Good day to all travelers! Thank you all for your feedback. Thanks to you, we chose these apartments. The room is quiet, clean and cozy. The rest is calm and pleasant. A room with two comfortable beds. Additionally, the room has a table with two chairs, a soft sofa, a TV, wardrobes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an induction hob, a kettle and dishes. If something is needed, everything is kindly provided by the host. All provided bed linen, towels are plentiful and very clean. In the bathroom: shampoo, hair balm, toothbrushes, razor and household chemicals. Two types of slippers are also provided, one of them for the shower. There is unlimited bottled water, wet and dry wipes. The room is cleaned at the first request. The staff is very polite and friendly, BUT the most important advantage of this hotel is the owner Wang and his lovely wife. It's very good that they both speak English. His kindness, concern and sincere desire to help are priceless. The most necessary thing in hot weather in this room is air conditioning. And a beautiful view of the lake from the window. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the metro, train station, park, bank, shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket within a three—minute walk, where you can buy everything you need. To see the sights is not far and not expensive, by different means of transport or on foot. We had a great time with our family. And I really didn't want to leave the beautiful city. We liked everything here, there is something to see. Dalian is beautiful!!!

The location was perfect! Exceeded all of our expectations. It felt like a luxurious home. Can't imagine how breathtaking this view would be in autumn.

We had an amazing holiday in this hotel. The place is very clean and has all the necessary amenities that one needs. It would be great if the rooms had a microwave though☺️. We spent 10days in this hotel and my family and i loved it. Its close to restaurant and a subway. We plan to stay here every time we visit Dalian.

Жили в гостинице семьёй: 2 взрослых и 2 детей-подростков. Изначально бронировали номер на 2 кровати. Но нам дали номер с 3 мы большими кроватями. Огромное спасибо. Было очень комфортно. Дети спали отдельно. Номер очень большой. Кровати огромные. В номере есть холодильник. К сожалению, очень сильный неприятный запах. Не решились им воспользоваться. Уборка производилась по требованию. Вся связь через вичат. Я делала заказы с таобао на адрес гостиницы. Все заказы были получены. Хранились в комнате на ресепшн. Очень удобное расположение. 5 минут пешком от жд вокзала. Метро прям там же. В самом здании на первом этаже куча кафешек. Прям напротив много магазинов с всем необходимым. И тц Кайса с супермаркетом. Если будем ещё раз в Даляне, то опять выберем эти апартаменты. Шикарный вид из окна на море.

Tucked into the upper floors of a modern high‑rise (29th–31st floors), Hengyue Hotel offers sweeping ocean views that truly set the tone for a memorable stay. Despite being a bit tricky to find at first glance, the hotel’s layout turned into one of its most charming features—once discovered, it felt like a secret getaway perched above the city. 🧼 Cleanliness & Comfort • The room was immaculately clean, with fresh linens and well‑sanitized surfaces. • Thoughtful amenities—plush towels, quality toiletries, and spotless floors—made for a very comfortable experience. 🗺️ Location & Accessibility • Approximately 650 m from the nearest metro, tram, and bus stations—ideal for exploring Dalian. • Amazing convenience: the bay is right across the street, offering stunning water views and an easy stroll along the waterfront. 🚇 Getting There & Navigation • As rooms are located high up, the hotel is a bit hidden. • But the friendly front desk team truly turned that into a plus: a staff member met me outside the building, guided me all the way from the metro station, and personally ensured I found the right entrance. ★★★★★ hospitality! 🚶♂️ Exploring Dalian • With public transport just steps away, everything from major city sights to local gems is easily accessible. • The bay’s proximity is perfect for morning walks, evening sunsets, and photo ops.

This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!

From the initial greeting to the final farewell, every element worked in harmony to create a truly memorable visit. The service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and were consistently attentive without being intrusive. Whether it was the concierge offering insightful local recommendations, the housekeeping team maintaining impeccable discretion, or the waitstaff being both knowledgeable and patient, the level of professionalism was uniformly high. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a well-managed home. The facilities were equally impressive and clearly designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern amenities with a sense of comfort. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate.
