the walls may be abit thin, I can hear my next door knocking jumping.. but manageable. service was top notch. I wanted aircon as I prefer stable temperature and the staff immediately appear at my door to assist. i forgot to bring adapter and my cable was c drive, not the USB kind, the team had provided their own for me. the 14hrs butler on wechat was great as they offer immediate assistance to whatever issues or questions i had. the room was big and spacious. location was on a hill while in the middle of the prime area, was tucked in a neighboring area, good to exercise after dinner.

New hotel, with spotless facilities and friendly staff. It's very close to the Chengde South Station, which is handy for high speed trains - though is a bus ride or taxi ride away from downtown Chengde and the Mountain Resort area. (Bus 29 takes you down there, but takes a while). Breakfast was good, and there are snacks in reception wheel you come back. The restaurant is only open in the morning - no bar/other facilities, but there are places to eat/shop nearby, though the area feels very new and developing. It was a great choice for me as I came in and out of Chengde South Station and I used the hotel as my base.

We loved our weekend trip to Anaya Lanya. Both the massage and sound bath additional experiences were really lovely. Simon, the front desk manager, really went above and beyond to help make our stay exceptional. He helped us book a private room at the hot spring. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at Chengde Atour. The hotel is in a very strategic location—just a short walking distance to 避暑山庄 (Mountain Resort) and several nearby attractions, which made sightseeing extremely convenient. The surroundings are also very convenient, with a supermarket and several eateries located right next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the practical amenities provided. The availability of a washer and dryer was especially useful for travellers. Overall, a well-located and comfortable hotel with excellent convenience for both leisure and family travellers. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengde.

Bersih, selesa, bilik baru, perkhidmatan yang baik. 春夏秋冬都喜歡走一下草原，喜歡那種極度真實的大自然氣息，從上次內蒙草原回來後，考慮五一假期短，要預留點休息時間，就選擇了離北京近的豐寧，出行前，在攜程訂了這間松鼠客棧，並且我提前聯繫了前台，因為擔心定的兩個房間不能保障。前台的人員服務意識，非常非常贊，共情客人的能力讓我吃驚，年紀不大，每一步都能想在我的想法前面。由於五一草原天氣多變，被建議，一晚一晚住。路上一路出了北京…選擇了半虎線，途徑雲中草原、京北第一天路、千松壩國家森林公園…走走停停，到了“馬鎮”（六七月份這裏很多活動）、大灘鎮（住得離這裏很近的牧區）邊上的壩上草原松鼠客棧，松鼠客棧就在七彩森林門口，旺季有篝火晚會、唱歌娛樂、吃羊肉的地方。 如今是淡季，想讓小朋友體味一下牧區，在國家發展的計劃裏，春寒料峭時的自然風光和生活環境，感觸很多…（省略） 酒店前台的海洋小姑娘和她的同事，如電話裏一樣的，要用“會共情”的周到來形容，並非沒有邊界的熱情（點贊）。她們提前把我們可能挑選的房型開了暖氣，因為天氣還是冬天的體感，所以很幸運，出行前她也建議帶着羽絨服（到了才知這是必需品、不是可選項），對現在季節的特點和季節政策帶來的哪些項目無法體驗説的很清楚，也在我們計劃、意料之中——我更認為入隨俗，享受每一種旅行環境可以提供的“有限”非常難能可貴，有時候匱乏遠比什麼都有更有價值…在贈送了七彩森林的票後，對收費項目也順便介紹的很清楚（騎馬、院內車、駱駝等） 住宿整體是五臟俱全，我認為沒有任何可抱怨的。 五一第二天，草原就下雪了，霧靄在草原和遠黛間飄渺、雪花橫行霸道…增添了最真實的牧區生活體感，感恩此行酒店的客可能衣食無憂，希望當地的牧民和這些可愛的人們也一樣越來越幸福，國富民強… 松鼠客棧住宿，我的理解是在典型的遼闊草原村落，十來分鐘可以到大灘鎮美食街，如果要要體驗草原牧區的感受，本人很建議松鼠客棧這樣的住宿選擇，相比生活在鎮上，更喜歡這裏… 六七月份馬鎮的一些音樂節活動，我覺得可以選擇這靜謐真實的草原客棧 衞生很好，設施是正常的酒店配套，位置在豐寧滿族自治縣松鼠客棧

Stayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.

The hotel is located in an excellent area, close to many attractions and restaurants. The location made it very easy to explore the city. The view from the room was stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything was very clean, and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service was outstanding, and every request was handled quickly. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh food. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. Berhampiran dengan Jinshanling, anda boleh melihat Tembok Besar dengan beberapa orang pada awal petang. Halaman mempunyai persekitaran yang indah dan kemudahan yang sangat baik, terutamanya bilik mandi. Ia layak menjadi hotel yang besar, jauh lebih baik daripada B&B. Terdapat jalan makanan di sebelah hotel, dan terdapat rumah ladang berdekatan di mana anda boleh makan makanan ladang. Kanak-kanak seronok bermain di halaman rumah. Kecuali ia agak mahal semasa cuti, tidak ada salahnya.
