Das Hostel ist sowohl innen wie auch von außen sehr schön, sauber und die Familie sowie Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Zugleich wird ein Teil der Einnahmen an einen gemeinnützigen Zweck in der Umgebung gespendet.
Das angebotene Frühstück ist ausgewogen und wird zwischen 8 und 10Uhr frisch zubereitet.
Einzig kleiner Nachteil ist die Entfernung zu Ubud diese ist jedoch mit Grab oder gemietetem Roller innerhalb von 10-15min kostengünstig zu erreichen.
Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Wassersport, Quad fahren oder sonstige Touren können von dort aus gebucht werden.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.! I booked a room through Agoda, and booked a driver from Seminyak to drive me up here. I got confirmation that I was good to go, and when I arrived the gate was locked, I rang the bell, knocked, called, had my driver call, emailed, waited for an hour and no one answered!!! The place looked extremely run down, desolate, and something out of a wrong turn movie. My phone was dead, and I can’t imagine if I wouldn’t have made the driver wait what could of gone wrong, sleeping in the rice fields wouldn’t of been my idea of a relaxing time. I took plenty of pics/vids of of the situation for anyone in doubt. Just stay anywhere else, and make sure the villa is in business before you waste hours of your vacation!!!

I stayed here for 4 weeks recently. I had originally intended to travel around more, but I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable at Huts Rock that I decided to stay for the duration of my time in Bali. The position is great, just about 5 minutes or so by motorbike to the centre of Ubud. As with all places in and around Ubud, the traffic is busy. Huts Rock does a great job of masking the traffic noise with the calming sound of water falling from the water features into the pool. The accommodation is also set a fair way back off the road, which helps. The 2 different rooms I stayed in were very comfortably sized, well equipped and furnished, and perfectly suited to a solo traveller or couple. Great big bathrooms are a luxury. Each room has its own outdoor space with seating. As I was on the 3rd floor you could describe this as a balcony I guess. A further great feature of the property is the 2 zen like yoga areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors that are available at all times for guests to use. I was lucky enough that my stay coincided with a very friendly yoga teacher who took an impromptu class for a couple of us. Overall it is a really nice property. The architecture is a mixture of traditional Balinese with some other more modern influences that go to make up an impressive series of joined buildings surrounding the central pool. I must also mention the staff. During my stay there was an excellent chef present who prepared great meals as required. The food was tasty and healthy, it was a real privilege to have this available. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They gave me so much help - lifts to town and other places, arranged day trips, laundry, massages, and they were just very nice to chat with. This is a great place if you are happy to spend that little bit extra and get a serviced room and all the support you would need for a stress-free stay in Bali.

Fantastic resort close to Ubud!
The Westin Ubud resort has the largest and most luxurious pool of any Ubud hotels with panoramic views of the jungle.
The results are very gorgeous photos.
I really liked the breakfast at the hotel. Large buffet ranging from Asian dim sum to European delicacies.
We want to say a big thank you to the receptionist - Miss Vania for her kind heart and beautiful smile.
Next year we will try to return to this tropical oasis of greenery, luxury and peace!

The location of the hotel was perfect as it's in the city center which is very accessible to nearby restaurants and store. Nearest attraction place to visit is the monkey forest which is only a walking distance for about 5 to 10 mins. The room that we had was fine and the staff were friendly and approachable. They offer tours services as well but we only knew it when were about to leave Kuta. The price was reasonable as well for travellers.

I always love staying at Komaneka Rasa Sayang when in Ubud and have stayed there many times on my own, with friends and with family. My last visit was with my brother who joined me from Cape Town. He absolutely loved it. The service is exceptional and I always feel very spoilt by the amazing staff and it does feel like it is my second home in Bali. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ubud. From the moment I arrive, I am always welcomed back like family. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious with gorgeous bathrooms and balconies with daybeds overlooking lush greenery. A jar of home made cookies and fruit basket is a lovely touch. The hotel is set back from the main road but it is so peaceful and only steps away from the centre of Ubud with lots of great shops and restaurants and the monkey forest. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing surrounded by palm trees, nature and the sound of running water from the river below. The staff are so attentive at the pool and it is a great spot to enjoy the daily complimentary afternoon tea. The breakfast is delicious and has lots of variety. The restaurant setting is beautiful overlooking the pool. If something is not on the breakfast menu, just ask and the staff will go out of their way to make it for you if possible. I wish to compliment Ari at reception for her exceptional and always polite and friendly service. I did miss seeing Ibu Desak and Sitiari this time. Can’t wait to be back there again

Great hotel! Beautiful view. food and drinks @ naga bar are super tasty and the service by Adee and Dita spot on! Extensive breakfast with good service by Tya. A warm welcome every morning. Located just outside Ubut but easy to reach with the free shuttle bus. Rooms spacious, neat and clean. All in all a super nice hotel that we recommend to everyone.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in after arriving in Bali to get in the groove before we travelled to Ubud. Great room on 2nd level overlooking pools joining level 1 rooms with private balcony. rooms were very tidy and had everything we needed. Walk to beach via Restaurant, Bar and pool. Great walkway along the beachfront as well as a number of alternate locations for meals. Beach was clean and a nice change from the pool. Out on the street some brilliant massage locations and shopping without the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Ubud. Friendly helpful staff topped off the experience. definitely back again .

