Breathtaking location with, even for Balinese standards, extremely nice staff. Specially Revi and the new trainee made sure we had an incredible stay. Make sure you order the Rijsttafel in the Clouds restaurant.. you wonโt regret it. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ PS: Very sad to see some visitors/ tourists still behave very rudely to the super friendly staff. In my opinion you donโt deserve the Balinese hospitality. Sorry on their behalf..

A must-stay accomodation in the Bedugul area! This is the fourth or fifth time I am back at Homm Saranam since 2017 and never once did they disappoint. The view is just spectacular from the hotel lobby as well as the room (get the superior or deluxe room at level 1 for the great view of the landscape!) Less than 15 min drive from Ulun Danu Bratan Temple. For those seeking halal food, there is Warung Gemitir located just a short walk away from the hotel. Convenience store is also available within walking distance.

The building, room, interior and exterior are awesome. Unfortunately, the hospitality of the staff especially the front office lady could be better, since the front office position is also known as the representative of the hotel. Smile and a warm greeting wont hurt anyone. We actually wanted to extend our stay for 1 more night, so we called the front office. We do understand the room that we stayed in was not availabe to be extended, itโs not about the availability actually, itโs more about how the way the lady delivered the information. It could be delivered in a better with a tourism hospitality manner. The front office could also be more informative on the room availability and explain the price and facilities just in more chill and welcoming voice tone. Therefore, we decided to not extend our stay and move to other hotel nearby which really boosted up the rest of our stay in Lovina. But overall, I do appreciate the art taste of whoever build or own the hotel, the artistic concept is the highlighted point to our stay in padmasari. Thank you.

Cicada did welcome us with a fusion of traditional Balinese design and modern luxury, while our valley suite offered a great view and relaxing comfort. The resort did represent itself in an impeccable cleanliness and serene atmosphere, with a very nice infinity pool. The gym, although very small in size, is adequately equipped for a basic workout. Restaurant Tangelo's beef wellington was a culinary highlight, and the outdoor ร la carte breakfast provided us always a delightful way to start into the day. Recommendable stay!

A beautiful place with so much potential but....
On our first night, we heard a rat going around the roof allllllllll night. We woke up and found rat poop everywhere even near bed. We asked for room change, and we didn't hear anything at night anymore after chaging our room, but every morning we found rat poops near bed.
Also, not being able to use Grab is a huge issue. Local drivers charge ridicuolous amount of money so if you are planning to tour around ubud center, then this resort is not for you.

Located just 5 minutes away from Ubud center. You find the oasis Dinara. A perfect getaway for couples. Outstanding service, viewing the room and accepting before checking in was a new twist for me. Even on check out the try to improve by asking you for any tips on improving. All our requests were met swiftly and with the lovely smile that defined the whole staff. At the property is one of the most recommended restaurant in Ubud. And it sure lives up to that. The menu is varied and the quality and taste was excellent. I have gluten allergy and they could make all the dishes I asked for gluten free. Recommend this place highly. A travel tip, do like the locals rent a bike and experience the off beat sights and the freedom it entails.

I visited Beji Ubud hotel during the pandemic. However, it turns out to be the best decision I made in 2020. The hotel has 5 swimming pools, the best one is the one that has view of forests and feels like we are swimming above the cliff. When I swim there (5 times in 3 days), there was only me. It does feel like a private swimming pool. If you want to feel at peace, and close to the nature, this is the place you should go to. I'd recommend you go on weekdays and hopefully you'd get the pool for yourself. Trust me and thank me later. The staffs are very kind and informative. The location is near a 24 hour minimart and few restaurants, when you at the gate just go left. You'll find many restaurants and cafe which are very affordable. The room service provides affordable foods like noodles, pasta, burger, rice in case you're too lazy to go out. The room is SO big and not old, if you want a bathtub, they have it too! That was the first thing I did when I arrived. The shower has water heater. The bed is kinda ok, not complaint about it tho. But man, the pools you should try! I love love it.

