ihg會員優先考慮了這家新的洲際酒店，酒店位置裏Emporium有三公里，是在通羅。所以需要打車去商場。酒店雖然新，但我感覺偏商務。規模不大，前台櫃枱也就三米寬，旁邊就是上樓電梯。第一天我是凌晨到的，拿了房間就睡了，第二天起來覺得和我訂的圖片不一樣，浴缸是在衞生間裏面，不是敞開式。房間也很小，由於要住三天，就想換房，溝通了下，説可以升級，1000朱一天，我想就換吧，結果給了我的房間，和我訂的圖片是一樣的。游泳池也是小小的，水很冷，沒下去。沒有桑拿房等放鬆設施。衹有一個餐廳，早餐可以點單，另外自助。點單第一天麪條，第二天粥，都不好吃，粥就是糊糊。自助的東西也一般。服務人員態度算不錯。總之這家酒店不適合度假，以後不會考慮再

Spanking new hotel under the Ascott group. Rooms are huge with excellent amenities. Gym was under renovation but shifted to car park for the tímebeing. They also have a nice view in the day and at night. Gym features a punching bag so you can practice your Muay Thai moves here which I did. Staff was friendly and excellent, they seem to like interacting with customers a lot and it shows.

Wonderful stay, the room is cozy and clean. We will definitely come back again! Location wise need to walk about 10mins to reach the station, my suggestion is that if the hotel shuttle bus can pick up to and fro from the station is the best. Food wise is up to standard and we are grateful that they will allow us to consume our food even though the time is over. Overall the hotel staffs and restaurant staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks for giving us such a memorable stay. One more thing to note is that the machine for drinks are nice, my daughter love it 😍

We stayed here for 4-nights. Location was quite a walk to & from 2 BTS stations. We managed to book the free buggy transport to the station for 3 mornings. The staffs helped us to book taxi for some of our trips and to the airport after we checked out. They were polite and helpful. Mini market on the ground floor is a plus for suppers.

Sehr schönes Hotel, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Regendusche war die wohl beste die ich jemals hatte und die Aussicht auf der Rooftop-Bar war ebenfalls einzigartig.

The only thing missing was a view, but the rooms were impeccably clean and modern, and the staff was delightfully pleasant. Despite concerns from previous reviews about potential rudeness, my experience thankfully those worries were unfounded cause I would for sure go ham in this review if that was the case. ;)

What I really liked about this place was that it was simple. If you need something just for a few days, I’d recommend it. The manager was very friendly and her English was really good. The amenities were good, I didn’t utilize everything though. From the hotel, it’s easy to get around if you call a motorbike, and most places are close enough to get to. Definitely would stay here again.

I want to congratulate Aspira Hospitality for absolute excellence while I have been in ASQ (quarantine). The service is personal, yet professional, courteous and caring and understanding of the guests circumstance of stay, as well as being incredibly efficient and consistent. I was dreading my 14 day quarantine period although can honestly say I have felt like I've been on holiday, not quarantined. From the minute I was met at the airport until now, including the interactions via LINE and via room telephone, the scheduled PCR escorted health checks to requesting extra coffee or amenities has been delivered with genuine and sincere hospitality. I have been eminently impressed for my entire stay which is not easy to achieve with me. I have very high standards and even higher expectations and I inordinately critique. Your property has exceeded my expectations in so many ways but the most impressive is your team, simply exceptional. Please pass on my congratulations to your team at Aspira Hana Residence and Khun Sutanant - Group Operations Manager for delivering a memorable experience, they really are a great tribute to Aspira Hospitality.

1. Old used bed linen on arrival The first night check-in, the bedlinen was obviously not new and with wrinkles on them. When asked to change rooms, the staff said there was no availability and could only change the next day 2. No hot water in the shower After changing to a new room, I informed the receptionist that no hot water in the shower. After multiple attempts, and still NO HOT WATER, and the staff didn't try to change rooms again 3. Poor customer service When I informed the no hot water issue, the receptionist told me to wait in the room for the engineer to come to look into the issue in 30 mins 2 hours later, no engineer showed up and I went to the reception again, the receptionist appeared to be annoyed by it. And she INSISTED that I should wait for another 5-10 mins to go to the room with the engineer to fix it. I was already late to my agenda and 2 hours wasted. Outcome: The problem is not fixed, and waste of time 4. Noise issue (poor training) The wall is very thin. It was okay to hear the guest here and there. BUT 90% of the loudest noise is from the staff yelling at each other and running around

Hotel ini nampaknya sudah lama jadi ia kelihatan agak lama, begitu juga dengan perabotnya. Tetapi agak bersih, perkhidmatan juga baik. Terdapat tempat untuk menukar USD di penerimaan tetamu, tetapi kakitangan juga menunjukkan saya ke kedai di luar untuk menukar dengan harga yang lebih baik ^^. Wanita pembersih juga sangat cantik. Secara umum, jika dibandingkan dengan harga, hotel ini okay, anda harus menempah. Lokasi berhampiran MST, pengangkutan yang agak mudah, berhampiran bertentangan terdapat Seven 11.

Excellent stay at this hotel, except it is getting a little run down. Enjoyed the cookie at check-in. Breakfast buffet is great. Staff all friendly and efficient. Located close to Phrom Phong BTS, but the 5 min walk there takes you through some seedy Jap massage parlours and the pavement is non-existent. It's OK for adults but I wouldn't recommend it for small kids and the stretch is definitely not stroller-friendly. Plenty of eateries and restaurants nearby, and the EmQuartier/Emporium shopping malls have all the brands in them.

This unprofessional owner cancelled my reservation 4 hours before checkin. I called him from the airport to ask why. At first he said system error, room not available. Then he said room fully booked. I told him I had reservations next month and the following month, prepaid, and asked if I can stay in the future. He said no, system error, room fully booked, cannot stay, contact Agoda for cancellation. This is unacceptable! I advise others to avoid this hostel.

We had a wonderful stay, super spacious, my kid had so much space to wonder around and we played hide and seek. We saw that our neighbour rooms were long term staying residents. Really very suitable for long term. There’s a good size kitchenette, laundry machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, regular size fridge with big freezer compartment. The construction outside is now at level 11 already. No construction sound was heard during our stay. Ekkamai BTS station and Gateway mall is just 5 minutes walk. I choose this hotel because I want to bring my kid to the indoor playground in that mall. There’re many eateries at level M & G. And a value supermarket at level G. Bought some foods, drinks and snacks to make use of the microwave and utensils in the room 🤣. 7-11 is nearby too. Saw many Japanese and Korean restaurants in the area. We ate at the Japanese restaurant at the next building level 2. Was really good. Will stay there again on our next trip to Bangkok.

We stayed here for a night due to its proximity to the Ekamai bus station (10 mins walk) and the Sky Train. It’s right on Sukhumvit road which is like a motorway so rooms with windows facing the road could be noisy. Everything inside is contemporary style and felt clean. Our room was small, not easy for 2 people to move about at same time. Bed was comfy, bathroom modern, a/c good. No windows so was pitch black with no lights on and too bright to leave any on all night. It was also totally silent so you had no idea what time it was or where you were when waking at night. Alarm required if getting an early bus! There are a few bars and restaurants on the road and an outdoor food court, W market, 10 mins away which serves over priced international dishes. Drinks etc are expensive around here too compared to where we usually stay in Bangkok around Samsen Road. Handy for the bus, good hotel for the price but not my favourite part of the city.
