A truly 5 star resort. The villa was wonderful with a full size private pool, outdoor undercover living area with a huge tv, a stocked mini bar and a kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable. The service is amazing. The team of butlers are happy to assist with just about anything. They even arranged drivers for outings. The food is also amazing. Breakfast served in the villa is a treat with a selection of European or Asian food. Billy Ho, the in-house restaurant is certainly worth a visit. Their menu offers a wonderful fusion of Italian and Asian flavours. There are many local restaurants to choose from and the team will arrange to transport you to another location if required. We highly recommend Ametis Villa in Bali.

Straight to this brand new resort in the heart of Canggu after a long flight such a best decision ever! I'm staying during the weekdays so its quiet enough to enjoy the whole resort and I can release my jetlag during my stay. They have the best rooftop pool and bar that I could enjoy the sunset. Their interior design is wood based and that's makes it feel homey. They have smartTV so I could continue my netflix series. Their food was good. They have a comfy bed and pillow, I hope to have a good sleep here! I've been staying in Holiday Inn around Bali but I think this one is the more premium one. All the staff are very helpful and often ask to help me taken a pic. Thank you for the warmest hospitality to Holiday Inn Resort Canggu, especially Mr. Enggal, Bayu, the front desk girl that I forgot your name, and manager on duty who visit my room to say 'hi' (you know who you are 😉). 🥰🤩

Everything was prefect. The location is near most of the famous eateries in Canggu. The Villa is clean and everything was well kept. Love the water dispenser in the Villa. The only downside of this place is we have to battle with the mosquitoes during our stay, I got bitten avg abt 3 times per day. The noise from the nearby club was not a concern to us as the music stopped at 1am. Will I book again? Definitely yes!

Loved Kirana Canggu for its location. Literally walking distance to beach if you want to enjoy some sunset and a beer. Staff is fantastic, not many of them but great service in assisting us all the way. That makes the place quieter and less ppl too. However, room is not 100% perfect. Floors are filled with nail from broken floor vinyl, furniture are old. Generally is fine with exceptional few things could have make the hotel stay better.

Pro: Very good location. Nearby many cafes & in the heart of Canggu! Pool is nice, big & clean. Size of the room is very good. Staff are nice & friendly. They have water dispenser & microwave too in their kitchen you may use. The design is very nice & it’s clean & well maintained. It doesn’t feel like a guest house at all, more like a hotel. Con: They had some miscommunication within their team. They couldn’t find our 6 nights booking. After going back & forth, they noticed they overlooked the booking. Asked us to relocate to another Djabu hotel but so much hassle. So instead they got us to check in to room no. 103 for 3 nights & had to move to room no. 101 for the rest of the nights. When we arrived, no staff were in sight. They’re very understaffed. 30 minutes & 10 phone calls later finally the staff showed up. Not one single phone call from the room was answered since there’s no staff at the reception most of the time. Phone in room no. 103 didn’t even work. TV didn’t work. WiFi in room no 103 was TERRIBLE. It kept on telling password was incorrect. Once it got connected it wouldn’t last longer than 1 hour until it got disconnected. Frustrating. Connection in room 101 was so much better they really need to consider placing more routers. But room 101 was smaller. So on top of the hassle, we got downgraded. No soap or shampoo were placed to room no. 101 and over the next days they didn’t bother putting new ones. Would we come back? Maybe! Stayed in the private accommodation, room 001, for 10 days in early March. Team on the front desk are great, friendly and happy to help! If you arrive on a late flight, they will be happy to arrange access to your room, just make them aware ahead of what time you will arrive and then ensure you return to the front desk to complete the full check in process the next day. Street down to the accommodation from the main road is dark, so do have your phone torch handy and keep as far to the side as possible to allow mopeds to pass. Is only a short walk, but can be tricky to see where you are going when you first arrive, especially if its at night. Look for the sign that says 'Mojo Surf' as that is the biggest one on the wooden board outside. The accommodation is also known as Canggu Village, Kos One and Alternative beach on the street maps - they are all the same place and all names are listed on the wooden board at the end of the street, Mojo surf is the easiest one to see at night and from a taxi. Secure safe in the room, very clean and housekeeping will change and clean the room every day unless you pop the sign on the door to ask them not to. Lovely bath products in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) and bathrobe and slippers provided. Each private room has its own private bathroom not viewable by other guests and doors lockable from the inside so never felt unsafe, do note however that the bathrooms are located outside! Toilets are eco and cistern needs to be regularly refilled by housekeeping, so if you find it isnt flushing for some reason, just make the front desk team aware and they will get that sorted for you quickly. Bed comfy and firm mattress. Room comes with bottled water and a kettle, however I purchased my own water just to be on the safe side. USB ports in the room for charging devices, and a hairdryer in the bathroom, however if you want to use your own appliances ensure you have an adapter with you. There is a drying rack for your use for swimsuits etc and your own little private deck outside the bedrooms, both pool facing and non pool facing. There is a small fridge in the room and lots of shops nearby to get water, soft drinks and snacks from, as well as a bottle shop just next door selling wine and beer. Note that housekeeping do come round early, so if you like to sleep in on holiday, make sure you pop the do not disturb sign on before you go to bed! You can remove this later on in the day and the team will still be able to clean and refresh your room. Breakfasts are delicious and included in the cost of the stay in the private rooms, as are the pool towels. Great selection of teas and juices. Bar food is good, happy hours good value and lots of great nearby eateries as well. Really recommend the LoCal Eatery, Lacalita and Beach House! Use Monzo or Revolut to avoid charges on cards. The actual complex is pretty cool, I love the boho vibe. The beds are very uncomfortable and hard, the construction next door was not warned about and was extremely loud throughout the day but most specifically at around 6am which is unacceptable. The breakfast is nice with a varied menu but the staff aren’t the most friendly compared to others in bali. Drinks are decent and cheap. Pool area is nice and relaxing (when construction is quiet).

If your looking for true authentic bolinese experience set in beautiful grounds with caring staff that truly love the place and make you feel super welcome then look no further. This place couldnt offer more if they tried to Its immaculate the decore is elegant and authentic & the owner made us feel like part of the family. The super speed WiFi is brilliant The relaxed pool area is peaceful. There is a honesty fridge that you can get beer juice or water any time of the night without disturbing anyone. This place is definitely one I would recommend and will come back to. Thank you all so much for all the love and care you shown to us.

Останавливались здесь на одну ночь, чтобы изучить район пляжа Чангу. Жили в двухэтажном домике, идеальное место для аренды на долгое время. Имеется общая кухня, где все необходимые принадлежности. Персонал приветливый, даже сами предложили не вытаскивать карточку чтобы работал кондиционер и сами открывали нам дверь. Выходишь из домика и сразу прыгаешь в бассейн ( идеально) До пляжа минут 5 идти.
