A place for integrating your mind, body, and soul. Words that come to mind when I look back at my experience: Luxurious yet authentic. Eco-friendly. Holistic. Warm. Helpful & Flexible. Generous. Home away from home. This wasn't my first time in Bali, but this time I had come with different motives. I came to receive healing, and integrate a lot of the spiritual into my practical life. I was intuitively led to Fivelements, despite other available, more cost-friendly, options. My stay was quite long, so that was an important factor to consider. Everything before the trip didn't make sense why I was being led there, even the way the booking process was going at the start. It wasn't until I actually arrived there and spent time at this beautiful oasis, that it all started to make sense. If you are a conscious traveller, here are a few things about the place that made it more than just a relaxing or exotic retreat: - The location is very high frequency, and there are constant spiritual ceremonies taking place near the location that are elevating its frequency on daily basis, as well as others embedded into the program at the facilities themselves - completely optional and available in individual and group settings. - Considerations of even more specific energetic structure were taken into consideration in assigning some zones to meditation and grounding activities - You eat fresh from their farm <3 - The facilities themselves are nicely designed, offering a hybrid of modern and natural in-the-woods experience. If you want to just be in nature, out of the city, and still enjoy luxury that is well integrated with the ecosystem around it and doesn't disconnect you from the natural experience you came for, that's definitely the place to be. It's perfectly far enough from Ubud to have that serene and undistracted experience, and in the same time at the perfect distance if you feel like going out at any point and hopping on the shuttle bus to get a taste of the beautiful city center of Ubud, and shop for medical herbs, organic foods, healing tools, or environmentally-friendly and fun local products to take back home with you. - 99% of the staff is well-trained, and very hospitable. Management (John) is very hands-on and you can see a good level of consistency in the culture of the place, and high hospitality standards. Everything and everyone in the place promotes an authentic culture of 'balance' that can genuinely bring in that energy to your own and make a shift in your perspective, if you are there long enough. From Front Office (Nova), to the yoga instructors, to the very unique, gentle, yet very well-versed physical trainer (Wira), to the healers and different treatment providers most of whom genuinely find great purpose in their craft, to Chef Dee whose mission is to help you eat clean and healthy yet still enjoy delicious and nutritious meals, to restaurant hostesses who are warm, patient, and helpful, and drivers, and housekeeping staf
