"We had an amazing stay at Four Points Lagoi Bay for 3 days and 2 nights. The team was incredibly thoughtful with the room decorations and birthday cake after learning that we were celebrating my son’s and husband’s birthdays. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, and the staff went extra mile by surprising my son with a birthday song and another cake on the day we were checking out. Special thanks to Mbak Efi for the thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality. We also appreciated the complimentary photography session and the free printed photo provided to guests such a lovely touch! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bintan. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable! ❤️"

"Benar-benar pengalaman baharu kerana anda menginap di kabin kapal sebenar.. kru hotel mengatur lawatan di dalam kapal ke pelbagai petak , kami berpeluang melawat bilik enjin di dek atas dan banyak lagi bilik lain yang biasanya terhad untuk penumpang dalam kapal layar. Sejarah kapal diterangkan dengan baik oleh Krew Hotel.. Makanan yang dihidangkan juga sedap. "I can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her. The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove. Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful. Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying. The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room. For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach. Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take. All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again."

"We recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff mentioned we had just missed the end-of-May crowd, so the resort was incredibly calm and peaceful. It felt so serene, and we were even among the only ones in the pool all day. The pool was a great size and very relaxing, with plenty of sun chairs available. What We Loved: - Our room was extremely clean with no faults at all. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, and the views were just beautiful. - The breakfast buffet had a great and delicious selection. Having 5 different dining options on site was excellent because the food never felt repetitive. We highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank at the Recreational Village! - We took some classes which were fun to attend. There was no booking required, which was great because it kept our schedule completely flexible. - The free shuttle service from the BBT Ferry Terminal was very convenient. - The service staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to Kinasih in particular, who served us both poolside and at the Recreational Village. He is such a friendly guy and provided top-notch service. Some Minor Improvements: - Upon arrival, our luggage was accidentally left behind at the ferry terminal, though it was sorted out. - It was a bit hard to find information about the resort at first, such as the in-room dining menu, directions to the Recreation Village, and details for Chocolate Hour. Most of this was on the TV portal, but our TV was not set up to show it when we first turned it on, so we didn’t know about it until the next day. - An introduction to the facilities placed in the rooms or explained by the check-in staff would have been very useful. - We much prefer having physical menus rather than QR codes everywhere, and having physical signs for Chocolate Hour would be a good touch. Overall though, this is a wonderful resort with great food and excellent staff. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back!"

"We stayed here for three days with our family and booked two Grand Deluxe rooms and one Deluxe room. The rooms were spacious, each equipped with a sofa bed, which was very convenient when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, surrounded by Lagoi Plaza, a lake, and a beach, and it’s only about a 12-minute drive to Treasure Bay. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated that there was porridge suitable for babies. The only issue we encountered was the restroom sliding door, which tended to get stuck easily, but the staff were very friendly and quick to assist. Additionally, there is a free playground and a swimming pool on the 7th floor with a beautiful view—we really loved it. Overall, it was an awesome family getaway"

"Great service overall. From ferry arrival to check-out. Front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. The room was clean with a beautiful view, and the pool was large with plenty of daybeds. There are many activities to choose but laying all day in pool daybed was our favorite activities. However, pool management really needs improvement. Used daybeds were not cleared, with dirty towels left everywhere also dirty plates/floors, making it hard to tell which was available. There was also no staff readily providing towels, requests took too long. If no staff is assigned, towels should simply be prepared on the daybeds."

"Near that beautiful beach with white sand and a gentle breeze in March, we experienced various kinds of delicious, albeit pricey, Nusantara Fried Rice and breakfast options that we ordered from a freshly cooked menu made with fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed the Pandan Piña Colada during our second stay at this resort. I will definitely miss you, Nirwarna Resort Hotel!"

"Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. "This is my second time staying at this Villa. Really love the room and the private pool. Except you have to be careful of the food left outside. Not sure it's the bird , squirrels or monkey that came to eat. Besides this, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We communicate our needs through WhatsApp. And they were very responsive. The breakfast was served in house. Their hot chocolate is very nice. Nearby the Villa is the Lagoi Bay Beach, and a shopping area. There is a big Mustafa there, and Japanese Ramen Restaurant. They even provide driver to pick us up from the Ferry Terminal to the Villa. Will recommend all to stay here for a time of relaxation."

"If anyone wanna have the most comfortable stay in Tanjung Pinang, this is the hotel! Room is big, wifi is strong, the breakfast has a lot of varieties and with different menus each day. The TV even have Netflix & Youtube!! The staff are very accommodating & kind. Hotel is very strategic, very near to the ferry terminal & easy to get around the city centre. Will definitely come back here again. Thank you!"
