PPengguna Tanpa NamaMy old parents came from Korea. We - 6 people - wanted to have a great memory during their stay in Dalian. Its location was perfect, sitting at the heart of fishermen s warf, but it was right after rain that things were humid. I should admit that for the peak time and prime location, it is a reasonable price and I blame the wet weather for some smelly environment. Should avoid wet weather. It is already right at the sea. Also, the price is as much as other 5 stars that are not in this location. There are lots of insta spots in and out of the hotel, so it is whether to put yourself at the top location with a bit reasonable price or modernized hotels like Hilton and intercontinental that are farther away and a couple of bucks more expensive.

PPengguna TetamuStuff was excellent and one among the few in China who can communicate in English ... they are always there willing to help you in everything... the view was excellent and the room very clean and comfortable. For that price you cannot ask for more ... will choose again next time i visit Dalian absolutely.

PPengguna TetamuI will start with the positive and say that the resort is located on a hill facing the sea and some mountains so I was happy that I had a good view from my room window. The balcony was an added bonus, but although I went for a deluxe double room, there was nothing deluxe about it! I stayed in 3 & 4 star hotels in China that they were not much different than this room I was given. The staff were very polite and accommodating, but most of them had very little English or no English at all - had to use a translation app or repeat/rephrase a few times (Chinese & English are the spoken languages according to the website). The wifi is very weak so I kept using my own mobile data. The rooms are not sound insulated so I kept hearing the banging of nearby doors and people passing or stalling/talking along the corridor. In a nutshell, the amenities and service offered do not compare to the experience I had at Hilton hotels elsewhere. It is definitely not good value for money. Disappointing.

PPengguna TetamuMy stay at The Castle Hotel was absolutely magnificent. The room condition was pristine with the signature Marriott comfort, and the view from the balcony, especially the laser show at night, was breathtaking.
However, what truly made this stay the best hotel experience of my life was the service. I want to express my deepest gratitude to my concierge, Irene. She was incredibly professional and efficient, resolving every inquiry within 5 minutes.
Furthermore, she went above and beyond by preparing a surprise gift for my mother's birthday and upgrading us to a balcony room. My mother was deeply touched, and it made our trip unforgettable. I felt treated like royalty throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalian.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here with a friend during our year-end trip to Dalian, and I couldn't have been happier with our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made our stay completely comfortable with no inconveniences whatsoever. I would definitely consider returning in the future. The breakfast was excellent, and the ocean view from our room was stunning!

SSutaiIt was very western designed. The interior and services were good but somethings were very expensive. like twice the amount it should be.
Also the room's hair dryer was broken. We had to use hair band to make it work again.
Other than that everything was smooth and jazz. The room was really good. There was a pillow menu! My mom only uses latex due to medical reasons, so the pillow menu was really helpful.
The band at the live music section was really friendly. They even sang a birthday song for my mom!
Overall great experience.

JjtravelsThis is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick.
I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!
