Very gracious staff, patient and tolerant even when I mistakenly booked the wrong date and appeared a day too soon. They adjusted and did so with a smile. Good location for important temples, and good food. Sam Yot MRT nearby. Stayed for four nights. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was clean, quiet, and properly equipped. The rain shower was large and water pressure good. I would not hesitate to recommend this heritage hotel to anyone traveling to Bangkok.

老闆人確實很不錯，很熱心腸，環境也比較新，挺乾淨的，最多也就六人房。小院裏喝喝酒吃吃飯抽抽煙很舒服，中間發生點曲折，但是老闆還是挺會辦事兒的，選擇考山路住青旅的話還是首選。

我訂了三晚上，兩間房，一開始分配的房間都是挨着路邊，住了一晚上，實在實在太吵了，路邊的摩託車還有突突車喇叭還有那個發動機的聲音，實在受不了，就和酒店説一定要換間房給我，酒店就調了一間給我！環境衞生都很好，裝修很新，走路去考山路有點遠，要15-20分鐘，我們帶孩子和長者都是突突車去考山路，大皇宮！突突車是有點費錢的，酒店配套的餐廳也不錯，物美價廉！如果一定要住，同樣房型，記得訂那個貴一點的，貴一點好像朝裏，不吵，就非常完美了

The hotel is so big and the hospitality was great. The guys downstairs were so friendly and helped with anything needed. There is a big clothing market downstairs and so many street food and 7 eleven is closer. There is also boat taxi which is cheaper than the normal taxi. I think I was the only guest there due to covid Thailand just opened for tourists.

Warm and friendly service, luxurious room and amenities all within walking distance to the pier, the main Wats (Pho and Arun) as well as other key attractions. This is a two bedroom home stay and our room was so full of warmth and charming decor with every detail taken care of. There was a desk to write on, a luxurious king bed with great sheets and towels, and snacks/beverages to boot. The breakfast is served in the lovely cafe downstairs, so much food we could skip lunch! The coffee is also excellent. Finally, they provided a useful map of places to eat nearby, which also described the unique history of the building. I highly recommend this place as a welcome contrast to the hustle, bustle and heat of Bangkok. They make you feel at ease and at home.

It's our first time to stay at a heritage guesthouse, with only three beautiful rooms. It's more than 100 years old but was renovated and well maintained. Price is reasonable. Though not much facilities, staff are extremely helpful and polite. It made us feel welcome and at home. The guesthouse is close to the the Khao San Road. Some may like to visit this famous backpackers ”home”. While some comments said the guesthouse is not easy to find, we had no difficulty to call Grab car to pick us up.

best place to stay. near to main tourist spor in bangkok, Khao san road, grandpalace, wat pho, wat arun etc. love it! staff is good too. they help us where to go first and where is the best nearest restaurants.

The Neighbor Phuton is exceptional and one of the best places I have ever stayed. The owner is really friendly, welcoming and attentive and made us really feel at home whilst making sure we had everything we needed. The guest house is very nicely designed making for a very nice setting to relax in whilst staying in Bangkok. The bedrooms are very nicely laid out with comfortable beds and separate shower and toilet spaces, all set around a small and beautiful courtyard garden. The breakfast is the best myself and my group have ever tried at a hotel (and we have stayed all over the world in various places). The owner arranged different options each day and all were exceptionally fresh and available delicious. Part of the group were vegetarian but this didn’t hinder things and we loved trying local specialty dishes each morning. The area surrounding the guest house is very ‘local old Bangkok’ and had a really nice vibe with lots of places to socialise and eat out. The locality for all of the main attractions, Temples, Shopping Centres, Piers, Train and Airports was perfect, the guest house is a short walk to all of the areas of Bangkok which would be on anyones list. Overall we had an amazing stay, we will absolutely make this our number one place to stay for our annual visit to Thailand, the owner takes exceptional care of guests and will make sure you have the perfect stay in Bangkok. Perfectly located if you want to see the major sights of Bangkok. The hotel was clean and the service great. All the staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast included was perfect start to a day full of adventure. All the sights are literally within walking distance of the hotel and those that slightly further away are just a short taxi ride away. The riverfront is within walking distance and you can go and have a coffee while watching the boats go by. The rooms are no frills but perfectly suitable for a good night sleep. The pool is large enough for and perfect for a quick swim on a hot Bangkok day. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, 2 min grom Khaosan Road and very quite. Opposite to police station. Sha+ test&go service more than 200$ per room. C19 pcr report waiting 8-9 hours. We got 3 meals. 7:00 breakfast,13:00 lunch,17:30 dinner. No slippers and bathrobes. Minibar is empty and no possible to order beer from cafe bring in our own beer. When step out from elevator-no signs which side you should go to find your room #. 6th floor swimming pool is quite dirty and not filtred a long time. No one came to take care of wet towels for 2 days at swimming pool.
