Dalian Jinse Sea View Art Homestay (Xinghai Square Branch) Room: Hibiscus Sea-view Terrace Bathtub Room (Softened Water Zero Pressure Mattress) I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels, but this homestay just skyrocketed to TOP TIER—it was absolutely perfect in every way! ✨ The View (Unreal!) Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a postcard-perfect sea view of Xinghai Bay and the iconic bridge. Waking up to endless blue ocean and watching the sunset/night light show from my private terrace was pure magic. I never tired of it. 📍 Prime Location Steps from Xinghai Square, right on the coast—super convenient for exploring, walking the seaside, or just soaking in the vibe. Ideal spot in Dalian[(携程)] 🛏️ Room: Beautiful, Comfortable & Spotless The room is stunningly designed, spacious, and immaculately clean—no detail missed. The softened water bathtub was so luxurious for relaxing with sea views , and the zero-pressure mattress gave me the best night’s sleep in years. Every amenity felt high-end and thoughtfully provided. It's exactly like the pictures on the app! ❤️ Overall Vibe Warm, welcoming, peaceful, and incredibly well-run. Overall, the hotel stay was pretty good. Location is slightly inside the roads but is still quite convenient to walk around though I felt that there are other hotels that is nearer to the roundabout area. Nonetheless, it is surrounded by many massage shops which is pretty good. Room is nice with projector and screen which the quality is good and clear. Downside would be that it seems impossible to turn off the bedside LED light. Room size is also pretty decent. Felt that the Housekeeping is quite wasteful because they throw all slippers and toothbrush almost every day after room cleaning.

設施：很新，因為是新的酒店所以各種設施都很新。 衞生：衞生情況也可以的。 環境：酒店環境好 服務：服務很好。我定了兩個房間，幫我安排在同一樓層了。 深夜粥到:晚上的粥方便，外面玩了晚了回來還有小米粥喝。 這家酒店是意外驚喜，第一次到大連，本來想住在中山廣場附近的，看了非常久的酒店，不是拉踩，因為也沒有具體入住，發現中山廣場附近酒店都是比較老的，連香格里拉也是。所以乾脆想訂遠一點。第一次住亞朵，沒想到特別滿意。而且這家店是在東關街後面的，雖然是緊臨學校（餐廳旁邊就是學校操場）因為暑假，所以一點也不吵。出去逛街也很方便，可以直接步行去柏威年酒店。打車方便，我去正黃旗總店吃飯先問了不用排隊，打車過去很快。總之去哪裡都方便，也沒必要非住中山廣場。

Good Winter 2025 holidays with good hotel, cleanliness, good bedding *we slept deeply and soundly * all heater works well superb good Rm5005 ( no windows with round tub), giving thanks to the most friendliest staff to Pretty Miss Liu and the gentle lady during our first day 11/12 on duty! Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! Kudos to QingQiu Hotel, we hereby highly recommend Anyone who is looking for a restful and relaxing Lovely trip in Dalian!5*****stars

Excellent customer service at counter from check in to check out. All the counter staff are very friendly, helpful and give added service like water n carrier without us asking for it. Only toilet bowl has no washing facilities even its auto flash. Room n toilet is spacious. Better if can have AI voice control. Location very good with shopping malls just next door. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. All of the staff members were warm, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping was efficient and cleaned the room promptly every day, which made the experience even more comfortable. The location is also very convenient — easy to get around and very easy to call a taxi at any time. We also appreciated the laundry and dryer facilities, which were practical and convenient for travelers staying multiple days. The only small downside was that there is only one elevator, so the waiting time could sometimes be quite long during busy hours. Other than that, everything was great and we would happily stay here again.

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

It is good to have toilet and shower rooms separated but both with transparent glass doors, lack of privacy. Breakfast, amenities and services are good.

每次回家鄉大連，服務的態度都能撞我不輕。 酒店最大優勢在於離機場非常近。 能看到是與各大航司合作的大企業賓館，故而自費來的旅客並不推薦。 提幾個建議（如果商家不樂意看，我先道個歉） 1.房間床頭大縫，這床墊靠牆的頭部分竟然是大插座，為了避開歪扭的插座床墊與牆隔開10釐米，以至於可以清晰地看到發黃床頭靠墊下的縫隙裏，破舊的木板和插座 2.套枕頭的套子是反的。彈力乳膠枕（不確定材質）有彎曲的波浪部分是朝上的，枕套套反了。打掃人員可以培訓一下 3.萬壽無疆的茶杯裏的水漬也不算大問題，我自己洗一洗 4.早餐不好吃，性價比低 。 水果少，牛奶壺常空 5.退房時手裡拿的東西很多，想要個袋子竟然沒有。是第一個不提供袋子的酒店。 建議老闆帶員工去其他酒店度假一下，放鬆順便學習學習。 好在攜程訂的可以下午三點退房 ，表示感謝。 希望我的大連能夠越來越好
