平時不常評價也不由的來推薦一下，在這裏感覺很放鬆舒服，不同年齡段都能在這裏找到樂趣～ 帳篷房，設施超出預期的好，有智能馬桶，獨立浴室，床品也很舒服，也有提供瓶裝水和熱水壺～5.1出行晚上山裡有點冷，有空調可以制熱，還有電熱毯，晚上睡覺不會冷～體驗到了野趣，設施也很便利，服務熱情的恰到好處，住的很舒服，處處感受到了老闆的用心和態度，從用品到餐食質量品質，還有設計理念，超讚～ 是一個“避世”的好去處，旁邊有鹿、黑豬、家禽可以看，爬一座小山到觀景台吹風，躺椅上曬着太陽看鴨子細水，看泡泡撞碎在陽光裏，還有一衹愛撒嬌的大狗狗，咖啡廳下棋看書，太適合躺平發呆啦～星空下伴着潺潺水聲入夢，安靜愜意～早上下了一陣小雨又是另一番景緻，早餐雖然簡單但是味道很好，尤其是自己醃製的小鹹菜～喜歡這裏，還會再來噠～

這次塞罕壩的入住體驗完全超出預期！塞罕壩理工湖濱酒店的服務人員真的讓人暖到心坎裏，剛到門口就主動上前幫忙搬行李，趕上端午出遊，辦理入住時還特意送了艾草荷包，連山裡早晚温差大要添衣的小細節都貼心叮囑到。 房間收拾得一塵不染，床品軟乎乎的特別親膚，乾濕分離的衞生間打掃得乾乾淨淨，連邊角縫隙都找不到一點灰塵。出去吃晚飯的時候下起了雨，服務人員還貼心給準備了雨傘，停車也方便，全程都被妥帖照顧着，完全是賓至如歸的感覺，下次來塞罕壩絕對還選這兒。

設施：缺點是沒有電梯，店家還是很熱情的，幫忙搬行李，民宿有餐廳，咖啡廳，酒吧，酒吧裏還有桌球桌，酒店南面是騎馬俱樂部，住在這邊不會無聊 衞生：還可以，床單被褥是白色，褥子稍微有點潮 環境：這裏離主幹道和村子都有一段距離，相對安靜，但隔音一般，有小年輕半夜十二點多還在走廊大聲喧嘩，希望店家能盡提醒義務 服務：周到熱情，入住會加微信，隨時聯繫。

這次入住體驗真的太棒了！民宿的外觀是漂亮的歐式木屋風格，晚上燈光亮起特別温馨，很有氛圍感。房間乾淨明亮，設施也很齊全，帶孩子來的話還能在院子裏玩，環境非常不錯。而且他們家的飯菜也超級好吃，烤全羊和烤羊腿外焦裏嫩，香氣撲鼻！民宿位置絕佳，出門就是一望無際的大草原。各種活動也特別豐富，傍晚可以去夕陽下放馬，還能安排既安全又刺激的草原穿越，沒事還能帶着孩子去草叢裡抓蟈蟈和螞蚱，特別有意思，長者和孩子都玩得非常開心。這次是帶着長者和孩子來的，不管是大人還是小朋友都特別滿意，以後來還選這家！

The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded my hills. The outdoor area is gorgeous, great for little kids to play. There are a few restaurants nearby for dinner.

我們是和朋友3家一起親子出遊，入住了塞罕壩阿卡酒店。房間寬敞明亮、十分整潔乾淨。客服小姐姐服務很好，尤其必應，還提醒晚上有篝火晚會可以參加，需要給小寶寶多穿件衣服。管家愛娜很貼心，入住當天就發送了周邊遊玩攻略，我們有個2歲小寶貝所以沒去。還有另外一件讓人感動的事，就是辦理完退房後發現自己有衣服落在酒店了，聯繫了管家愛娜，第一時間就找到了，感謝愛娜👍👍👍

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

房間乾淨整潔，客房服務態度讓人滿意，前台熱情有問必答，所有工作人員的服裝都穿戴整齊工作人員積極幫助客人解決一切問題，有任何疑問都會幫忙解惑，酒店風格為歐洲風格，小鎮內部還兼容了一條俄羅斯風情街，而他們這最主要的是天馬飛行小鎮的景區，有飛車表演，篝火晚會，還可以去馬場騎馬還有飛行項目與VR技術各種各樣的節目與特色項目讓我應接不暇，真心的推薦

這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店選址絕佳，坐落在草原與羣山之間，自然風光得天獨厚，隨手一拍都是治癒大片。地理位置優越，緊鄰景區，省去趕路的麻煩。必須誇讚前台和全體服務人員，態度温和熱情，有需求響應及時，細節處盡顯用心。餐飲水準在線，當地特色菜品做得十分地道，好吃不踩雷。房間乾淨整潔，住起來安逸又舒服，在山水草原間度過了超愜意的假期，下次來還會選擇這裏！

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️
