入住當天在九寨溝走了一天，房間裏很貼心的準備好了泡腳桶和葯包，稍晚還送了水果和甜湯。唯一美中不足的是酒店離九寨溝景區確實有些距離，但是對於第一天玩完才來入住的我不是啥問題，在陽台喝喝茶看看山景我覺得也很棒，況且酒店後山有一條徒步路線，大約步行個二十分鐘能看到雪山環繞的海子，再就是這裏光污染非常低，天黑後能看到北斗七星和獵户座，帶個三角架可以晚上來拍星空。總而言之無論是軟件還是硬件，我覺得九寨溝悦榕莊就是我的年度最佳酒店。在此特地感謝一下白雲餐廳的經理張先生，在感冒很嚴重的情況下仍然在忙前忙後給我們準備氂牛火鍋和藏香豬，非常美味，也希望他早日康復～

Perfect experience. The staff was immensely helpful with everything. The room was super spacious, bed was comfortable. The view was spectacular and the relaxing surroundings ensured a great night sleep. The hill behind the hotel was a good hike and provided beautiful views. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

設施：地暖、暖氣很暖，衞生：維護很好，打掃很乾凈。環境：隱居在山谷裏，曲徑通幽處，很安靜，風景宜人。最後一天早上下了雪，很漂亮。服務：服務很細緻，管家Rumiya、涅巴等幾個管家事事有迴應，回覆速度很快，叫車也是馬上到，無死角服務。處理解決問題很迅速。體驗了酒店水療，spa香香手法嫻熟，很舒服。餐飲很不錯，波日木居小火鍋很好吃，彩林軒菜品十分有特色。個人認為智能馬桶不好，牌子不錯，但確實不好用。客房送餐也有瑕疵。其餘都很不錯，值得再來。

This place is perfect for unwinding. It is located 15 minutes away from the main road. The hotel offered free pick up and drop off so the distance to the main area is not really a problem. Very peaceful and has a splendid view from the cabin. The amenities were also impressive. We would have loved to have: 1. A map or guide for more leisure possibilities such as hiking trails around the area. We only were to explore by ourselves by walking down to a beautiful ******* village. 2. More options for breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the same price category, the breakfast is too simple. 3. As the cabin is using smart home technology, a user manual or a short instruction on paper would be helpful. Overall, our stay was relaxing and worth the price.

無意中搜到這家還在試營業的民宿，感覺真是來九寨最完美的天賜緣分！春節期間在九寨溝門票一票難求的情況下，這家店因為試營業，客人不多，店家竟然還有條件主動給我升了房，感動😹房間怎麼説呢，就是讓我對店家有惺惺相惜之感😝店家一定也是個潔癖患者，房間裏到處都乾乾淨淨的，喝水用的是即熱式飲水機，雖然出水量小，但它快啊，乾淨啊！毛巾和鞋子都用消毒袋裝好，讓人感覺很安心。洗護竟然用的是我最愛的小眾輕奢品牌悦碧施！吹風機是徠芬的，漱口杯、喝水杯和泡茶杯感覺品質也不錯，浴缸和洗面盆呼應，水居然是從天花板上垂下來的管道里出來的👍處處都能感受到店家的設計感和用心。不知道為什麼洗漱用具盒子上是“巴淞釋境”的字樣，不是“醍心美宿”吃飯的時候問了小哥，原來另外一家巴淞是他們在景區內的連鎖店，因為這邊新店開業有些洗護用品沒到位，所以暫時用的溝裏面logo的洗漱用品（悄悄搜了一下溝裏那家店，貌似也是個網紅店，口碑感覺還不錯，下次再來的時候考慮訂）美中略有不足的是餐廳稍顯簡陋了，就是幾個藏式的帳篷搭建的，店家解釋説是因為冬季不適合動工，所以原本設計的高大上的餐廳（看了設計圖，確實有格調）要等天氣暖和了才能開始修建，但是對於試營業的價格來説，餐廳的瑕疵也可以不那麼在意啦！期待下次再來的時候能看到更完美的醍心美宿，也能無縫連結地入住溝內連鎖店！

SSupertravelpandaWe slept on the dodgy side of the 6th floor in front of a dark closed lounge. You have to take a step after taking the elevator up to 5th floor. The exterior and lobby of the hotel look more decent than the room. Very old but neat. The power of the shower is very weak resulting in a long and not very hot shower. We all slept well and overall that is the most important. We could left our luggage behind for the second day to Jiuzhaigou. Entrance of park is a 15 minutes walk. In the neighbourhood a lot of eateries.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel is a bit isolated from shops or restaurants. However the in house restaurant food is quite delicious, we had our dinner there. The hotel is old but clean, customer services is very helpful. Give 5 star rating for the receptionist 小秦 and 小徐 from the restaurant who gave extra miles to made our trip smoothly all the way.

CCheungBooked this hotel on a whim as I had to stay in Jiuzhaigou unexpectedly. The hotel is fairly close to entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance, about a. 30 minute walk. There isn't much around the area except for a convenience store. The staff is pleasant and the lobby of the hotel looks great. The breakfast provided was basic but there was some variety and it was delicious. The room is an optimal size but the bathroom was fairly small. There is Wifi and cable TV as well as a AC/heater that kept me warm. There was hair from previous guests in the corner of the room and the shampoo/body wash and especially the toothpaste could be of better quality.

LLovisIt’s the Zhenjiang Guan shuttle bus pickup and drop off point…very convenient for F&E travellers. Hotel is old but well maintained. It offers very good personalised services. Our stay includes welcome fruits, free medicine pack for leg soak and also traditional wear experience. Cons: the bed was too hard for me, the breakfast was not appetising and hotel guests smoked everywhere.

BbeldvikThe breakfast was fine. Location is great, 15 minutes walk to the park entrance. It’s not bad for its price, but cleanliness and services could be improved. The hotel room was really dirty, drops on the floor in the toilet, awful carpet, streaks and stains everywhere on the furniture and on the sink. Also, the hot springs are not working, never saw anyone there and didn’t want to try myself because of the appearance of the water. Despite the information here, there is no laundry service.
