這家酒店是新裝修的、智能化的。整個一層樓都是他們家的。酒店房間很大，寬敞舒適，特別是床，睡起來特別舒服。酒店的服務也不錯，打掃房間，打掃的很仔細，很乾凈，很衞生。酒店還幫忙洗衣服，免去了多日在外洗衣服的不便。酒店服務也很好，能提前聯繫客人，安排好住宿的房間。酒店旁邊這一側的一條街，吃飯也有很多餐廳，早中晚都有。酒店邊的十字路口向北走幾百米，那地方有個集市，買菜買水果，或者吃街邊的燒烤也很方便。總的來説感覺很好，價格也合適，周邊比較安靜，想遛彎可以去康熙大典那邊的元寶街，晚上燈光很漂亮，裏面有吃有喝，拍照也出片。值得推薦！

I cannot recommend this farmhouse enough! If you are visiting the Jinshanling Great Wall, staying here is an absolute must. The location is perfect, featuring a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can sit and look directly at the Great Wall in total peace. The room itself was modern, and clean, with a great AC, but set right in the middle of a charming, authentic farm. But the absolute highlight of my stay was the host family. The hospitality is unmatched. The Owner Lady of the house cooked some of the most delicious, massive, and authentic meals I’ve had in China, and she went completely out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well-fed. The food was also unbelievably affordable. The Owner truly went above and beyond for me. When I was struggling to find a reasonably priced car back to Beijing, he spent hours late at night helping me on WeChat, making sure I wasn't overcharged by local drivers. He eventually helped me find a cheap, highly scenic train route back to the city and personally drove me to the local station. They treated a solo foreign traveler like absolute family. If you want a genuine, heartwarming, and frictionless experience at the Great Wall, book this place. 太好吃了 and 谢谢 to the amazing hosts!”

The hotel is newly refurbished and the owners a married couple are the most welcoming, providing assistance with Great Wall excursions, they provided a driver and sandwiches for the day hike. The resturants local cuisine was exceptional taste, as was the quality with all local sourced produce, ingredients. You can walk to the shops at the end of the village and easily walk along the street of the valley… The owners speak English and possibly other languages. They were great hosts. I would stay there again.

The service and location of this stay was amazing. The most friendly and accommodating hosts, super attentive, provided meals from breakfast to dinner and transported me to and from the train station. The rooms were very modern and spacious. Also, the hotel was only a few hundred metres from the entry to the Jinshanling Great Wall, a great access point to do sunrise and sunset walks.

Host was super friendly and very hospitable. Started off by waiting for us outside the homestay awaiting our arrival @ 12 am at night. Drove us to and from Jinshanling. Also drove us out to beijing for another hour. Very knowledgeable and shared with us the history of the Great Wall too. Would definitely come back here on my next visit. Thank you! 😁

The Hotel is located at a busy central road. Lots of shops around and a good popular grocery store. The staff is welcoming and helpful as it can be. 5 stars. The room is small but okay. The bed is comfortable like most chinese beds. The bathroom is super tiny and had some plumbing problems also the grey water from the shower runs across the floor to the sink, bear in bind when you put dowm a towel for your feet. The light in all rooms is very dark and everything in the room was laying under a urine smell caused by the aircon. That's the reason we would not stay here again. The breakfast is great but the room is too small to fit all guests, so it gets super busy. Plus point: you can tale your bicycle to the rooms.

Our stay at Shanhai Premium Guesthouse was an incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating experience! The mountain surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, with fresh crisp air that immediately washed away all our city stress. The room was cozy and well-designed, featuring traditional Chinese elements blended with modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was perfect for exploring the Wuling Mountain area, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the misty mountain views every morning. The hiking trails nearby were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the landscape. Although it was a bit remote, that was exactly what we were looking for - a true escape from urban life. The local breakfast was delicious and featured fresh, organic ingredients from the area. We particularly enjoyed the evening stargazing, as the night sky was crystal clear away from city lights. This place is absolutely perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or anyone looking to reconnect with nature. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem to all our friends and family, and we plan to return again in the different seasons to experience the changing beauty of the mountains. Wonderful place to stay, we loved it! Within walking distance of the main gate of the Jinshanling Great Wall, this place is beautiful, spacious, welcoming, clean and comfortable. The host is so nice and the restaurant downstairs is delicious (try the eggplant special, it's spectacular). We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed one night at Jinshanling Hanting B&B, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the Great Wall. It’s the perfect spot to catch both sunrise and sunset; the wall opened at 5 a.m. when we visited in early November. Breakfast was included, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely recommend staying overnight for the better light and calmer atmosphere instead of doing a day trip. There’s also a great café nearby. To find the place: walk to the entrance gate, turn right, and it’s on the right side after about 30–50 meters.
