Cari Hotel 3-Star di Chengde

I had a really nice stay at the Orange hotel in Chengde. I wasn’t sure what to expect but everything was perfect. The room i was given was spacious, new, well designed and clean. The reception was friendly. Highly recommend!!! I’d definitely come again.

平時不常評價也不由的來推薦一下，在這裏感覺很放鬆舒服，不同年齡段都能在這裏找到樂趣～ 帳篷房，設施超出預期的好，有智能馬桶，獨立浴室，床品也很舒服，也有提供瓶裝水和熱水壺～5.1出行晚上山裡有點冷，有空調可以制熱，還有電熱毯，晚上睡覺不會冷～體驗到了野趣，設施也很便利，服務熱情的恰到好處，住的很舒服，處處感受到了老闆的用心和態度，從用品到餐食質量品質，還有設計理念，超讚～ 是一個“避世”的好去處，旁邊有鹿、黑豬、家禽可以看，爬一座小山到觀景台吹風，躺椅上曬着太陽看鴨子細水，看泡泡撞碎在陽光裏，還有一衹愛撒嬌的大狗狗，咖啡廳下棋看書，太適合躺平發呆啦～星空下伴着潺潺水聲入夢，安靜愜意～早上下了一陣小雨又是另一番景緻，早餐雖然簡單但是味道很好，尤其是自己醃製的小鹹菜～喜歡這裏，還會再來噠～

It is a great hotel. The room was very clean and the renovations are quite new. The front desk workers were very kind and helpful. We liked the location, cause it is not far from the Mountain Resort and we could have a short stroll to the shopping mall for lunch and dinner. This hotel provides breakfast. For me as a foreigner it was not good, but it’s only that I prefer other type of food for the start of my day. As for my husband, he was satisfied with the food. The only complaint was that everything was cold. All in all, it was a great stay and I definitely recommend this hotel.

設施：民宿比較新。還可以。 衞生：挺乾淨的。 服務：管家熱情 不足是，同住的客人晚上在公共區域吃飯，到很晚了也沒散，比較吵，而且公共區域的冰箱沒有提供標簽，放裏面的飲料不知道被誰拿走了。

設施：缺點是沒有電梯，店家還是很熱情的，幫忙搬行李，民宿有餐廳，咖啡廳，酒吧，酒吧裏還有桌球桌，酒店南面是騎馬俱樂部，住在這邊不會無聊 衞生：還可以，床單被褥是白色，褥子稍微有點潮 環境：這裏離主幹道和村子都有一段距離，相對安靜，但隔音一般，有小年輕半夜十二點多還在走廊大聲喧嘩，希望店家能盡提醒義務 服務：周到熱情，入住會加微信，隨時聯繫。

Hotel located very good spot close to the resort. Also close to many shopping malls. Room is clean spacious. We had two rooms and two bathroom very comfortable service. Also very good breakfast also have many varieties. The only complaint is smoking. There’s no way you can avoid smoking smells come into the room And the Chinese seems like All smokes.

去年來到塞罕壩就連續入住本酒店、當時一對四葉草耳環丟到房間的床頭櫃上、退房忘記拿了、後來打電話酒店工作人員在垃圾桶裏給找到了、失而復得、太感謝啦、今年又來到塞罕壩連續入住4晚、酒店設施齊全、乾淨、床品很舒適、安靜、特別是旁邊的雁鳴湖簡直是太美啦、每天早上早餐後去湖邊散步看野鴨、燕子特別多嘰嘰喳喳、蜻蜓、湖水裡的小魚、蝴蝶飛舞、回到兒時的感覺！總之每年都會再來的

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

The hotel is in a good location, the front desk is very helpful to print the information, the room is very clean and tidy, forgot to bring razor, ask the front desk, It was soon sent up. Late check out for your own reasons, GaoFei Lady at the front desk is very attentive, this hotel recommended.

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️
