жаль собственника этого места. Наверняка он вложил деньги, а персонал просто уничтожает его бизнес. Наверняка платит «сотрудникам» за уборку. Они врут ему, что убираются. Такое шикарное место загубили. Можно было бы повысить качество сервиса, выгнать этих лентяев, сделать хорош у завтрак и продавать номера в 2 раза дороже.

Our travel group of 12 had the opportunity to enjoy a fabulous stay at the Watergarden Hotel while enjoying a quilting seminar and retreat on the property as well. The hotel served as our home away from home while we toured in the Candidasa area and also had quilting lessons at the hotel. Our rooms and linens were very comfortable. Filtered water was available to us daily as well as a hot pot so we could have coffee in our room in mugs provided in our hotel room while watching the coi our private coi pond while we slowly began our day. We had hot water every day in a luxurious in room shower. We ate breakfast and lunch in the hotel dining room everyday. Our group ordered this a day ahead and our breakfast and lunch not only was beautiful and delicious was provided piping hot, on time every day. The most delightful thing about this that the staff’s enthusiasm and friendliness was demonstrated continually. After the first day, they all knew my name and the rest of our party of twelves names! I forgot to mention that they also for a nominal fee did a load of laundry for me which was impeccably done, folded and smelled fantastic on the same day I left it with the front desk. All of this superb service attention to detail starts with one key element, an employee named Puta. She introduced herself to our group when we checked in coming to each of our rooms to let us know to contact her if we needed anything. From spa appointment which (I highly recommend you do as many as possible while you are there) as well as addressing any questions we had. She also came and picked up 3 guests who didn’t want to continue activities in Candidasa and took them back to the hotel. She also helped us hire Balinese dancers for our final evening dinner which we had at the hotel that was delicious, intimate and wonderful for our group. Thanks to the entire staff for making our visit to Bali so wonderful! We will be back!

Just amazing hotel our second favourite hotel on our tour of Bali. A small boutique hotel that made us feel special. Room was excellent bed and pillows so comfy. Balcony with garden view shady and practical. Breakfast served to you was wonderful and the staff were so so gracious and kind a credit to the hotel. The infinity pool is beautiful as the backdrop is the sea and surrounded by palm trees shading it. Happy hour was long a few hours and a fab idea to have buy one get one free! Candidasa is a small resort but very nice and peaceful compared with Ubud and Sanur a great stop on our tour. The tv we couldnt work it out but I am sure this could have been fixed if we had asked for help. All in all a great stay that could not be improved. Well done - we loved this hotel - the staff make it here along with a nice relaxing on view. A fab memory 💕 we got a taxi to Virgin beach which was 10 min drive very worth it and also had fab meal in a restaurant called Vincent’s both additions made for a fab stay in Candidasa.
