Very good location, room pretty ok for couple with balcony. Service was good too. Security staff very friendly

Overall good.. i choose suite room, large room but why they dont provide bathrobe ?and also the water kettle is broken the water not boiled, but im bit not comfortable with the floor, bit uncleaned maybe they using floor cleaner that makes floor bit sticky.

Spacious rooms, great breakfast, with a lot of variety food choices. Clean pool, though a little dated. Cleanliness in the rooms can be improved, there are stains in the bathrooms and shower floors. That’s a turn off. Staff members are very kind and personable. They provide towels for swimming, and adaptors for phones if you don’t have. They’re overall prepared to host guests from around the world. If definitely recommend this place and my family and I will return.

Visited the second time. Definitely will come back again. I love the location, friendly and lovely staff. Breakfasts are even better than half a year ago! Well done ✅

I paid extra for the Honeymoon Suite and was very underwhelmed. It was on the ground floor with no view and right next door to the loud nightclub. It was the worst night's sleep I've had in a hotel in a very long time. The walls are paper thin and you hear everyone in the corridors. For the price, there are better options. The staff were friendly and a good selection at breakfast. The pool was okay - a little tired. The air-con and bed were good. The room was clean.

It is very good.i love this places.i have a very relax time and good time in this places.think i will come back later in future.

Great hotel love it there, location is perfect staff are 24/7 for your every need especially Herman, Dewi, Johan and Juan. They all helped give me great advice on things to do In the area and the housekeeping make your room perfect every day 10/10 I’ll be back again!

Location is excellent with bead just about 200 mtrs, market about 400 mtrs and plenary of eating and relaxation options, it’s next to MAXICOLA (the best music, night club). Breakfast is average, staff of polite and helpful. Overall, it’s value for money as this is not very expensive.

Reception was very friendly and accommodating. I rented a scooter there for 2 days and the security staff was very helpful with the scooter to help me park at the basement as it was a very steep slope to the basement carpark.
