地理位置很有優勢，窗外就是海景，出門就是地鐵2號線。房間裏設施很齊全。即便是過年期間，前台服務和打掃服務也很到位。唯一不太理想的是，熱水器是開發商配的公寓房的熱水器，60L的那種，對於我這種洗澡要一直一直開着花灑的人有點不夠用，但我朋友就完全沒問題
（特別表揚前台經理，特別善解人意和積極溝通，感覺她做什麼行業都能做到最好）

The place is not too far from the Dong Hai station, the exit C has an elevator. The room has everything we need, included the washing machine. And it's big enough for 4 people. The staffs are very nice, they all have serviced mind. We stayed here for 5 nights and had very good sleep.

真實感受，可以參考一下。
第一，請注意，這家民宿雖然離地鐵站很近，但臨近的是大連北站，來大連旅遊不建議在這邊，因為離所有的景區都很遠。
第二，基於這點我發現後想退訂，發現這家在訂了當天想退訂就不可退訂了，更別説預訂後過了十天了，需要付款大部分房費作為違約金，由於國慶要500，瞬間萎了，想卡bug修改訂單時間，退個三天住一天高價房子，申請了兩回店家秒拒絕，然後店家修好了這個bug。。。哈哈，無力慘笑。
第三，這家沒有免費礦泉水提供，雖然沒覺得店家有義務提供免費礦泉水，但是出來這麼多次也是第一次遇到，我這婆婆媽媽的人也是要嘴一下的。
第四，淋浴的花灑雖然很有意思，出水有點像廣州塔小蠻腰，但是水線太密感覺下一秒就要把皮膚割開，而且導熱性賊強，拿在手上燙手啊！！！
第五，這家的插座非常不人性，離床八丈遠，基本杜絕了躺着充電玩手機出現意外的可能，但是廁所的兩個充電口一點保護也沒有。別的也沒啥，就是燈光太暗，感覺眼前霧濛濛一片。隔音不太好，早上四點被樓上**聲音吵醒，四點，真的是生命不息運動不止啊。。。服了。迷迷糊糊的腦子，白天刷到的孫莉坐着跳舞的那幾個動作，感覺真的非常形象的反應了我當時的心情，又困又無語想吐槽的狀態。
第七，管家可以，要啥微信一説就行，速度很快執行也強。衞生，一般，可以接受，附近是大型商圈，想逛街可以考慮的。

중국 처음으로 혼자 여행 온거라서 숙소 체크인부터 떨렸는데요
숙소 이름이 디디에서 검색이 안되서 위치를 그냥 숙소 쪽으로 찍고 갔습니다. 내리면 1층에 써브웨이 있고 루이신커피도 있고 입구는 2개고 어디로 가야할지 헷갈릴겁니다. 그냥 아무 입구로 들어가시면 숙소 아파트랑 연결되어있어요. 저는 몰라서 써브웨이 입구로 들어갔는데 쎂웨이 바로 옆에 작은 입구가 있어요 무슨 아파트먼트 뭐시기라고 영어로 써있고 경비 데스크있고 바로 옆에 아파트 입구 문이 있어요. 그거 경비분이 안열어주시더라구요 제가 열수도 없어서 누구 나오거나 들어갈 때 까지 기다리다 타이밍 좋게 들어가야합니다. 그리고 또 길이 두 갈래로 나뉘는데 왼쪽길로 가서 엘베 이용하시구요. 24층으로 올라가세요.
내리면 바로 오른쪽에 문 열려있는 곳이 딱 한 곳있어요. 거기가 오피스입니다. 거기 가셔서 숙소 이름 대면 사장님이 맞다고 해주실거에요. 그럼 사장님께 여권드리면 주숙등기부터 샤샤샥 알아서 해주십니다. 한국에서 중국여행 필수 어플은 알아서 다운 받아오시겠지만 여기 숙소 사장님께서는 위쳇으로 다 알려주시니까 위쳇 사용한다는거 기억하시면 됩니다. 저는 35층 방으로 배정 받았고 사장님이 방까지 같이 가주시면서 위치 알려주시구요.
키 사용법도 잘 알려주시구요.
방 컨디션은 딱 가격 정도 입니다. 위생 청결에 예민하신 분은 호텔 예약하셔야할 것 같구요. 저는 베드버그나 바퀴만 안나오면 돼서 잘 머물렀습니다. 대신 화장실 배수가 됐다 안됐합니다. 하수구에서 날파리 같은것도 한 두마리 올라오구요.
하지만 헤어드라이기 바람 쎄서 좋았어요
고층이라 뷰도 좋고 1호선 지하철도 가깝고 숙소 밑에 슈퍼,카페도 있어서 위치 좋아요. 대련역도 도보로 13분 정도라 근교 이동하기에도 좋아요. 저는 단둥, 선양 갔습니다.
큰 캐리어 무겁게 오시는 분은 공항에서 지하철로 오시기 좀 어려울거에요. 지하철 올라오는 길이 다 계단이거든요. 짐이 많거나 무겁다면 공항에서 택시 타고 오세요. 아무튼 사장님 호탕하시고 굿입니다. 4박5일동안 잘 머물다 갑니다👍

