Good location and value for money . Highly recommend to stay in this hotel

Excellent location, very good service, varieties of Breakfast, Cold AC, warm water works very well, fast abd strong. Thr bed is extremely comfy. The soup is very nice smell. Strong wifi, but automatic disconnect every day. Swimming pool is very small, narrow. Gym is nice. The view from our room at night was excellent. Overall, We like it.

Good location walk 3to 5min MRT, BTS and terminal 21.nearby have 7-11 too . Room is clean and stuff very friendly . Will come back again

Overall is Good, location is good, near by easy to find a good food. But still need to improve bed and pillow quality, once sleep it won't feel in 5 star Hotel compare with other I stay before near by around Asoke.

Stayed for 2 nights, walking distance to Terminal 21 mall, with good maintenance of facilities.

A really like this hotel very good indeed stayed here a few times. A bit expensive but luxurious. Had breakfast this time and good. Great views from the higher floors l stayed 27.

Good hotel and good location. Reception was fast to check me in. They gave me a room with good view.

All good except for the water pressure for the bathtub. They were kind enough to change my room but unfortuately it was the same problem in the new room.

Bed was extremely comfy!

Hotel is situated right across Terminal 21 however it was almost impossible to cross the road during heavy traffic - had to use the metro underground tunnels to get to the mall. First impression of our room was that the deco looks old and there was a musty smell. The corridor area outside our room was not air-conditioned so it was quite stuffy while we waited for the lift.

This was my 3rd time stay at Hilton previously Pullman. The hotel very nice and calm. At the breakfast would like to thank Ms Joy. She remember us from our last stay and always greeted us with smile.

Staff are generously friendly and with smiles, willing to help on most occasions. The swimming pool is rather small which, however, attracts lesser guests to come and poolside relatively layback.

The slippers were like 2-3 star hotels… thin and flimsy… The sink was easily choked.. corridors to room was not air-conditioned No sports channel for a 5star hotel bed was extremely comfortable and nice location
