Hiasan homestay ini sangat unik, dan rasanya seperti kedai koleksi seni. Penjaga rumah sangat bersemangat dan susunan jadual perjalanan semuanya bersambung. Terdapat sebuah restoran, jagung pulut dan kubis yang dicincang tangan untuk sarapan pagi, dan keledek manisan untuk makan malam sangat lazat. Bos juga sangat baik. Dia bertanya sama ada saya boleh memercik air untuk membuat ais? Dia segera mencari cawan untuk mengajar saya dan membantu saya merakam video. Terdapat juga kucing dan anjing yang anak-anak saya suka, yang sangat penyayang. Saya mengikut nasihat bos dan berulang alik ke kampung salji pada hari yang sama. Selepas mengalaminya, saya benar-benar merasakan bahawa tidak perlu tinggal di kampung salji. Selepas melihat pemandangan malam, kami pulang pada pukul 4:30 dan pulang ke Yabuli dalam masa kurang 2 jam.

I highly recommend this place to stay, the couple there is nice, and everything that offered us is at such a cheap and affordable price. The couple living there are also so nice. Once, my daughter was hungry and the couple served us cup noodles. Which in my opinion is excellent caretaking services because usually when I go to a hotel, there are not many complimentary snacks but there is a big variety of food in the couples villa and owner even went supermarket to buy the food in the late evening for us to eat. They even have their own restaurant that sells barbecue. The meat was tender and delicious. Everything there is better than the normal barbecue restaurants you normally see. I even remember going skiing with my daughter and I and the couple even let us borrow skiing outfits and provided us with other skiing accessories. Even when we were just staying there for a short while, the couple provided us with all necessary need, which is why I highly recommend staying in this villa

他们还有自己的烧烤餐厅铁哥烧烤，肉质鲜嫩可口，比普通烧烤店更胜一筹。记得和女儿滑雪时，夫妇俩不仅借给我们滑雪装备，还贴心地准备了其他滑雪用品。即便只是短暂停留，他们也提供全套生活用品，我们滑雪来不及赶火车，铁哥铁嫂帮我们把衣服都开车送过来帮我们换，极力推荐这家民宿，有在朋友家居住的感觉。

MMinnie RexThis is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

AAmmayI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent issue I encountered during my stay.
I booked a room through Trip.com for 6 nights from December 27, 2025, to January 2, 2026. However, I mistakenly booked a single bed instead of a double bed. (Just only 1 more night on 2 January to 3 January ) When I tried to address this issue with your staff, I was only informed that I would need to pay an additional amount to make the change. With not helping and no service mind. Even if i asked to talk to your manager at first time but i got denied.
Actually, on December 29th, I had already booked the room and paid for the breakfast, but I did not use either service. I never intended to ask for a refund. However, on other days when I used the breakfast service, I was still charged as usual, even though you could have helped me by waiving the charges for the day I did not use the service. I never requested anything else, but simply sought to correct the booking error by changing from a single bed to a double bed.
I have stayed at various Ritz-Carlton locations, and this experience has been the most disappointing in terms of service and staff handling. After my initial request to speak with a manager was denied, the manager eventually came to speak with me but offered no solution other than to cancel the reservation. This is not the level of customer service I expected.
When I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to address the service shortcomings.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施齊全方便。旁邊就是索菲亞教堂，距離中央大街10分鐘路程，酒店樓下就是百貨商場，裡邊啥都有，東西很全，酒店早餐也好吃，菜品很豐盛還有清真菜，每天都有換新菜品，前台服務熱情又高效，我們總是麻煩前台，前台都很有耐心幫忙，房間隔音效果也很好，住得很舒心，以後再來 還選擇這裏住。

CColin and Robyn LogieWhat an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven.
This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow.
The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great).
We will return to this hotel as soon as we can.
Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

Transportation is not an issue, DiDi e-hailing cost us around 65 Yuan from city center.
Check in is smooth.
The hotel situated at a picturesque landscape offer Russian tradisional architecture, ornate churches and rustic old vodka factory create a charming atmosphere.
We took a leisure walking throughly the entire village and took a lots of picture.

PPengguna TetamuHotel ini adalah titik permulaan kereta kabel dan terletak di dalam kawasan Taman Pulau Matahari, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk ke tebing sungai dan tempat-tempat lain. Biliknya sangat luas, kebersihannya terjaga, dan kemudahan serta kelengkapan yang disediakan juga berkualiti tinggi. Terdapat berus gigi dan selipar kanak-kanak. Perkhidmatan di kaunter hadapan sangat baik dan sabar.
Cuma, tingkat bawah agak bising kerana terdapat banyak kedai komersial (kedai roti, kedai minuman, dan laluan beratur untuk kereta kabel). Bunyi kereta kabel boleh didengar dari dalam bilik, tetapi tidak mengganggu tidur. Pencahayaan bilik tidak begitu baik, agak gelap, tetapi lokasinya sangat strategik dan masih menawarkan nilai untuk wang yang sangat berbaloi. Harganya sangat mengejutkan dengan kualiti yang ditawarkan!
