PPengguna TetamuThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Mmr_alok”Great Resort, Great Service” Okay first thing, yes, it is far. Like 1.5 hours from BBT ferry terminal. But shared transport is provided (with a cold towel, cookie and water bottle), so honestly it's fine. You just sit back and by the time you arrive you've mentally switched off from everything anyway. Check-in was really smooth. No queue at the counter. While you sit down at the lobby, a welcome drink and cold towel is provided together with the check-in formalities. That already felt different. And the staff throughout the stay were just... on it. I genuinely didn't need to call for anything. Whatever I expected to find in the room, it was there. Buggy service is available until 11 pm, and is available promptly the moment you call them. The suite itself was excellent. Huge outdoor balcony with two sets of sitting area. A hammock is also provided to relax in a lazy afternoon. Inside the room, a solid wood bed frame, with a comfortable mattress and clean sheets. They give you both hard and soft pillows which I always appreciate. A large work table/chair is behind the bed. It also includes fast charging ports (nice touch). TV is equipped with Google TV kind of device with familiar remote. Room was well stocked with four water bottles, wine and drink glasses, coffee/tea cups, minibar with most common drinks stacked (not complimentary). Small thing but they forgot spoons for the coffee/tea. Didn't ruin anything but I noticed. The bathroom was big and clean with his/hers sink. All necessary amenities are of good quality. However, the shower area is a bit cramped as it is next to the bathtub. As such it wets the entire area. Even if you put floor towel, it eventually gets drenched too. Breakfast was great. Open air setting with nice spread - good fresh fruits, salads, local dishes, breads, bread spreads, coffee/tea together with kopi and teh as well. Dinner was also delicious with prompt room service. Only thing is the kitchen stops at 9:30pm which is a bit early, especially when you are on vacation. Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing if you're a late eater like me. Most of the info is shared via WhatsApp- shuttle times, checkout info, all sent through without me having to chase anyone. Simple but effective. Each villa is provided with two bikes (his and hers) which was fun, especially since the area is quite spread out. Though something could be improved: The pool is honestly too small. Cannot accommodate even 25% of guests. And the main beach is very small and with only two chairs. That's it. For a place sitting right on the water, I expected more there. Coffee pods in the room were really bad. Everything else in the room was good quality so this just stood out. Swap the pods, it's an easy fix. I informed them in advance that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. But it was completely ignored. Forget about flowers, not even a little card. That genuinely upset me. It's the kind of thing that would've made the stay really special and they just dropped the ball completely. Despite that, I'd still recommend it. The food is solid, the service is good, the room is comfortable and it's a genuinely peaceful place to be. And if you're celebrating something, maybe follow up more than once to make sure they actually action it.

PPengguna TetamuWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

RRohana SolehahOur stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

MMixworldStayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! Will definitely recommend my friends and family here. Thank you to all team from Pantai Indah :)

Perkhidmatan bilik adalah baik dan kakitangan ramah dan sentiasa menyambut kami dengan wajah tersenyum. Kami tinggal selama 3 malam dan kami makan di restoran resort. Sarapan pagi telah dimasukkan dalam tempahan kami dan makanan yang disajikan semasa sarapan pagi adalah baik tetapi tiada apa yang istimewa untuk disebutkan. Kami makan tengah hari dan makan malam di restoran makanan laut Spice dan Kelong. Saya akan mengatakan jenis makanan adalah terhad dan mahal. Saya akan katakan ia lebih mahal daripada Singapura (salah satu bandar paling mahal di asia). Untuk dua orang kami membelanjakan kira-kira 70$-170$ setiap hidangan... pembuka selera, satu hidangan utama dan satu minuman termurah. Apabila kami mempunyai hidangan makanan laut, harganya lebih mahal, sudah tentu, kira-kira $170. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah pengalaman yang baik. Penginapan yang bagus kecuali makanan yang mahal. Rasa makanannya sedap. Kami menginap 3 malam, jadi kami lebih sukar untuk memilih apa yang hendak dimakan apabila anda tidak mempunyai banyak pilihan dan ia tidak menarik dan anda berada di resort… jadi anda tidak boleh keluar dan membeli lebih banyak makanan dengan harga berpatutan di luar. Jika resort boleh mempunyai lebih banyak masakan Cina akan menjadi baik. Jadi, jika anda tinggal untuk berehat maka ia adalah baik. Jika anda penggemar makanan,,, tempat ini bukan untuk anda.

PPratibha AshwinWe stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Recommend fazly our driver for all 2 nights big shout out to him as he really good and bring us to what we want for our activities.... It's abit too far from the ferry terminal but it's worth it... The sceneries ans all the staff is very efficient and also very respectful. Just to take note there is no nearby eateries but got a small convinient store and tell the reception and they will get a driver for us to go for free... As we extended our stay they assist us to contact the ferry terminal but we have to go there and pay the rebboking fee... And breakfast was good too... For sure will be back again and stay at this hotel again.. Ps to the management it will be good if you could provide a microwave since sometimes we will buy food earlier and bring over as no local eateries nearby. Kudos to the team there for the excellent and pleasant stay..
