Cari Hotel 2-Star di Jiuzhaigou

I stayed at Moma Fulan for three nights and I can definitely recommend this place. It’s easy to get to Jiuzhaigou Park by taxi or bus. The place is very unique, with a beautiful Chinese-style design, and everything is new and very clean. The best part, though, is the owner and his family. They are incredibly kind and very welcoming. They are also talkative and happy to chat in both Chinese and English! I stayed in the dormitory, which was really nice, but the private rooms also looked great. Thanks again for everything! Theo

非常棒的一次入住體驗！碧家小築的位置非常方便，周邊吃早餐和晚餐選擇很多。客棧環境溫馨乾淨，房間維護得非常好，床品舒服暖和。老闆和工作人員服務非常熱情周到，對我們帶著長者和小朋友的家庭特別照顧。出門去九寨溝景區搭車也極其順暢，整體給人一種家一樣的舒服感，下次再來九寨溝一定還住這裡！

I am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had. Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare. We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit. All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes. During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water. They also provided very good and complete amenities. On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable. They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures. They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time. The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese. They also gave us a late check out at 3pm Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou. The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all. I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

Nice little hotel at a very popular area. Like many of the other hotels it is in a building nestled between other buildings. Its a 4 storey hotel side by side with other hotels. Windows open up to give you a view of the alley between buildings with the wall of the next building less than 2 meters away. This is good enough for 1-2 nights stay when visiting the Jiuzhaigou park. You can walk to the park entrance which is less than a kilometer away. Room is well kept, clean and warm. Bathroom has ventilation and hot water all the time. The bed and pillows are harder than my usual bed so I did not sleep well. Others might find it just right. Disposable towels are provided which is basically like wiping with a large piece of absorbent paper. This is fine in Autumn and Winter as the water dries off your body quickly. For better self comfort bring your own small towel. They clean the room daily but do not make the bed so as not to touch personal items. There is no lift but the hotel staff will help you to carry your bags to your room. Value for money. For this price cannot expect too much.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel in China. Their attention to detail was remarkable—every request was handled promptly, and their friendliness truly elevated my stay. The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, creating a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality. I especially appreciated how quiet the room was, allowing me to fully relax after a long day. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The lobby was stylish and inviting, the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the property felt refined and meticulously maintained. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and transportation. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional level of service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference and left a lasting impression. Overall, this hotel provided one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting China, and I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next trip. An outstanding hotel in every aspect.

Only a 20 minutes walk away from Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance, so position is great. The room was big, but could have been a bit cleaner. I appreciated the mosquito net at the window and that there was AC. Downside: not that quiet, and only disposable towels were provided at first, but they did promptly provide a normal shower towel when I asked for it. Maybe they could add a small bedside lamp to make the room cozier. Overall a good experience.

九寨溝之行最驚喜的住宿就是溯舍驛居！位置絕佳，出行去景點超方便。民宿藏式設計很有格調，房間乾淨整潔、床品柔軟，一覺睡到天亮。管家服務貼心周到，從入住指引到遊玩攻略都安排得明明白白，早餐也很合口味。真正做到了賓至如歸，讓我最滿意的就是接送服務完全不用擔心，去景區入口也就幾分鐘，來九寨溝玩選這家絕對不踩雷，強烈推薦！

這次住的酒店標間真的讓我超滿意！房間乾淨敞亮，床鋪軟硬適中，一躺上去就感覺疲憊全無。衞浴設施嶄新，熱水來得快，水量也足。前台服務熱情，入住退房都很高效，超棒的體驗！

Actually I've got confuse, where to stay in Jiuzhaigou until I've decided to stay near the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance, so I'm looking for a clean walking distance hotel. I've choose this hotel, my main concern is a clean and non-smoking room. Surprisingly, I've choose the best hotel, which is the shuttle bus from HuanglongJiuzhai stopped right in front of this hotel, it help me a lot to bring my luggage, since winter here its very cold (-6'C) 🥶 The room is big, spacious, clean and no cigarette smell (as per requested) which is I've appreciated a lot, also on the bed there's heater to make my sleep comfortable during my stay in the winter. Will recommend to others for sure, to stay in this hotel for the visit in Jiuzhaigou. Thank you.

The place doesn’t worth the price. Just FYI: The night before I had stayed at another place, closer to the entrance park, only 100 kuai more expensive, and it was much better. 汀泉清居 has very kind, efficient and nice staff, but the situation of the hotel isn’t good. First, the room I stayed in had windows facing the main road, so it was very noisy. Second,the corridor with the rooms is on the same floor as the entrance, so the guests who arrived (in groups quite often) would make a big mess. Third, they have a ******* show at an open area just beside the hotel, making it even noisier. If you expect to relax after a full day of Jiuzhaigou, forget it! You’ll have to wait until after 21:30. After that, earplugs can help cancelling the noise of the road and the guests. Lastly, the shower definitely needs maintenance. It’s not the worst place; but, overall, it’s not a place to stay after spending the day at the amazing jiuzhai; I’d recommend you spend a few kuai more and book somewhere else.
