Hotel berhampiran Ulun Danu Batur Temple, Bali

We were sorry we ever booked into a “deluxe” room. We had to request a mini bar which is supposed to come with the room.There was no safe nor airconditioning.The blinds in the room are not hanging properly. The walls are paper thin.Bathroom is disgusting with a shower curtain also badly hung.Towels are thread bare. The breakfast is an oily mess.Then you get told that you may only have this or that from their so called menu.II asked for a second helping of fruit only to be told that she needs to check with the Chef...I suggest that restaurant staff get better training in hospitality.I gym everyday and walked out starving. This noisy hotel does not have a gym or even a bicycle to hire.There is however a heated pool with shabby old cushions & thread bare pool towels. Don’t think you have a view over lake or volcano….!!! Only positive thing to say is that the garden looks nice.

Pelayanan OK, ketika datang langsung disambut bellboy/ roomboy untuk membawakan barang-barang bawaan ke Lobby. Fasilitas OK, memang ada beberapa bagian yang masih bisa ditingkatkan ya.. Kamar bersih, ranjang ada yang baru ada yang lama, juga spring bed nya. Ornamen kamar memang produk lama, namun bisa dibuat lebih bersih dan menarik. Dinding dan atap kamar juga bisa didesain ulang dan lebih bersih dan modern, namun tetap minimalis. Kamar mandi sudah OK. Air panas OK sekali. Sabun mandi dan shampo OK. Balkoni sangat ikonik ya... langsung menghadap gunung dan danau Batur... sangat indah... bisa dibuat lebih bersih dan menarik; ada kursi dan meja yang bisa buat menikmati keindahan alam. Restaurant memiliki space yang cukup luas dan langsung view ke gunung dan danau Batur juga... sangat indah... Saya akan kembali ke Kintamani. Tetap semangat dan maju terus untuk Lake View Hotel and Restaurant.

Saya menghabiskan beberapa hari yang sangat santai di Toteme bersama rakan saya. Kami mempunyai beberapa hari yang sibuk di Ubud, jadi tinggal di Toteme adalah percutian yang dialu-alukan dari kesibukan! Kolam itu indah, saya fikir ia mungkin aneh untuk mempunyai kolam panas dalam cuaca panas tetapi ia indah. Jika saya boleh mempunyai kolam sejuk juga, itu akan menjadikan pengalaman itu sempurna! Katilnya hebat, Anda juga boleh meminta pelbagai jenis bantal, penghawa dingin berfungsi dengan baik. Peti ais di dalam bilik, berguna untuk memastikan buah/makanan sejuk. Air disediakan secara percuma dan akan disegarkan atas permintaan. khemah terasa benar-benar mewah. Peti keselamatan disediakan untuk barang berharga. Kakitangan semua sangat penuh perhatian dan sopan, perkhidmatan mungkin agak perlahan tetapi saya menyedari ini adalah cara Bali dan tbh, di mana saya perlu berada?! Di beberapa tempat lain/berbeza yang kami lawati dalam perjalanan kami, makanan akan keluar dalam pesanan rawak, iaitu satu utama dahulu, kemudian beberapa minuman, kemudian satu lagi utama, kemudian hidangan pembuka... ia menggelikan tetapi boleh mengecewakan jika anda' tidak biasa! Toteme cukup bagus dalam hal itu. Terutamanya Bintang sangat prihatin, perwatakannya yang tersenyum cerah membuatkan penginapan kami di sana sangat menyeronokkan. Kakitangan menjelaskan semasa ketibaan untuk mengharapkan bunyi dari alam semula jadi; cicadas sangat kuat tetapi hanya untuk waktu yang singkat pada awal petang, penyumbat telinga ditawarkan secara percuma. Saya syorkan juga, bunyi enjin kereta yang menuju ke gunung pada pukul 3 pagi agak kuat. Semasa anda tidur di dalam khemah, anda akan dapat mendengar hampir semua perkara yang berlaku di sekeliling anda. Lalat boleh menjengkelkan, tetapi ia menyediakan sedikit kipas meja elektronik untuk menghalangnya daripada makanan/minuman. Saya mempunyai lalat yang lebih teruk di Sepanyol semasa bercuti. Mereka tidak terlalu mengganggu anda apabila anda berada di dalam kolam. Lokasi semasa ketibaan di rim adalah menakjubkan sebelum memandu turun ke dalam kaldera. Syorkan luangkan sedikit masa melihat pemandangan dan makan tengah hari/minum di salah satu restoran. Sarapan pagi sangat lazat, terdapat pilihan satu hidangan yang dimasak atau sejuk daripada avokado pada roti bakar, roti bakar Perancis, mangkuk granola dan Nasi Goreng serta jus segar ATAU kopi bukan kedua-duanya. Saya rasa anda boleh membayar tambahan untuk memiliki kedua-duanya. Jika anda biasa bersarapan dengan banyak, anda mungkin mempertimbangkan untuk mengambil makanan/snek tambahan bersama anda. Kami mempunyai dua khemah jadi kami mempunyai dua pilihan sarapan pagi! Ia agak terlalu banyak makanan, tetapi saya akan mahu lebih banyak makanan jika saya mempunyai satu pilihan daripada menu. Semasa kami makan sarapan pagi yang banyak, kami tidak perlu makan lagi sehingga waktu makan malam. Koktel dan makan malam semuanya disediakan dengan sangat baik walaupun saya rasa perasanya adalah untuk rasa 'barat'. Jika anda suka makanan pedas, minta ***a Asia. Kami meminta Nasi Goreng semasa sarapan pagi untuk menjadi pedas, sangat lazat tetapi masih agak hambar.

