LLeianExcellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately.
What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

MMinnie RexThis is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

MmagicanchowThe hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in.
Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments.
Easy contact concierge via WeChat.
One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.
So grateful!

HHoffmann DieterHeinzHermannI have long wanted to visit the Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin, and this year in early January, my schedule finally allowed for a short private trip. Given its proximity to the festival grounds, I chose to stay at the Ritz Carlton - and I was not disappointed. The hotel is superb in every way.. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from the breakfast room overlooking the river toward the snow and ice display. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location proved convenient, with a metro station nearby. Although I took a taxi on my first outing, I later opted for the Metro, which was efficient and easy to use..My room was comfortable and met all my expectations. While I didn't use the pool, I did visit the gym, which was well eeuipped and pleasant.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I hope to return next year - perhaps with friends.

IIlse Du PlooyBilik kelihatan jauh lebih kecil daripada di tapak web tetapi memadai untuk perjalanan solo. Tong sampah dikosongkan setiap hari tetapi mereka tidak mengemas katil anda. Kepala pancuran patah dan sukar untuk dikendalikan dan penutup tilam terlalu besar untuk katil dan terus tergelincir. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan membantu. Lokasi adalah sukar dalam erti kata bahawa hotel ini terletak di jalan utama yang sangat sibuk, dengan arah sehala dan sedikit di antara pas, bermakna teksi mesti terlebih dahulu memandu agak jauh melepasi hotel sebelum membuat pusingan u untuk berpatah balik untuk menurunkan anda. Kelemahan menggunakan Didi atau teksi ialah pemandu yang kurang ajar dan tidak sabar. Mereka mengenakan tambang lebih tinggi semasa Krismas. Kami sering mengalami kesesakan lalu lintas, akhirnya berjalan semula 2-4km ke hotel. Secara keseluruhan saya kecewa dengan bandar itu sendiri. Banyak bangunan yang rosak dan diabaikan dengan windos yang pecah dan cat yang dikupas, yang mengingatkan saya kepada *********************. Jalan-jalan sangat kotor dan sekolah berhampiran tidak memudahkan kesesakan lalu lintas apabila berulang-alik ke hotel. Khabar angin bahawa Krismas tidak begitu sibuk dan masa yang lebih baik untuk melawat Harbin, adalah tidak benar. Orang ramai merosakkan pengalaman di Gereja Saint Sophia, terutamanya pengaruh yang memakai pakaian yang tidak masuk akal yang bergambar dalam suhu sejuk di tangga dan sudut gereja, merosakkan sebarang peluang fotografi. Gerai dan kedai di sekitar Gereja adalah sangat mahal. Saya melawat beberapa gereja lain seperti St Aleksyev dan Kuil Jile yang sangat berbaloi. Kemuncak perjalanan saya ialah Volga Manor, Baroque Street dan Jambatan Kereta Api Songhua. Arca salji Pulau Sun sangat menyeronokkan, mudah dinavigasi dan tidak sesak dengan orang ramai. Banyak ruang untuk berjalan melalui taman, bermain salji dan menaiki kereta kabel melintasi sungai. Soalannya tidak jauh dari sebelah Sun Island, tetapi menyeberang ke sebelah Harbin, pertanyaan itu sangat panjang untuk mendapatkan kereta kabel. Danny's Beer di kawasan Baroques Street mesti dikunjungi dan menawarkan makanan serta layanan mesra, hangat dan lazat. Ia adalah pendakian sejauh 4.7km dari jambatan Sungai Songhua dan menawarkan makanan yang enak pada harga yang sangat berpatutan. Saya tidak melawat taman arca Ais atau pertunjukan cahaya kerana isyarat menunggu selama tiga jam, terlalu ramai orang dan keadaan licin. Taman Harimau adalah pengalaman yang begitu-begitu dan kebanyakannya menjengkelkan kerana orang menggoda harimau dengan jalur daging yang tidak dapat dicapai; semua demi peluang bergambar. Jika anda seorang pencinta haiwan, lebih baik melangkau harimau
Taman. Akhir sekali, satu kelebihan besar ialah tandas awam berhampiran Sungai Songhua yang sangat bersih.

The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough.
Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay.
Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests.
Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room.
Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Perkhidmatan di kaunter hadapan sangat baik dan sabar.
Cuma, tingkat bawah agak bising kerana terdapat banyak kedai komersial (kedai roti, kedai minuman, dan laluan beratur untuk kereta kabel). Bunyi kereta kabel boleh didengar dari dalam bilik, tetapi tidak mengganggu tidur. Pencahayaan bilik tidak begitu baik, agak gelap, tetapi lokasinya sangat strategik dan masih menawarkan nilai untuk wang yang sangat berbaloi. Harganya sangat mengejutkan dengan kualiti yang ditawarkan!
