아파트먼트형 패밀리 숙소라 큰 냉장고, 전자렌지, 세탁기, 식탁 등이 있어서 좋았어요. 간단한 옷가지를 숙소에서 세탁하고 저녁때는 식탁에 모여 앉아 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 부모님의 만족도가 높았어요. 로비 엘베는 다소 오래 기다려야해서 불편했는데 다른 상가?로 이동하는 엘베를 찾아 이동했더니 편했어요. 같은 상가내 음식점, 스파 등 이용할 수 있어서 좋았네요. 로비 직원들 모두 친절했고요. 다음에 오면 또 방문 할 생각입니다.

Excellent customer service from arrival to check out. Staff were prepared & expecting my check in. They able to identify me and greeted me warmly. Registration was efficient and quick. I was escorted to my rooms with my luggage assisted by a male staff(姓谷). Throughout my 7 nights stay, he always greeted me w a smile and unfailingly polite whether at reception lobby or at breakfast( helping me get my coffee and recommending additionals) In fact, all the staff were always courteous when I passed them, giving me directions when approached, offering an umbrella when it was raining on my way out & thus making me feel welcome in Dalian. The location is right in the heart of Kaifaqu shopping zone and all within walking distance. I love the 2nd floor lobby layout with free beverages, comfy seats and even a long informal conference table seatings for impromptu meetings. Attractively arranged fruit platters delivered daily to my room always made me smile upon my return and made my day. I would definitely choose Orange Hotel if I return to Dalian.

The housekeeping staff is meticulous, performing a thorough cleaning every single day to ensure the space feels fresh and welcoming. The room design is modern and thoughtful, particularly the bathroom. It features a clearly defined split between wet and dry zones, which is a practical touch that many hotels overlook, making the daily routine much more organized and comfortable. The Gold Standard of Service The staff here truly understand the meaning of ”service with a smile.” The reception team was incredibly professional and went out of their way to assist with every request. A standout feature is their generosity with basic amenities—you can easily request additional bottled water at the front desk whenever needed, a small but significant gesture that makes a big difference for travelers. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dalian. The location was perfectly, everything we wanted to visit was easily accessible, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and free breakfast, which made our experience even more special. The hotel is relatively new, beautifully maintained, and has a fresh, luxurious scent throughout the property. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Dalian. Highly recommended.

3泊しました。大連駅の目の前で、ホテルの近くには干物が売っている市場や朝ごはんのフードコートなどもあり非常に便利です！ フロントにはオレンジジュースなどの飲み物が自由に飲めます。 洗濯が無料で出来るのが大変ありがたかったです！ やり方がよくわからず係の人に聞いたら洗濯と乾燥を代わりにやってくれてランドリーに置いといてくれました♪ 水は部屋の冷蔵庫にも4本あり机にも4本あるし、足りなければフロントで貰えます。 部屋のアメニティは歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、フェイスタオル、ボディタオル、シャンプー、リンス、コンディショナーなども他にも不足してるものがあればフロントにお願いできるようです😭 ただパジャマはないので必須で持って行くことをおすすめします。 フロントの人にはとても助けていただきました。 淘宝で大量の商品を注文しホテルに届けたのですが、届いてるか調べていただきました。また、ウーバーの仕方も教えていただきました。中国国内の電話番号がなかったのですが、電話番号を貸していただき大変ありがたかったです😊

The hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome. However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space. Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays. There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed. Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.

Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

出行一般都會首選亞朵，因為他們的床品真的很舒服，洗衣房、健身房等設施都有。此次四人出行訂了家庭房，兩張1.5米的床很大，房間寬敞，淋浴龍頭出水也很大，温度適宜，不會忽冷忽熱，還有送水果。如果房間內的小桌子能再大點就好了，叫個外賣不會放不下。衹是剛入住的6樓房間衞生間下水道異味有點大，反應問題後換了5樓的就沒了。可能因為入住時間段比較忙吧，反應問題，等了半小時才來解決。其他都挺好，連住還送早餐，早餐中規中矩吧，不過可以提供打包服務挺好，同行的小夥伴不願起床也能吃到早餐了。

中轉，因為離機場近所以第二次選擇這裏。去年入住體驗很不錯，價格也實惠，前台小哥哥也非常熱情周到。今年我訂的普通大床房，到了酒店以後前台女孩子説窗是內景窗，靠走廊的，我是住處必須有窗的人，所以就問説外景窗花多少錢，一般攜程自己預訂好像多40多吧，當然咱也不敢期待酒店一定會給免費升級，我就問前台女生要加多少錢，她就一臉謀劃地看電腦屏幕，然後説，加99，我説哦？不是好像才40多？然後他們就問我要身份證，我也沒説要還是不要，他們看我沒動靜，也不看我，依然看着屏幕説，那給你49吧，我説，不用了。就按照原來的就好。怎麼著也是個正兒八經的酒店，升級房型跟菜市場似的？ 電視遙控器厚厚的一層灰，可能用的客人少服務人員也疏於打掃，按一下電視打開了，但是遙控器又不靈了，我就打開後蓋一看，不知道是多久以前？是以前的客人還是服務人員，把電池咬得歪歪扭扭的。 第二天7:30的航班，晚上給前台讓5點叫早，小姐姐很負責任。酒店7:00以前沒有接送機服務，所以在酒店外招手打車去的機場。很好打車。

酒店位置很好，出行吃飯都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品柔軟睡得很舒服。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房速度很快。衞生做得特別到位，洗漱用品齊全，整體環境安靜舒適，性價比很高，入住體驗特別好，下次還會選擇這家推薦給大家。
