PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is newly renovated with very nice decoration and high quality materials. Unfortunately the room type I booked was not available and I got upgraded to a room which was not quite matching my expectations (too dark and looking directly into the next building) still a nice room. For this the hotel manager offered me a complementary breakfast. The terrace on the roof has a great view! I will return in the hotel if I go to Dalian again.

YYemzyThe experience was great, when we arrived Michael at conciege did my hubby a good one by upgrading our room, we got a spatacular ocean view with a balcony, this was a great kicker for my husband lol 😆, the overall experience was lovely, the breakfast was OK although you need to add more pastries to your menu, muffins, éclairs, cup cakes, petit fours, puff pastries and the likes, just to make the breakfast more interesting, orange juice was not there you only had two flavors which were not that nice pineapple and grapefruit. and please it's always good to acertertain what the guests needs and offer great service during breakfast, help the guest in acquiring things that the hotel is offering and go and little extra to provide a good service so that the guest is happy and they would cherish their stay at you hotel.

Perkhidmatan adalah setanding dengan Marriott Autograph Collection. I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check-in and asked the front desk if early check-in would be possible, as I planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip. He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip. Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable. If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. It is rare to encounter such hands-on leadership, and his warmth truly made us feel valued as guests. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Guest Relations team—Adale, Samantha, and Kakakoo—who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and sincere care created a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere throughout our stay. In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. SSutaiIt was very western designed. The interior and services were good but somethings were very expensive. like twice the amount it should be. Also the room's hair dryer was broken. We had to use hair band to make it work again. Other than that everything was smooth and jazz. The room was really good. There was a pillow menu! My mom only uses latex due to medical reasons, so the pillow menu was really helpful. The band at the live music section was really friendly. They even sang a birthday song for my mom! Overall great experience.

PPengguna TetamuPullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort. In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience. Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.

TTurGerThe staff was helpful and nice, always happy to help with small requests. The communication was easy via Wechat. The breakfast buffet is a bit small and limited. The location was convenient, the beach in front of the hotel is nice. There are cafes and family-friendly attractions nearby like the Ocean Park, and the hotel felt safe and welcoming for kids. The room was clean. The overview from the balcony towards the bay is great. The hotel restaurant for dinner was very good.

PPengguna TetamuReally liked this hotel.  Was clean, nice and sort of a ”modern funky cool”.  Room was nice, with a great view over the city area and a comfortable bed, separated from the bathroom areas behind a wall.  Great location, just about 3 minutes walking to ZhongShan Square, the center of the downtown area.  Very close to the metro stations, many places to eat, some convenience stores,  and some shopping areas.  Can walk to many places, even over to NanShan Road and NanShan Street in a short time.  The gym and workout/fitness area was very good, large and had a lot of equipment including several aerobic machines and free weights as well.  Was also very easy to catch a Didi out front.  Note:  The lobby is up on level 6, and the hotel goes from about floors 5-30.  I will 100% stay here if I return to DaLian.