Fantastic resort close to Ubud!
The Westin Ubud resort has the largest and most luxurious pool of any Ubud hotels with panoramic views of the jungle.
The results are very gorgeous photos.
I really liked the breakfast at the hotel. Large buffet ranging from Asian dim sum to European delicacies.
We want to say a big thank you to the receptionist - Miss Vania for her kind heart and beautiful smile.
Next year we will try to return to this tropical oasis of greenery, luxury and peace!

Tucked away in a quaint village far from the maddening crowds in Canggu et al, this is a retreat to recharge and get away from it all. The property is architecturally interesting and the room is unusually vertical, designed as a treehouse, with a bathtub and open air relaxing area at the top. The infinity pool is surprisingly deep, and there is a natural cascading waterfall right in front of it.
Absolutely hidden gem of a place.

As a female solo traveller my experience was brilliant. I stayed for 5 nights. When I arrived at night I was warmly welcomed and ushered to my villa. There were a jar of home made cookies and a welcome note by the staff which I thought added a special touch to my stay. In a nut shell, the staff, (I forget the name of their manager) were very professional and respectful. I couldnโt find one single flaw and I truly think I received a better treatment than what I paid for so thank you team. Cleanliness: The villa was squeaky clean, and was equipped with a very comfy bed, excellent lighting, fluffy pillows and duvet. Air conditioning was on point. There was turn down service which added value to the stay. Safety: I felt very safe. It was equipped with an internal safety lock and wooden bar. The pressure of water in the shower, bath and outside shower was perfect. Location: The location of the villa was a bit of a walk from the reception but there was a buggy service if one wanted. I preferred to walk and stroll in the resort. The resort was a Grab ride away from the town and near places but Keramas beach was on site. Pool: the pool was the highlight of the villa. It was spacious, clean and had privacy. Restaurant: there is Timur restaurant on site which has delicious food on offer. Most of the nights I stayed in and had my meal there. The breakfast was equally good with generous helpings. Cons: just be prepared that theyโre maybe a gecko or two outside but thatโs because youโre out in the nature and in a warm climate.

YYang Xun, GailLocation is a little far out but that contributes to the idyllic charm of the hotel. Everything was fantastic and all the staff extremely polite and friendly.
We were especially impressed that the restaurant staff assiduously recorded our dietary needs to make sure we were covered for the entire stay. Major props to the restaurant for the range of interesting vegetarian options available and the great cocktails!
Room cleaning twice a day is also amazing at a time when many hotels are cutting back to once every 2-3 days. The Black Sands spa lives up to its reviews and the massage and bath were incredibly relaxing.
We truly enjoyed our little slice of paradise and it was a perfect weekend getaway!

PPengguna TetamuThe most thoughtful hotel I've ever been! It's my 6th time in Bali. Front desk was helpful to book the best third party providers for our Nusa Penida tour to our airport pickup. Hotel complimentary are fun - we did sunrise yoga, aqua yoga, even a photoshoot. We paid for the spa (the MOST deeply relaxing massage - we tried the hot stone massage and maya special massage) and it was leaps and bounds BETTER than the one down the beach at the nest which was already highly raved online. We also booked the Indonesian cooking class - amazing food and recipes and location on roof top. Room is amazing as well, with extremely helpful amenities like a clothing line in bathroom & a huge space next to the tub for fuss free bubble bath relaxation. Also, there's milk bath service for our in-room tub. Amazing. Already recommended to friends and family & we will 100% be back!

LleblebLoved our stay at Hava Ubud. The location was perfect , just 10-15mins away from Ubud central.and the amenities were all clean. Staffs were super friendly and constantly make you feel welcome and safe. They were also helpful in attending our request throughout our stay. Its a shame that we couldnt stay longer.
Only downside was the false advertising from TRIP.COM as the website shows a different picture than the actual rooms. For the deluxe room with bathtub, you actually have to top-up extra (~$1.5million rupiah) for it. Trip.com should specify the room amenities properly to prevent any mixups for other future guests.
Thankfully the service was top notched that made it ok to pay extra for the room we wanted.
My recommendation is to not book from trip.com but from a more reliable provider instead.๐

