The room was pretty clean, which was nice. The water bottles weren't glass, though. The elevator outside felt a bit old. The bathroom was clean, but the drainage system wasn't great; it took a while for the water to drain. The toilet flush was a bit weak and needed multiple flushes. The sink water was often lukewarm, and the shower water temperature was a bit hard to control, but it was still acceptable. Overall, it was okay.

Here is a convenient place but it was very busy at night also In my room day time all the construction sounds was pretty loud

In my opinion, this is one of the most basic hotels in Bangkok. Cons: - The electrical work is quite strange; some switches turn on all the lights in the room. - The pool is out of order, and guests weren't informed about it. - We were told we could use a pool about 500 meters from the hotel – 'super convenient' to walk there dripping wet through the streets. Pros: - Daily housekeeping without needing to ask. - Minibar available at reasonable prices. - The bed linens are very comfortable. - The hallway on our floor is nice, with a pleasant carpet.

The master bedroom has a smart TV with a large screen. The bed is wide enough for three people. The bunk beds are single size. The room was basically cleaned every day. Every hotel staff member was very friendly. It's convenient to get to any attraction. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway station, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the station, but we didn't use it. It's close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which has great food, cosmetics, and a supermarket. This hotel offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Thai food is fantastic. There are two 7-Eleven stores near the hotel. About a 5-minute walk further, there's an affordable and legitimate massage parlor worth trying.

The hotel was a good price and was renovated in 2024, but it doesn't feel very new. The facilities are poorly maintained, and the lobby is small. Surprisingly, the executive room had no direct view. The bathroom was large, but the drain was slow, and the room details didn't feel very clean. The hotel is located in an alley, and some parts lack sidewalks, so you have to be careful walking on the road. There are many massage shops nearby and two 7-Elevens. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Nana, Asok, and Sukhumvit stations.

The sliding door to the bathroom/toilet was very difficult to open and close. The room was clean but not quiet, as construction started every morning after 10 AM, making it incredibly noisy. Unless you're leaving immediately, the noise in the room becomes unbearable. As for the location, it's in an alley, but getting a taxi is very easy. Once you walk out of the alley, it's very lively, especially at night.

The location is super convenient, really close to Nana and Asok BTS stations, with the hotel situated right in between them. There are tons of food options nearby, plus a large shopping mall for a good retail therapy session 😉

The hotel felt clean, tidy, and new – definitely better than a Hanting in China. Compared to an Atour, the style is different, but the quality is pretty similar. I didn't see any tuk-tuk shuttle service, so you have to walk or take a taxi. There weren't really any other services available.

Loved our stay here! The hotel is conveniently located and close to BTS station. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy.

My stay at Citrus Sukhumvit 13 Nana Bangkok by Compass Hospitality was overall average—there were some positives, but also several noticeable downsides. On the positive side, the room lighting was bright, and the cleanliness was acceptable. It was decent enough for a comfortable stay, though there is still room for improvement. The soundproofing was better than expected—we stayed in a room near the elevator, but it was not too noisy at night. Only the room abit small for 2 of us. The location is also convenient in terms of nearby amenities, with two 7-Eleven stores and a McDonald's nearby, making it easy to buy essentials or find food. In terms of transportation, the hotel is not extremely close to the BTS. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main road, around 8 minutes to Nana BTS Station, and about 10 minutes to Asok BTS Station. Walking can feel tiring, especially in Bangkok’s heat. The hotel does offer a free tuk-tuk shuttle service to the BTS station on weekends, which is a nice bonus. However, we only managed to use it once during our stay and only saw it once, so the schedule did not seem very consistent. It’s better to check with the front desk in advance. On the downside, we noticed cockroaches outside the hotel entrance, possibly because the drain covers have open holes. This definitely affected the overall impression of cleanliness. The bathroom water temperature was also unstable—the water would suddenly turn hot or cold while showering, and the water pressure was not very strong. In addition, this hotel is located in the Nana area, which has many bars and a busy nightlife scene. The area can feel crowded and a bit chaotic at night. For solo female travelers or those who prioritize safety and a quieter environment, I would personally recommend considering others. Overall, this hotel may suit budget travelers looking for a short stay with basic necessities. However, if cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort are high priorities, there may be better options available.

The hotel is close to the BTS station and quite strategically located with many bars and minimarts nearby. However, the corridor access is a bit narrow. The room itself is spacious enough and adequate for storing luggage.

The family room in this hotel was very comfortable and clean. My biggest complaint is about one particular front desk staff member, a heavier-set woman. She was incredibly rude. When I spoke to her to make a request (I was staying for five days and four nights, needed to switch rooms on the last day, and had reserved two rooms, requesting connecting ones), not only was she unable to accommodate my request, but she didn't even look at me the entire time, constantly staring at her phone. Is that how a normal front desk staff member behaves? My complaint is directed solely at her.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to BTS and lively bars and restaurants, hotel is clean and quiet modern with rooftop pool and sunbathing area until around 4,30 pm
