Hotel Dalian dengan Bar

The hotel is newly renovated with very nice decoration and high quality materials. Unfortunately the room type I booked was not available and I got upgraded to a room which was not quite matching my expectations (too dark and looking directly into the next building) still a nice room. For this the hotel manager offered me a complementary breakfast. The terrace on the roof has a great view! I will return in the hotel if I go to Dalian again.

The experience was great, when we arrived Michael at conciege did my hubby a good one by upgrading our room, we got a spatacular ocean view with a balcony, this was a great kicker for my husband lol 😆, the overall experience was lovely, the breakfast was OK although you need to add more pastries to your menu, muffins, éclairs, cup cakes, petit fours, puff pastries and the likes, just to make the breakfast more interesting, orange juice was not there you only had two flavors which were not that nice pineapple and grapefruit. and please it's always good to acertertain what the guests needs and offer great service during breakfast, help the guest in acquiring things that the hotel is offering and go and little extra to provide a good service so that the guest is happy and they would cherish their stay at you hotel.

Hotel ini dikatakan telah diubahsuai daripada sebuah istana lama, dengan reka bentuk dalaman ber***a Eropah yang mewah, terutamanya kubah di lobi, yang agak mengagumkan. 3. Perkhidmatan adalah setanding dengan Marriott Autograph Collection. Pembantu peribadi telah menyediakan kemudahan bilik dan hidangan buah-buahan serta pencuci mulut terlebih dahulu, jadi kami tidak perlu risau tentang apa-apa.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian was nothing short of exceptional, defined by genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. We were deeply touched by the personal welcome from the General Manager, Mr. Wayne Tan, whose gracious presence and attentiveness set a wonderful tone for our stay. It is rare to encounter such hands-on leadership, and his warmth truly made us feel valued as guests. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Guest Relations team—Adale, Samantha, and Kakakoo—who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and sincere care created a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere throughout our stay. In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. We are truly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

I had an excellent stay experience. Wang Fei at the front desk was extremely welcoming during check‑in, explained the process clearly, and thoughtfully introduced the hotel’s latest activities and surrounding information. The service was attentive, professional, and heartfelt, greatly enhancing my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Sylvia) were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression after a long day of travel. This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

Pullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort. In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience. Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.

優缺點如攜程網住客點評，包括差評。民宿佈置有特色。民宿嘛，要像在家一樣搞衞生，擦紗窗，拖地，抹桌子。床上用品和毛巾浴巾多數是舊的，這個民宿開了好些年了，也正常。有的有顏色有氣味，是沒洗乾淨呀，還是沒洗過，或是積了灰塵？2樓走道西面的門是關閉的，所以呢，不通風，走廊裏就有股異味。周邊環境易居，飲食店多，吃的選擇多，價廉物美；交通方便，附近有許多的公交車站點（車家村），地鐵1號線香工街，可以到達大連的各個地方。這是選擇住這裏的主要原因。老闆服務好的，給的房間，是我的希望的禁煙安靜2樓。再者就是價格可以接受。

Really liked this hotel.  Was clean, nice and sort of a ”modern funky cool”.  Room was nice, with a great view over the city area and a comfortable bed, separated from the bathroom areas behind a wall.  Great location, just about 3 minutes walking to ZhongShan Square, the center of the downtown area.  Very close to the metro stations, many places to eat, some convenience stores,  and some shopping areas.  Can walk to many places, even over to NanShan Road and NanShan Street in a short time.  The gym and workout/fitness area was very good, large and had a lot of equipment including several aerobic machines and free weights as well.  Was also very easy to catch a Didi out front.  Note:  The lobby is up on level 6, and the hotel goes from about floors 5-30.  I will 100% stay here if I return to DaLian.
