這次帶小朋友入住大連中山廣場諾富特公寓體驗超驚喜！地理位置沒得説，中山廣場旁地鐵出門就到，逛吃出行都便利。房間是公寓式格局，空間寬敞還有完整廚房，帶娃熱輔食特別方便。 最加分的是酒店對小朋友特別貼心，辦理入住主動贈送了兩份積木玩具，孩子拿到愛不釋手，一路哭鬧都少了很多。全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，落地窗視野開闊，房間隔音效果很好，孩子午睡完全不受打擾。配套健身房、自助洗衣房實用性拉滿，24 小時前台工作人員温柔耐心，有問題響應超快。兼顧酒店服務和居家舒適，親子出遊首選，下次來大連還選這裏！

Excellent customer service from arrival to check out. Staff were prepared & expecting my check in. They able to identify me and greeted me warmly. Registration was efficient and quick. I was escorted to my rooms with my luggage assisted by a male staff(姓谷). Throughout my 7 nights stay, he always greeted me w a smile and unfailingly polite whether at reception lobby or at breakfast( helping me get my coffee and recommending additionals) In fact, all the staff were always courteous when I passed them, giving me directions when approached, offering an umbrella when it was raining on my way out & thus making me feel welcome in Dalian. The location is right in the heart of Kaifaqu shopping zone and all within walking distance. I love the 2nd floor lobby layout with free beverages, comfy seats and even a long informal conference table seatings for impromptu meetings. Attractively arranged fruit platters delivered daily to my room always made me smile upon my return and made my day. I would definitely choose Orange Hotel if I return to Dalian.

The overall room quality and cleanliness at this hotel are okay. The room was comfortable, but the lack of reliable food supply and deceptive scheduling ruined my stay. There is no room service available at this property, which became a nightmare because all outside food delivery apps and takeout services were geographically blocked across the entire region due to a special local event. I went down to the vending machine late at night, starving, and could physically see cup noodles inside. However, because the machine requires a mobile app to operate and the app failed to list the noodles, a tech glitch made it impossible to buy them. There was also no operational backup plan for the staff to just take that vending item out from the machine, forcing me to go to bed completely hungry with zero alternative food options. There's also a problem of deceptive breakfast hours and very limited food options. Prior to booking, I checked their online listings which clearly state that breakfast starts at 07:00. Upon my arrival, the staff simply used a pen to cross out 07:00 on my breakfast voucher and hand-wrote 07:30 instead, without any prior notice. They did it very casually, as if the time change would not affect anything, showing a lack of awareness and respect regarding a guest's time and schedule. This unannounced change ruined my morning business schedule, meaning I could not eat the breakfast I paid for for one of the days. For those days that I could eat the breakfast, I found a large room for improvement in terms of food quality and options.

出行一般都會首選亞朵，因為他們的床品真的很舒服，洗衣房、健身房等設施都有。此次四人出行訂了家庭房，兩張1.5米的床很大，房間寬敞，淋浴龍頭出水也很大，温度適宜，不會忽冷忽熱，還有送水果。如果房間內的小桌子能再大點就好了，叫個外賣不會放不下。衹是剛入住的6樓房間衞生間下水道異味有點大，反應問題後換了5樓的就沒了。可能因為入住時間段比較忙吧，反應問題，等了半小時才來解決。其他都挺好，連住還送早餐，早餐中規中矩吧，不過可以提供打包服務挺好，同行的小夥伴不願起床也能吃到早餐了。

The hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome. However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space. Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays. There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed. Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.

The hotel is very near the train station, within a 5 minute walk. The pillows are supportive. One thing I feel unnecessary is the AI voice assistant, as there are not many facilities and they are straightforward to control.

Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

Berbaloi dengan harga. Lebih kurang 25,000 won setiap malam? Lokasinya berdekatan dengan Bandar Air Dongfang, tetapi tidaklah terlalu dekat. Lokasinya agak janggal, tetapi memandangkan tambang teksi di China murah, ia bukanlah masalah besar. Stesen kereta api bawah tanah juga terletak kira-kira 15 minit jauhnya. Saya tidak dapat melawat Penjara Lushun kerana ia ditutup, tetapi tidak termasuk jarak ke Lushun, tambang teksi ke tarikan pelancong berdekatan adalah sekitar 5,000 won. Perhentian bas berdekatan lol. Kemudahannya bersih sejak dibuka tahun ini. Biliknya bersih. Lobinya bersih. Tandas di lobi di tingkat satu juga bersih! Tandasnya agak luas dan bersih. Prestasi pengering rambut memuaskan untuk rambut pendek. Semua kemudahan disediakan. Anda mungkin hanya perlu membawa produk pembersihan anda sendiri. Pusat kecergasan di tingkat 4 hanya mempunyai satu treadmill. Mesin basuh juga berada di tingkat 4. Sarapan pagi memang sedap lol lol lol gi m 🠄�z/mayonis Saya... membayar kurang daripada 40 yuan... Kakitangannya ramah. Hanya masakan Cina yang tersedia! Walau bagaimanapun, mereka dengan baik hati mengendalikan semuanya menggunakan penterjemah. Jika anda memesan penghantaran, robot akan menghantarnya terus ke pintu rumah anda. Terdapat perkhidmatan pembersihan, tetapi ia hanya melibatkan pengisian semula kemudahan dan pembuangan sampah!

Very clean hotel, close to airport, room is big enough, except very little smoking smell which is typical of hotel in northeast China and much better than other hotels; I love the free laundry and BF, laundry provide detergent plus dryer, BF is rich including both western and Chinese style, fruit, drink, toast, egg, sausage and Chinese soup, vegetables, dumplings, noodles, and more. The BF may not as many options as 4 stars hotel but definitely good enough and fresh and clean.

조용하고 침구는깨끗합니다 1층에편이점이있음 버스정류장앞 백화점과 대형쇼핑몰이 가까운 곳에있음 편하게 잘쉬었다갑니다.. 다음에 대련방문하면 다시투숙 예정입니다..
