The owner and his family are super friendly, and they speak English really well, which made everything much easier for us. You can tell a lot of thought went into this place. The design, materials, and little details are all done beautifully. If you're planning to visit Jiuzhaigou and don't mind staying a bit outside the main area, I really recommend this place. Thai travelers, give it a try — they made us feel very welcome. If you're into craft beer, even better. The owner has his own brewery. 🍺 There are some really good local restaurants nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. If you want to have dinner at the property, send the owner a message in advance and ask them to reserve a table. The area feels very local and safe, with mostly local residents around. The road getting here is a little narrow, but that's about the only thing worth mentioning. Would definitely stay here again.

There isn’t a photo in this world that would do the view here justice. The trip via Didi was around 90 mins door to door from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station. Cost varied between 250-320 Yuan in June ‘26. The host is very helpful organising pick up / drop offs, whilst we used Didi to transfer from the railway station it’s worth checking in with the hotel to see what alternatives there are. The views from the rooms are magical. It doesn’t matter the weather or the season, the ever changing view is always just a moment away from showing you something spectacular. Here there is no good or bad weather. The host is very helpful, he organised transfers to and from the scenic area on demand. The chef made us breakfast to go for the morning and the manager was truly hospitable, above and beyond anything I expected from a small guesthouse. The entire team made our honeymoon trip very memorable. Whilst very little English is spoken in these parts, it should not deter you from coming. The people are patient and helpful, transport is seamless and Didi’s are regular. Everyone is very used to having to use WeChat to talk to foreigners. The hotel is about a half an hour drive from the main entrance to the park. Once inside Jiuzhaigou pay the extra money to take the VIP tour experience to avoid the crowds. Jump off at the last stop to explore the park on foot with whatever time is left before closing if you like. Food is quite limited, so grab some dinner at the town before heading back up into the mountain. This place is breathtaking in my opinion. An unforgettable stay in the mountains I would absolutely love to come back to someday.

A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

The room itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from complimentary toiletries to a well-stocked minibar. The hotel's facilities were outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views, along with a relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, featuring a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. Location-wise, [Hotel Name] couldn't be better. It's conveniently situated near local attractions, shopping, and dining, making it easy to explore the area. The perfect getaway in the heart of Jiuzhaigou. We decided to stay for 3 nights at this resort and we were absolutely delighted by the resort, it's friendly and helpful staff (they were always a text away, they deserve 6 stars if possible), the comfort and luxury of the rooms (spacious, clean, well appointed and we even had a private outdoor hot tub!), and it's close proximity to attractions (horse riding, UTV rides, hikes and ******* village) and good food (breakfast AND dinner). I do have to state, that its best to have your own private transport (self drive or driver) as this is abit off the beaten path (we loved it). It felt like we had the whole valley to ourselves. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Service in Jiuzhaigou I had a wonderful New Year holiday at Hotel Indigo Jiuzhai By IHG. The hotel is located about 10–12 km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, just a 15–20 minute drive by car. The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, elegant interiors with strong ******* cultural elements, and a pleasant light fragrance. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. I tried some traditional ******* dishes, and they were absolutely delicious. The hotel also provides professional photography services to capture beautiful moments. What impressed me most was the staff—extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive, even though most of them don’t speak English. Before leaving, I received great assistance from a staff member named Bunny Wu, who helped me book transportation from the hotel to Huanglong High-Speed Railway Station. Thanks to Bunny, I saved a significant amount of money. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very happy throughout my holiday. This is definitely a destination worth experiencing when visiting Jiuzhaigou!

九寨溝之行最驚喜的住宿就是溯舍驛居！位置絕佳，出行去景點超方便。民宿藏式設計很有格調，房間乾淨整潔、床品柔軟，一覺睡到天亮。管家服務貼心周到，從入住指引到遊玩攻略都安排得明明白白，早餐也很合口味。真正做到了賓至如歸，讓我最滿意的就是接送服務完全不用擔心，去景區入口也就幾分鐘，來九寨溝玩選這家絕對不踩雷，強烈推薦！

Location is about 30 minute walk to the park entrance - just along the river. Lots of places to eat around as well as a small supermarket. Beds were extremely hard - only two nights was ok. Also very squeaky everytime you get up the ladder / move. Host who checked me in was friendly and helpful despite our language barrier.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.

The place doesn’t worth the price. Just FYI: The night before I had stayed at another place, closer to the entrance park, only 100 kuai more expensive, and it was much better. 汀泉清居 has very kind, efficient and nice staff, but the situation of the hotel isn’t good. First, the room I stayed in had windows facing the main road, so it was very noisy. Second,the corridor with the rooms is on the same floor as the entrance, so the guests who arrived (in groups quite often) would make a big mess. Third, they have a ******* show at an open area just beside the hotel, making it even noisier. If you expect to relax after a full day of Jiuzhaigou, forget it! You’ll have to wait until after 21:30. After that, earplugs can help cancelling the noise of the road and the guests. Lastly, the shower definitely needs maintenance. It’s not the worst place; but, overall, it’s not a place to stay after spending the day at the amazing jiuzhai; I’d recommend you spend a few kuai more and book somewhere else.
