Great hotel overall. Walking distance to iconsiam and train station (see picture) Would love to stay again if in the area. There is a pool of suitable cleaniness too!

Very nice and clean hotel. Front desk staffs  are very helpful. if you look for a quiet hotel and want to have good night sleep, book this hotel.

Not downtown but easy to access via skytrain that is less than 10 mins walk to the hotel. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Room is super clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

the hotel is very new, and close to BTS station, there are convenient store nearby.

Hotel room size is good. Like the simple & neat design of the room. Comfortable bed. Location is abit out of the way but is fine for us as most of the time we grab our transport in and out of the hotel.

I booked the Saan Hotel to be closer to family. It was my first time staying this side of the river. Pros: + The hotel is brand new and so it is very clean! + The staff are lovely, from reception, cleaners to security. + The pool is great, and not exposed to people outside of the hotel. (Also see cons for the pool) + If you want to be close to the ICONSiam and BTS stations this is the hotel for you. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the IS, I am a slow walker and it was 34 degrees. Walking through the sois (lanes) provided some shade though. + I have seen reviews that say the rooms are small. As a solo traveler they were perfect for me and had everything you would expect. + Price! It’s so reasonable in comparison to larger chain hotels in the area. Cons (not really but a few things to think about) + Taxis will routinely cancel on you if you are constantly trying to cross the river. The bridge is very busy! + The pool is small and often shaded, so if you are looking for a place to hang out all day sunbathing it’s maybe not for you. + There is no laundry service, I had been travelling Thailand for a month … but the girls on reception told me about a local place. + There are no breakfast options etc. but if you have the Grab App there are lots of options (also within walking distance). Give this place time, they are still working on the hotel (I didn’t notice any huge noise or problems) … I think it will be a favourite of mine to stay at.

Brand new hotel, room is clean but a bit small. Very close to iconsiam. Good value for money

Hotel room is clean and new, wifi and aircond works well. That's the worried when I check out the reviews. The location is near to conference I attending at iconsiam, I took grabbike so it's like 5mins away (900m). You can choose to walk out but I feel it's not safe for a lady, because it's housing area like apartment building types so is quiet. The road to the hotel is a bit hard to find, few grabs couldn't find my location but good things is you can sleep peacefully without party and busy noise. The coffee shop beside the receiption name grow, it is good. Can consider work there.

Great service. New hotel located near Icon Siam at reasonable price. There’re some cute café nearby.

All are good, just that the location abit inside. Everyday walk inside I feel scared especially at late night. Other than that, all other things are very good.. 👍🏼 Will consider to stay here again next time ..

Decent stay! Bed was slightly firm but not as bad as other places. Netflix on SMART TV was a big plus, the room itself was beautiful and the hotel itself looks modern crisp and clean. One small improvement - get some steps for the pool as it’s a death trap !
