"Overall, I'd rate the service and my stay a solid 9/10. The highlights include: before arrival, they set up a service group chat (with front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, cafe staff, etc., all in it), which meant service requests were handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, on par with a major hotel chain. Upon check-in, the front desk gave a warm welcome and actively helped with luggage to the room (a thoughtful touch for guests who might suffer from altitude sickness). They also provided room service and facility introductions, and proactively offered to book special services like dining reservations, hiking activities, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. The restaurant service was excellent, especially from two young servers born in '05 and '00, who were very attentive during meals and also took great care of guests during our hiking trip. Regarding facilities, given the limitations of a high-altitude location, potential areas for improvement, if possible, are: 1. The pool's interior tile color could be updated slightly. I've seen other guests mention the blue tiles; it's not a major issue but could be optimized if resources allow. 2. The restaurant's menu could be a bit more varied (if feasible). After about a three-day stay, the menu tends to cycle through all its dishes. Perhaps the same ingredients could be prepared in different ways. 3. The cafe's beverage selection could also be expanded if possible, perhaps incorporating local ******* characteristics. I'm sure guests would be willing to pay for unique specialty drinks, haha. I hope this hotel continues to thrive under Yongguichuan's management. See you again!"

"This spontaneously booked room truly exceeded my expectations! The courtyard environment is quiet and elegant, far from the hustle and bustle, offering excellent privacy. The room itself is spacious, with underfloor heating and central air conditioning providing comfortable, constant temperatures. The smart toilet is convenient to use, and all the soft furnishings are of high quality. The private hot spring's water quality is clean, and a soak there completely washed away my fatigue. The staff's service was attentive and thoughtful, paying close attention to details. From the mountain-view room, opening the window reveals serene and healing forest scenery. It's truly a top choice for a relaxing getaway. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back again!"

"We stayed on the third floor with a mountain view from the window. The room was clean and the linens were fresh. The beds could be pushed together to form a large bed, which was perfect for traveling with children – plenty of space and no worries about them falling out. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation. While breakfast didn't offer the variety of a large hotel, it was delicious, especially the fried noodles; my child had two bowls! A very pleasant experience overall."
