Good Winter 2025 holidays with good hotel, cleanliness, good bedding *we slept deeply and soundly * all heater works well superb good Rm5005 ( no windows with round tub), giving thanks to the most friendliest staff to Pretty Miss Liu and the gentle lady during our first day 11/12 on duty! Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! Kudos to QingQiu Hotel, we hereby highly recommend Anyone who is looking for a restful and relaxing Lovely trip in Dalian!5*****stars

民宿的位置真的很好很方便，餐廳和院子氛圍也不錯全都是綉球花，室內裝修中規中矩沒有什麼亮點，主要是服務，入住之前沒有任何人聯繫我告知停車場位置，是我開車快到了怕沒地方停打了前台電話問詢，到了房間院子裏有很多小貓，我帶了狗，貓一直攻擊我的狗，服務員趕走了又跑回來，去前台詢問能否換一間房，告知就剩一間房了不得已換過去，院子裏晾滿了床單，保潔拿床單大概用了半個多小時，而且換的院子裏就稀稀拉拉的幾朵花，完全沒有原來的院子好看，民宿全程也沒説過抱歉之類的，後來沒有信號找不到Wi-Fi密碼給管家發微信不回，打電話不接，過一會回覆了我詢問沒有入住須知之類的嗎？我連早餐都不知道幾點，這個時候大概是晚上了，管家給我發了入住須知，我甚至不知道接駁車是入住期間可以隨時使用的，走了半天到晚上在門口看見接駁車問我需不需要送我才知道，就真的很離譜，這個價位這個服務真的是很拉垮，全程自助服務，24小時管家形同虛設，院子私密性也不好，我隔壁的小孩一直哭鬧，家長一直抱着哭的孩子在我院子前面走來走去，搞的我狗一直叫沒辦法怕影響別人衹能大白天關門關窗簾，晚上跟工作人員反應了，第二天一早我剛拉開窗簾7點多又抱着孩子在我門口走來走去不得以又關上，本來想再玩一天被搞的心情全無Ps：晚上我去買啤酒管家送來的時候説贈送我兩瓶以表歉意沒服務好，可是兩瓶啤酒安慰不了我被影響遊玩的心情

The hotel is excellent! Although it's very big and has a lot of rooms and guests, you don't feel crowded. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English!

We visited Luneng Hot Spring with our kids and had a great family time. The hot spring was relaxing, and the kids really enjoyed the play areas and child-friendly pools. One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent help we received from Brynn, a staff member who spoke English very well. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her support made everything easier—from room service to general questions. She was kind, professional, and even checked on us after we left. Thanks to her and the friendly staff, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!0412

## Penginapan Keluarga yang Hebat di The Castle Dalian Kami tinggal sebagai sebuah keluarga selama empat malam di The Castle Dalian dan benar-benar menikmati pengalaman kami. Bilik kami yang luas dan dihias indah di tingkat 12 menawarkan pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan, menjadikan penginapan kami benar-benar tidak dapat dilupakan. Lobi pintu masuk hotel ini sangat besar dan direka bentuk dengan elegan, mewujudkan suasana yang mesra dari awal. Untuk keluarga dengan kanak-kanak, terdapat kawasan permainan yang luas, yang memerlukan bayaran tambahan. Nasib baik, tetamu hotel menerima kadar diskaun. Di luar, hotel ini mempunyai taman kecil yang menawan dengan pemandangan hebat ke teluk dan landskap yang indah—sesuai untuk berjalan-jalan santai. Hotel ini terletak di atas bukit kecil, jadi perjalanan pulang ke pusat bandar agak lama. Walau bagaimanapun, perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik percuma adalah sangat mudah, menyediakan pengangkutan mudah turun ke bandar dan kembali. Bilik kami dilengkapi dengan teliti dan sangat luas, termasuk bilik mandi yang besar dan serba lengkap. Kolam renang, dikekalkan pada suhu 27°C, tidak sesuai untuk kanak-kanak kecil kerana tiada bahagian kanak-kanak yang berasingan. Para tetamu juga perlu ambil perhatian bahawa memakai topi renang adalah wajib. Kawasan kolam termasuk sauna Finland mini dan sauna wap yang disepadukan ke dalam bilik persalinan. Walau bagaimanapun, hanya terdapat kerusi berjemur di sebelah kolam, jadi pengalaman sauna agak berbeza daripada lawatan sauna santai yang biasa kita lakukan di Eropah. Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

Hotel is located on Youhao Rd. It's along one of the roads away from the railway station. At night, it can be noisy but not too bad. Best feature of the room: automatic curtains. It gets bright early in Dalian. The free breakfast was very good. Wide spread from local foods to western cereals/yoghurt and breads and a buffet selection of cooked food. Lobby is on 16th floor so u have to take a lift up.

Замечательный, прекрасный отель, с красивым видом из панорамного окна на море и скалы, просто Вау! 👍 Понравилось все от чистоты и уюта до технологичности номеров, даже унитаз автоматически смывает, с подсветкой и подогревом 👌👍 В номере большой телевизор, прекрасная ванная, кстати тоже с видом на залив, уютная мягкая кровать, можно прекрасно выспаться под шум моря. Персонал в отеле очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный, подчевали нас вкусными завтраками, в общем мы кайфанули, отель ооочень классный, спасибо! Вернемся сами и порекомендуем знакомым!

My best experience in Dalian was at this hotel, and it’s entirely thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Ji Shi Ping (Leon). As a first-time visitor to China with no prior knowledge of the country, his attentive support made everything effortless and comfortable. If you’re staying here, be sure to ask for him—you won’t regret choosing this hotel. My time in Dalian was truly outstanding, and that’s all because of his exceptional service. 我在大连最难忘的体验就是入住这家酒店，而这完全归功于酒店经理吉士平（Leon）先生。作为初次来华、对当地毫无了解的旅客，他的周到安排让我的一切行程都变得轻松而安心。如果您计划下榻此处，一定要找他——选择这家酒店绝对不会让您失望。我在大连度过了一段无比精彩的时光，这一切都多亏了他卓越的服务。

A very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Bayshore.The hotel was fully booked with families on holiday, and many enjoyed the Sea World Park and fun fair rides 150m from the hotel. My room was 1912, and overlooked the bay. The room was spotless but getting a bit dated. The shower door is not sealed, so it leaks, but everthing else was fine.Air con was working very well and kept the room very cool. Breakfast had a vast menu, but for a foreigner, the choice was acceptable but limited. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience but expensive at £195 for a sea view double room for 2 nights staying on my own Weather was poor but did not detract from my stay.. Location excellent. Metro (2nd Hospital of Dalian Medical Uni) and Xinhai Square about 15 mins walk.