PPengguna Tanpa NamaAbsolutely beautiful hotel. The largest, most impressive place we've ever stayed in. The level of service and care was far beyond what we could have imagined. Pools and beach are excellent. We visited some other areas and the beaches were quite dirty and not pleasant at all, so we really appreciated how well maintained ours was.
Our only complaints (purely so they could improve that last %10) would be:
A few areas were quite dirty. Felt a bit like they think no one would look there, so why bother
The spa was very nice, especially the design, but felt quite rushed and not as attentive as it could be. We also arranged for the outdoor bath at the end of the massage, but it wasn't very pleasant due to the state of the bathtub itself.
Food is OK. Definitely in no way bad at all. But just OK.
Our room had an annoying door to link 2 rooms together, which is very outdated and quite annoying as there is basically an open hole between the rooms. Our neighbours were very noisy and we could hear everything including their screaming kids. You will also hear everything upstairs, including the house keeping carts going down the hallways. Not quite sure why, but it was definitely quite noisy unfortunately.
Overall though, a very very nice hotel and highly recommended. And again, the staff were amazing.

JJoshuaRSANew hotel with lots of friendly and eager to assist staff. Their kindness makes you feel welcomed and their readiness to serve you at every moment truly makes it feel like you’re on holiday. The rooms and facilities are clean, beautiful pool and water fountain. Great spa to get a massage at and breakfast was good. Shuttle service that runs to and from Ubud Centre (only selected times, so make sure you know the schedule).
Although I gave them a 5/5, the are still things I think that they can improve on.
1. Housekeeping is quite slow, I stayed at the pool one day and had lunch at the restaurant, after 3 hours I returned to my room and it still wasn’t touched by housekeeping. I also waited longer on the day of my check-in to get to my room. Although I arrived early and was patient and understanding to wait until my room was ready at 14:00 I still ended up waiting another 30mins to get to my room. This was a little annoying as they already knew I was waiting a long time and feel like they could’ve somehow speeded up the service. I understand they have their cleaning standards, especially for a new check-in. Maybe they need to employ more housekeepers to fulfil the hotel’s requirements.
2. On the day of my arrival the pool wasn’t open due to bad weather days prior to my check-in, which I totally understand and grateful they tend to the pool so well. I was however offered 20% discount on the Spa, outdoor activities etc. through a paper that was placed on my bed after I got into my room. However this coupon wasn’t explained to me and when I tried to use it two days later for a massage I was told it was only valid for the day the pool was out of service.
3. Breakfast - I understand it’s a smaller hotel and I appreciate any hotel that tries to contribute to the environment by limiting food waste by only serving certain about of dishes, however a better variety would have been appreciated, especially for guests that stays for a couple of nights. With that the buffet breakfast only came with a Balinese Coffee or Tea. This was not explained before booking the room and this information wasn’t given by Trip.com. It does however say the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea. But like many many other hotels I’ve stayed at and mentioned that the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea it usually means that there is a variety of coffee or teas available. And wanting a cappuccino or iced latte for breakfast would cost you extra.
4. The restaurant, drink usually came not as cold as one would expect it to be. I ordered an ice tea and it was more of a lukewarm tea. The beer they served was also not very cold and quite disappointing especially when it’s so hot and all you want is something ice cold.
5. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, management can think of a better way to showcase the entrance/name of the hotel.
Overall I enjoyed the stay, it close enough to walk to Ubud Centre (about 15min walk) If you’re up to it. It’s beautiful, clean and a little peace of paradise.
Some services however need more attention to details.

Excellent customer service - polite, friendly and accommodating staff always smiling & greetings guests
Very comfortable, spacious executive room with a balcony which overlooks the pools, garden and beach area.
Very big spread of food & drink variety in Grain restaurant. Healthy and good taste
Good selection of wines and fruit drinks in the executive lounge. The snack food were little options and always not enough - room for improvement here.
The fitness centre at L1 is spacious but only basic equipment with some free weights. Would need more equipment such as lat pull down, bench/shoulder press, legs extension & curls.
Overall excellent stay and will look forward to future holidays here.

YYazidiBau hapak yang mengerikan dalam bilik🤮🤮. bila. apabila kami mengadu mengenainya tiada siapa yang datang untuk memeriksa bilik itu kerana mereka tahu apa itu. kami telah dihantar humidifier (yang tidak membantu sama sekali). Malam pertama kami bangun dengan hidung tersumbat dan hilang selera sebahagiannya. Jika anda mengambil berat tentang keselamatan kesihatan anda, saya tidak mengesyorkan semuanya terutamanya jika anda mempunyai anak Elakkan hotel ini.
Lokasinya hebat, pantai tidak begitu selesa untuk berenang (ombak besar). Perkhidmatannya hebat. kami terpaksa menggunakan tangga memandangkan beberapa bahagian hotel telah rosak lif. ke mana-mana sahaja kami pergi kami dikenakan bayaran 5℅ untuk perkhidmatan tetapi yang ini 10℅.
Fikir dua kali sebelum menempah hotel ini.

This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great

Mahal. Jadi saya basuh dan letak, tapi dekat pantai, jadi ambil masa sehari untuk kering dan berbau..
Letak kat kedai dobi agak jauh... kalau nak datang sini
Lagi bagus kalau bawak jemuran.. Lebih kurang 3 ke 4 meter..
Bilik ini pada asasnya tidak mempunyai pengudaraan, jadi apabila anda sampai di tingkat 1, ia menjadi sangat lembap ... Jadi saya berpindah ke tingkat 2. di sini juga
Lebih baik TT Mercun di hadapan pantai sekitar jam 9.10 malam.
Ia meletup, tetapi hei~~ Kuasa api ㅠ.ㅠ Ia membuat banyak bunyi..ㅋ Saya fikir ia adalah bom yang meletup...Tetapi saya tidak melakukannya selepas pukul 10 untuk melihat sama ada saya mempunyai hati nurani ..

PPengguna TetamuWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….