싱하이 광장 야경이 너무 예뻤고 숙소도 업그레이드 해주셔서 부모님이 너무너무 좋아하셨어요! 저녁에 체크인 할 때는 영어 잘하시는 직원분이 계셔서 영어로 말씀하셨는데 제가 영어를 잘하는 편이 아니라서ㅠㅠ통역어플 켜고 중국어 한국어로 대화했고 체크아웃할 때는 일본어 하시는 분이 계셔서 통역어플 없이 소통할 수 있었어요. 복층 위쪽 침대가 조금 딱.딱.하긴 했지만 이틀 자는 건 크게 무리가 없었고 근처에 스타벅스 슈퍼 kfc 등 편의시설이 많아서 좋았어요. 그리고 10분정도 걸어가면 큰 쇼핑몰이 있는데 미니소같은 거 다 입점되어 있어서 쇼핑하고 밥 먹기 좋아요. 한국 분들 여기 숙소 추천합니다~청소도 잘 되어있는 편이라고 생각해요. 난방도 잘 되어서 따뜻하게 잘 잤어요. 진짜 대련 다시 가서 과일사먹고싶어요ㅠㅠ흑흑

SSam and LeeWe booked two nights at Yiyi Haisu hotel to celebrate my birthday and enjoy a wider view of Dalian's Venice city and sea. The room was large, comfortable and warm. The bedding was comfy and a dream to sleep on.
The reception was very helpful and provided everything that we asked for. We had a great time and would love to come back again ;-)

HHo Min ChooI want to return to stay in this chain of hotels, not only in Dalian but other cities in China. All the staff services are excellent, like butler services. Staff go the extra mile to recommend sights and how to get around Dalian city. Special mention to staff 战秀晴, who has ready smile and goes the extra miles to explain public transport and how to use the washing machine and dryer.
The hotel is brand new, posh interior design. The room is spacious and comes with good views. The speciality tea bags, the fragrances of shower gel and shampoo are better than 5-star hotels

PPengguna Tetamu真的超滿意！星海廣場附近的酒店住過好幾個，但這個性價比真的無敵高！前台小姐姐超温柔還給我免費升級了客房！房間全智能然後帶床的景色無敵！去星海廣場真的真的很方便！訂房間的時候一定要好好看地圖因為很多都是以為離得很近，但都衹是到轉盤那塊不是到海邊，這個是真的離海邊很近！

VValentina 娃利亚Очень хорошее место для своего бюджета - достаточно близко от аэропорта, таксист привёз прямо к рекламной надписи, сам отель удобно спрятан от шумной трассы, ресепшн до 23, о чем хозяин ещё раз упомянул в сообщении, я как раз приехала в 22:25)) Комната на 4 человек,зато есть кондиционер, ванная и туалет были на этаже, только воды в душе после 23 часов не было, поэтому ставлю 4. Утром позавтракала на улице рядом, там есть всё необходимое, нашла фрукты по сезону на улице и небольшой уютный парк, где местные жители весело проводят время)) Сам хозяин очень любезный, помог вызвать такси утром) даже пытается говорить по-русски немного, учил язык когда-то, но лучше по-китайски)

1층에 공용공간이 마음에 들었어요. 다만 제가 사용한 방 전등이 고장나서 어둡게 생활해서 불편했어요. 직원분께서 미니 전구를 주셔서 그나마 다행이었어요. 제 방은 안에 화장실이 있어서 편리했지만 수압이 약해요. 공용 샤워실은 수업은 좋지만 공간이 좁아요.
불편한 점이 있긴 했지만 직원분들이 친절하시고 숙소가 잘 꾸며져 있어서 좋았어요~

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe first day i came, i have trouble with booking procedure as the receptionist couldn’t find my name. I understand they have difficulties to read english name, so i have to wait about 20 minutes for check in. For the room and facilities are good and clean. I booked for 2 nights but they don’t provide any room cleaning and mineral water for the second day. Overall it is worth it for budget traveller , it is not far, not close too, from the subway station line 2 : yi er jiu jie station. I walked less than 10 minutes to reach the station, using Baitu Maps. Dalian is really beautiful, will come back again next year.

SSpunkThe location was the most amazing thing about this hotel. It's ideally located in the Dalian Business District near the waterfront. There was so much to see near the Venice Oriental Harbor. The hotel is ok if you don't need meals. There's no restaurant so you'll have to order takeout. They do have cup noodles and drinks in the room at an extra cost. Also, the view is nice but only if you're on the higher floors, otherwise, you'll be very disappointed by the sight of the unfinished buildings that interfere with the beautiful seaview. The view is breathtaking once you're on the higher floors. I upgraded from the 9th floor to the 21st floor once I got there. Other than that, they were very accommodating, especially to me as a foreigner who spoke very little Chinese. They added me on WeChat and helped me with everything I need.
