Very helpful front desk, especially Ms Sun who helped with our luggages as there is no lift connection between the ground floor reception and the first floor.  Bathroom layout is not optimal as there is no space beside basin to put your stuffs.  Overall very value for money stay.

Solid choice for a hotel - quiet area with spacious, comfortable rooms, and a good view from high up. Super helpful staff helped with our questions and needs. Convenient parking in front or underground.

酒店是看康熙大典的不二之選，位置極為便利。服務非常周到，入住之前打電話諮詢前台演出訊息，值班前台小姜立刻給到座位圖，並及時安排好演出行程和優選座位。入住當天一早值班經理就打電話確認了到達訊息，聽説我們有大孩子立刻升級了家庭房並贈送了一份早餐。前台姑娘一對一辦理入住服務陪看房間，介紹當地的小吃特色餐廳細節。因為臨時有事要提前退房，值班楊經理立刻協調辦理，還寬慰客人理解突**況的需求。非常好的酒店，下次再來。

🎉最近入住了一家2022年開業的酒店，體驗感絕佳呀！一進去就能感受到它嶄新的設施，各種設備不僅齊全，而且都很新很智能，用起來方便又舒適。服務更是沒得説，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，工作人員就熱情相迎，不管是諮詢還是提出需求，他們都能周到地幫忙解決，那態度真的讓人如沐春風。餐飲方面也給了我不小的驚喜，菜品豐富多樣，味道堪稱一絕，每一口都讓人回味無窮呢，再説説房間，那叫一個乾淨呀，床鋪柔軟整潔，衞生間也一塵不染，待在裏面心情都格外舒暢。總之，這家酒店各方面都很出色，值得大家來打卡體驗哦！

酒店服務態度很好，客房乾淨整潔，地段優越，距離火車站步行8-10分鐘可達，附近有羊湯、涮肉等當地特色美食，還有澡堂子。缺點是洗手間乾濕不分離，且對外的隔音比較差。牀頭櫃那邊少了個插座，充電不是很方便。退房時酒店還及時提醒遺落物品，幫了很大忙！

By far the best accommodation in Chengde, in relation between price and quality. The service was amazing!!! I don't know how much money the reception ladies make, but they deserve a raise, every single time I had a question they were able to answer, from places to go, to places to eat. Limited english support, of course, but a translation app does the job. The room I stayed in was male-only. The beds all had curtains, an indoor light, and a private plug for charging, so no complaints. The in-room bathroom was always clean aswell. The only con would be the amenities, no towel, no toothbrush, but I had brought my own so not a problem for me, and this is begging to look like common practice at hostels worlwide. And you need to make your own bed. Aside from that everything was perfect.

環境：開車方便，下高速五公里便是，道路平坦。周圍比較空曠。 設施：房間很大，乾淨。空調舒適。温泉水超級贊，水温適中水量大。可在房間內泡，也可去公共温泉和泳池。但公共區域在2號樓，需要在外行走一段時間，天寒地凍時不方便。 餐飲：飯菜物美價廉，強烈推薦莜麪窩窩！麪皮薄軟，比那個連鎖西北飯館X貝做的好吃！ 服務：差評！其實大部分人都還好。但是我們辦理入住時前台沒有給我們温泉券，告訴我們出示房卡即可。但是到了公共温泉那邊，服務人員向我們索要温泉券，並懷疑我們根本沒有購買。最後我們出示了攜程訂房記錄才作罷。為什麼同一家酒店沒有統一説法，還要逼迫遊客自證清白？硬件條件這麼好的酒店，服務意識卻慘不忍睹，實在令人惋惜。

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

住過承德的兆豐酒店，從硬件上，寬城的兆豐也基本達到5星的標準，非常豪華，並且房價合理。但這裏的服務軟件不行，特別是接待處的服務員態度十分生硬，好像沒有被培訓才上崗的。給你門卡後，沒有告知那裡有電梯，也不告訴早飯的時間，等等。
