Dalian Jinse Sea View Art Homestay (Xinghai Square Branch) Room: Hibiscus Sea-view Terrace Bathtub Room (Softened Water Zero Pressure Mattress) I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels, but this homestay just skyrocketed to TOP TIER—it was absolutely perfect in every way! ✨ The View (Unreal!) Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a postcard-perfect sea view of Xinghai Bay and the iconic bridge. Waking up to endless blue ocean and watching the sunset/night light show from my private terrace was pure magic. I never tired of it. 📍 Prime Location Steps from Xinghai Square, right on the coast—super convenient for exploring, walking the seaside, or just soaking in the vibe. Ideal spot in Dalian[(携程)] 🛏️ Room: Beautiful, Comfortable & Spotless The room is stunningly designed, spacious, and immaculately clean—no detail missed. The softened water bathtub was so luxurious for relaxing with sea views , and the zero-pressure mattress gave me the best night’s sleep in years. 設施：很新，因為是新的酒店所以各種設施都很新。 衞生：衞生情況也可以的。 環境：酒店環境好 服務：服務很好。我定了兩個房間，幫我安排在同一樓層了。 深夜粥到:晚上的粥方便，外面玩了晚了回來還有小米粥喝。 這家酒店是意外驚喜，第一次到大連，本來想住在中山廣場附近的，看了非常久的酒店，不是拉踩，因為也沒有具體入住，發現中山廣場附近酒店都是比較老的，連香格里拉也是。所以乾脆想訂遠一點。第一次住亞朵，沒想到特別滿意。而且這家店是在東關街後面的，雖然是緊臨學校（餐廳旁邊就是學校操場）因為暑假，所以一點也不吵。出去逛街也很方便，可以直接步行去柏威年酒店。打車方便，我去正黃旗總店吃飯先問了不用排隊，打車過去很快。總之去哪裡都方便，也沒必要非住中山廣場。

清潔で快適、食事も美味しかったです！ 中国語わからなくて色々取ってたら、ソースをスープだと思って取ってたみたいで、それ塩っぱいよ！と教えてもらいました。でも私はしょっぱいものが好きなので、前日もそれをスープだと思って飲んでました。どれも美味しかったです。 ランドリーもお願いできちゃうの便利 コスパ良し

My stay at IntercityHotel Dalian was delightful! 🏨 The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable room and a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. 😴 The free mini bar was a fantastic perk, and the egg tarts as a welcoming gift were such a sweet touch! 🥮 The interior design is super trendy, giving the hotel a modern and stylish vibe. ✨ The gym was a bit small with limited equipment variety, but it got the job done. 🏋️♂️ The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great spread, and the staff there were incredibly nice and welcoming, making every morning special. 😊 Everyone at the lobby greeted me with warm smiles, adding to the inviting atmosphere. We had a very pleasant stay overall. All of the staff members were warm, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping was efficient and cleaned the room promptly every day, which made the experience even more comfortable. The location is also very convenient — easy to get around and very easy to call a taxi at any time. We also appreciated the laundry and dryer facilities, which were practical and convenient for travelers staying multiple days. The only small downside was that there is only one elevator, so the waiting time could sometimes be quite long during busy hours. Other than that, everything was great and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel does have some positives — the facilities feel relatively new, the gym is better equipped than many hotels in the same price range, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The sound insulation between rooms was extremely poor. Interestingly, I barely heard any noise from the nearby bar, but I could clearly hear conversations, shower sounds, and other noises coming from neighboring rooms. The check-in experience also felt unprofessional. When I asked whether there was a quieter room available because of the nearby bar, the staff said they could “upgrade” my room and spent time introducing the larger room before finally mentioning that it required an extra charge. I completely understand paid upgrades, but the way it was communicated felt more like a sales pitch than genuine hospitality. What made the experience unacceptable in the end was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Combined with the poor soundproofing and overall service experience, this stay did not meet the standards I expected.

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

Amazing hotel with a reasonable price. Room interior was very new and so beautiful. Toilet with bath tub and separate shower area and have all toiletries. Hotel staff were very good and helpful. At front desk no.8 front desk girl give us all support during our stay. Hotel was located at the city center with all shopping and attractions with in 10 minutes drive. We love to stay here again. It was so comfortable and pleasant stay

I had an early flight out so stayed overnight. Check in was easy and great service. Room was smallish but suited my needs. Bed was super comfortable thankfully. Airconditioning great! Dinner at restaurant ok but I thought from earlier reading they had western options. Good food nonetheless. Just a bit tired and rooms need a refurbish but would stay again
