The experience was great, when we arrived Michael at conciege did my hubby a good one by upgrading our room, we got a spatacular ocean view with a balcony, this was a great kicker for my husband lol 😆, the overall experience was lovely, the breakfast was OK although you need to add more pastries to your menu, muffins, éclairs, cup cakes, petit fours, puff pastries and the likes, just to make the breakfast more interesting, orange juice was not there you only had two flavors which were not that nice pineapple and grapefruit. and please it's always good to acertertain what the guests needs and offer great service during breakfast, help the guest in acquiring things that the hotel is offering and go and little extra to provide a good service so that the guest is happy and they would cherish their stay at you hotel.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Guest Relations team—Adale, Samantha, and Kakakoo—who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and sincere care created a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere throughout our stay. In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. We are truly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

## Penginapan Keluarga yang Hebat di The Castle Dalian Kami tinggal sebagai sebuah keluarga selama empat malam di The Castle Dalian dan benar-benar menikmati pengalaman kami. Bilik kami yang luas dan dihias indah di tingkat 12 menawarkan pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan, menjadikan penginapan kami benar-benar tidak dapat dilupakan. Lobi pintu masuk hotel ini sangat besar dan direka bentuk dengan elegan, mewujudkan suasana yang mesra dari awal. Untuk keluarga dengan kanak-kanak, terdapat kawasan permainan yang luas, yang memerlukan bayaran tambahan. Nasib baik, tetamu hotel menerima kadar diskaun. Di luar, hotel ini mempunyai taman kecil yang menawan dengan pemandangan hebat ke teluk dan landskap yang indah—sesuai untuk berjalan-jalan santai. Hotel ini terletak di atas bukit kecil, jadi perjalanan pulang ke pusat bandar agak lama. Walau bagaimanapun, hanya terdapat kerusi berjemur di sebelah kolam, jadi pengalaman sauna agak berbeza daripada lawatan sauna santai yang biasa kita lakukan di Eropah. I had an excellent stay experience. Wang Fei at the front desk was extremely welcoming during check‑in, explained the process clearly, and thoughtfully introduced the hotel’s latest activities and surrounding information. The service was attentive, professional, and heartfelt, greatly enhancing my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and fantastic service. The receptionist Daisy was very welcoming and accommodating. Particularly enjoyed the happy hour on the 25th floor. And the jazz band in the basement bar contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. They are definitely one of the best jazz bands I have seen in Dalian. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at the ShangriLa. The experience is so good, you don't even need to leave the hotel.

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

Pullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort. In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience. Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.

Really liked this hotel.  Was clean, nice and sort of a ”modern funky cool”.  Room was nice, with a great view over the city area and a comfortable bed, separated from the bathroom areas behind a wall.  Great location, just about 3 minutes walking to ZhongShan Square, the center of the downtown area.  Very close to the metro stations, many places to eat, some convenience stores,  and some shopping areas.  Can walk to many places, even over to NanShan Road and NanShan Street in a short time.  The gym and workout/fitness area was very good, large and had a lot of equipment including several aerobic machines and free weights as well.  Was also very easy to catch a Didi out front.  Note:  The lobby is up on level 6, and the hotel goes from about floors 5-30.  I will 100% stay here if I return to DaLian.
