An Unforgettable Stay at The Sanchaya Bintan – A True Paradise! Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort. A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. Kami tinggal bersama keluarga di resort glamping Kawaland selama 3D,2N. Kami mempunyai pengalaman yang sangat bagus. Kakitangan adalah ikhlas, bekerja keras, mesra dan berbudi bahasa dengan semua keperluan kami. Kakitangan di restoran itu ramah dan menerangkan kepada kami tentang masakan Indonesia. Semua makanan yang kami cuba di restoran itu sedap! Bilik glamping selesa dengan bilik tidur dan bilik mandi yang luas. Pantai hanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari resort & ia bersih dan cantik. Mereka juga mempunyai kolam renang. Kami juga mempunyai pengalaman yang baik menggunakan lubang BBQ dengan bantuan kakitangan. Kami juga dapat mencuba malam wayang dengan projektor di bar pantai. Satu kawasan yang boleh diperbaiki ialah: Semasa cuaca panas, panel bumbung dan bahagian dalam bilik menjadi agak panas. AC sahaja tidak mencukupi. Jadi ia mungkin memerlukan beberapa penyelesaian lain juga untuk memastikan bilik selesa. Jika tidak, kami berehat, selamat bercuti di resort! Pasti akan mengesyorkannya kepada semua orang.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cassia. The single beds were super single, comfy and spacious. I loved the private beach shared with Homm and Banyan Tree. We went before the long weekend started. So there was no crowd and we got to enjoy the beach mostly to ourselves and with other family guests. The tide was mostly calm and sea shallow. It was therapeutic for my 5 year old just to be in the sea water bobbling with the calm waves. Breakfast was tasty especially the local dishes. Staff was always friendly and smiling. It is a 5 star stay with a superbly reasonable price. I’m so glad I chose Cassia. Thumbs up to the staff during our stay and the reception lady for remembering my daughter’s name. For those who are fearful of the island heat, take note that breakfast is served in a non-aircon restaurant. But that’s the whole idea of a beach holiday!

The stay at Natra Bintan was amazing. Room is clean and cozy, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located at the Treasure Bay where you get to play both the land and water activities and is just 5 mins from ferry terminal. Scenery is stunning and feels relaxing. Downside is all activities are a bit pricey in Treasure Bay. Breakfast choices are great and delicious. Managed to capture both sunset and sunrise at the resort.

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Generally is a good experience for a family stay. The villa is big and spacious. Both rooms are clean and tidy. We have in house BBQ session. Drawback is the toilet is open style with easy access for the flies and mosquitoes. The breakfast menu is acceptable. But for the 3 nights, we prefer to have dinner outside instead as the price is not that attractive.

Amazing place to stay if you need to just relax and recharge in the calm. Just idle time sitting in the patio of your sea view villa and enjoy looking at the sea or walking by the beach collecting sea shells and finding baby mud crabs inside of the sea shells. It was not our first time staying at Mayang Sari or one of the other Nirwana properties. Hence, the smiling staff with their impeccable service levels is never a surprise but always a pleasure. Mayang Sari has its own restaurant, the Deli Cafe, where you can get local and western delicacies and drinks. The property has an Indian restaurant, Spice, which is a 5 minute walk from Mayang Sari, and Nirwana also has its own restaurant. They have a pick and drop shuttle from the ferry terminal, which makes it very convenient. Just a call put that this is Lagoi, so please don't expect to have malls around, and the city centre falls in the Tanjung Pinang area.

From my room, the view is beautifully natural, and around the hotel, there are facilities such as flying fox activities to enjoy. It is a great place for family bonding.

Second time with Grand Lagoi. Great location near lagoi bay beach. There’s shops in close proximity to the hotel. Hotel has decent breakfast buffet. The warung yeah cafe near the hotel has really fragrant Ayam Bakar. Staff are super friendly and hospitable. Offers free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal. There is a massage place right beside the hotel for a quick relaxation after you reach Grand Lagoi.

Very nice view. Good for relaxation! We enjoy our stay in Sagan The only thing I notice is that they didn’t change our towels and no room cleaning eve’ we stay for 3 days and 2 nights. Expect that it’s kinda hot in the afternoon because it’s only pod but still can manage and we really relax for the whole stay. I will recommend it to my friends.