Got an antimainstream vacay to Bali this July 2023, too bored to get beaches trip so then we chose to try bobocabin kintamani. Travelled all the way from Legian and we arrived quiet late (at around 8pm). Reaching Kintamani, thick fog welcomed us and we had to get ”up and down” way to the resort. A bit confused to get there at the first time, welcomed by Mr. Arie Radyan and the Ms. Yesi (whose friendly and so strong assisting our belongings 😭 - but we were hesitate). Thank you for the entire staff there, appreciate for the help to bring our ”heboh” luggage and belongings 😅 Super tired but when we arrived at our cabins.... OMG the view was so breathtakingly awesome! They provided some bbq stuffs (we have also bought some beef slices and instant noodles - of course - at town) and enjoyed the scenery up there. Hi-tech, very tidy functioning rooms. Key wasn't provided, we had to use the apps though. All those touch screened buttons (to blur & clear window option, for lamps setting etc) were so WOW. Not kind of morning persons but we woke up early to catch the sunrise moment. It - was - totally - ajhdhjejdhwh (even words can't explain 😭🙏🏻). Having some tea in the morning with view was so legit 🥲 Hope can be back someday 🥰

Puas sekali menginap disini, benar2 recommended tempatnya. 1. Tempat bersih, bisa langsung lihat pemandangan dari atas 2. Lokasi sangat mudah di akses, harga segini di jalan raya🥹❤️ 3. Ownernya helpful, saya pernah kehilangan drone dan Ownernya langsung sigap membantu 4. Tempatny aman 5. Bisa berendam air panas, serius ini enak banget, bersih 6. Ini Villa tp harganya kost😝🙏 Bakal balik kesini lg kalau dapet kesempatan, happy sekali

En la propiedad hay 4 Villas muy sencillas, amplia habitación, baño y listos, poca decoración y todo muy simple y no muy limpio (fotos tv), las vistas son preciosas, lo peor son la MOSCAS (Flies) es impresionante, no puedes comer! Se llenan los platos de ellas, en la piscina NO puedes estar ni dos minutos por que te molestan todo el rato y hay millones de ellas por todas partes, es un fastidio. Aparte de las moscas, el servicio que ofrece el hotel es pésimo, no hay nadie en una especie de reception que hay en el Bar-terraza, has de llamar a un teléfono y al rato te viene alguien… pedimos el desayuno casi por señas ya que el inglés lo hablan como yo el indonesio (0)… después de mucho apuntar, lo que hay en la carta, pedimos 2 desayunos continental (que ofrecen ellos en la carta por 50k ) nos traen solo uno ! Reclamo y ha se han olvidado o no se han enterado, misterio , después de 45 minutos de reloj y aguantar a las insoportables moscas me traen mi desayuno… ah y No había nadie más en el Bar-Restaurate…! Flipante! Ya ni nos atrevimos a pedir nada mas ahi ! Lastima ya que el lugar pintaba bien.

Superbe expérience, petit hôtel de quelques villas, magnifique. Personnel très accueillant. Pour les fins gourmets : le restaurant fait l’affaire mais prévoir de sortir en taxi si vous restez plusieurs jours car carte modeste. Je recommande !

Les Farm villas , d'un très bon standing, ont une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée et les volcans Agung et Abang ici règne le calme et la sérénité. La conception et l'orientation des villas, alliées à l'altitude, font que la climatisation est inutile. Rama qui gère le restaurant est fort sympatique. Pour les curieux le 'coco oil tour' est recommandable Dewa nous a fait decouvrir la propriété mais aussi la campagne environnante. Merci à lui. Seul point faible, la carte du restaurant est actuellement très restreinte ; à notre demande ils nous ont toutefois préparé un excellent 'cap cai' balinais

Having waited long to stay in this place, here is an honest review with positive and negative feedback from our 3 nights stay. It’s a newly opened accommodation that I wouldn’t describe as a hotel. It’s a complex of villas that some are still under construction, however we weren’t bothered by any noise. There were downsides that are weird for an accommodation that describe it self as as “luxury retreat”. Cons: • No safety locker in the villa, which you would expect in any hotel. This was inconvenient. • Pool area lacks seating, contrary to the photos. We couldn’t fully enjoy the place. • The pool was very cold. It would have been better if they had a water heater. Additionally, the pool isn’t fully private, as guests from adjacent villas can see you from their first-floor rooms. • Every morning, farmers in neighboring plots would burn plants, creating an unbearable smoke smell that could seep into the villa if you left the doors open. This made mornings unpleasant. • No ironing board was available, so we had to use the bed, which was inconvenient. • The shower room lacks a shelf for shampoo and soap, which are placed above the toilet. Also, the shower room wasn’t fully covered, causing water to spill out. • The bathroom was small despite the spaciousness of the villa. • We were awakened in the early morning by loud noises/music from other villas. • Upon arrival, they send you the breakfast menu for each morning, but it lacks instructions on what you can order. Breakfast options need improvement, especially non-egg choices. • The hotel restaurant isn’t ready yet, leaving no place to eat given the hotel’s secluded location. Make sure to have snacks. Pros: • The staff is amazing, very friendly, and super helpful. They consistently had smiles and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. • They pleasantly surprised us with a cake as we were celebrating our anniversary. • The views from the villas are stunning, overlooking the rice paddies. • The location is secluded, allowing you to truly relax away from the busy city. • Indoor seating was convenient, equipped with a TV featuring Netflix. • The villa was spacious, clean, and well furnished. • There were no insects inside the villa. • We requested an iron, and it was promptly delivered. • The hotel arranged taxis quickly for us. • We reported a water leakage in the toilet, and it was promptly fixed.