YYazidiBau hapak yang mengerikan dalam bilik๐คฎ๐คฎ. bila. apabila kami mengadu mengenainya tiada siapa yang datang untuk memeriksa bilik itu kerana mereka tahu apa itu. kami telah dihantar humidifier (yang tidak membantu sama sekali). Malam pertama kami bangun dengan hidung tersumbat dan hilang selera sebahagiannya. Jika anda mengambil berat tentang keselamatan kesihatan anda, saya tidak mengesyorkan semuanya terutamanya jika anda mempunyai anak Elakkan hotel ini.
Lokasinya hebat, pantai tidak begitu selesa untuk berenang (ombak besar). Perkhidmatannya hebat. kami terpaksa menggunakan tangga memandangkan beberapa bahagian hotel telah rosak lif. ke mana-mana sahaja kami pergi kami dikenakan bayaran 5โ
untuk perkhidmatan tetapi yang ini 10โ

This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great

PPengguna TetamuAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etcโฆ The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skillsโฆ. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same thingsโฆ. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beachโฆ.

PPengguna TetamuWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

C'est vraiment isolรฉ, au milieu des riziรจres. Le personnel est adorable, trรจs serviable et sympathique. Ils sont toujours lร pour vous et si vous avez une question ou demande, ils se dรฉmรจneront pour y rรฉpondre de suite. La chambre est grande et trรจs propre. Nous avons demandรฉ une chambre en รฉtage et nous l'avons eue. Le lit est ferme mais confortable. Les chambres ont tous une terrasse oรน vous pouvez manger, prendre le petit dรฉjeuner ou simplement vous reposer. Le petit dรฉjeuner inclus est trรจs simple (choix entre omelette et pancakes, jus de fruit, et des fruits), mais suffisant. Vous pouvez payer un supplรฉment pour avoir des choses en plus. Il n'y a pas de restaurant ni bar dans cette maison d'hรดtes, donc il faudra soit aller dans l'hรดtel pas trรจs loin, soit commander votre nourriture sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons optรฉ pour cette deuxiรจme option, et รงa s'est trรจs bien passรฉ, un choix รฉnorme, livraison en moins d'une heure si vous commandez sur un resto d'Ubud. Le personnel peut aussi prendre une commande et votre argent et aller faire 2/3 courses pour vous pour des boissons affichรฉes sur le minibar. Tous les jours ils nous ont donnรฉ une bouteille d'eau chacun gratuite. La piscine est jolie et propre. La climatisation est trรจs performante, parfois mรชme trop! Il faut la rรฉgler. Parfois on finissait simplement par la couper. Vous n'aurez pas chaud. Maintenant, les points nรฉgatifs, car un bon avis doit aussi mentionner les points ร amรฉliorer: Lumiรจre du jour qui passe trรจs facilement, les rideaux ne sont pas trรจs collรฉs ร la fenรชtre donc dรจs 5h du matin on commenรงait ร avoir de la lumiรจre. C'est vrai que nous europรฉens sommes habituรฉs ร dormir dans le noir. Dans la chambre il y avait aussi un bruit de canalisation, assez aigu, quand les gens utilisaient l'eau, que รงa soit nous ou des voisins. Je ne sais pas ร quoi cela est dรป, peut-รชtre une pompe, des canalisations... je ne sais pas si le problรจme est commun ร toutes les chambres. Vu que je suis assez sensible aux bruits pour dormir, j'ai optรฉ pour des boules Quiรจs, problรจme rรฉglรฉ. Comptez 3 ร 5 euros l'aller pour vous dรฉplacer en ville en commandant une course sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons eu la rรฉservation a un trรจs bon prix car rรฉservรฉ tรดt et avant la levรฉe des restrictions sanitaires, donc on va dire que nous sommes trรจs satisfaits de notre choix. J'espรจre qu'ils amรฉlioreront les deux points citรฉs plus haut car c'รฉtait les deux choses qui m'ont dรฉrangรฉ.
