"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Resort & Lagoon Bintan. From the moment we arrived at the ferry terminal, the complimentary shuttle bus transfer to the resort was seamless, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Considering the resort has only recently opened, everything was well-organised and the facilities were impressive. There were still a few areas where work was being carried out, but that was completely understandable and didn’t affect our stay. In fact, it made us even more excited to see how the resort will continue to grow and what new experiences they’ll introduce in the future. The property itself is huge, with plenty to do for guests of all ages. There’s a gym, spa, Pilates classes, and a recreational village featuring a mini arcade, pool tables, foosball, and table tennis. You can also rent bicycles or e-bikes to explore the resort, including a designated cycling route that passes by the beach. The resort is perfect for both couples looking for a relaxing getaway and families wanting activities to keep everyone entertained. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. There are three swimming pools in total—a large main pool and two smaller pools—so it never felt too crowded. At the beach club, you can also rent kayaks and take part in other water activities. One of my favourite touches was the complimentary Chocolate Hour from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. It was a lovely experience and one of the unique features that makes a stay at Mövenpick feel special. That said, we were slightly disappointed by what happened after we checked out. As our ferry departure was still a couple of hours away, we were waiting at the hotel and thought we would try our luck by asking if we could enjoy Chocolate Hour one last time. Unfortunately, our request was declined unless we paid an additional fee. While we completely understand the policy, it would have been a thoughtful gesture to extend this small courtesy to departing guests who are simply waiting for their transportation. It would have left an even more memorable impression of an otherwise wonderful stay. I could honestly go on about everything this resort has to offer. There are also different activities organised throughout the week, such as batik painting and bracelet making, so there’s always something new to try. Mövenpick Resort & Lagoon Bintan truly feels like an all-in-one destination where you can relax, stay active, and never run out of things to do. We’d love to return in the future—not just because we enjoyed our stay so much, but also to see how the resort continues to evolve as it settles into this exciting new chapter."

"There are a lot of good reviews on several platforms regarding this hotel and they are justified. Now for some nitpicks - When booking I asked for a view but didn't get a room with one.. having said that, this hotel is not near the sea and the view would have been outside traffic. I also asked for an iron, which they lent me, but no ironing board. That was strange. When I called, the receptionist said to use the bed. Maybe this is normal? I didn't expect that because the hotel looks classy and well worth the value. Much of it has been renovated. When you look at small details the workmanship is adequate but not great. The people I met gave great service, always warmly and with a smile. It was a little frustrating when I asked for information and it took a while to get to an answer, perhaps due to the tendency to go around-about or maybe the language barrier. I would have given it a 10/10 because everything else was good and satisfactory. I wish they had an automated washing and dryer for guests to use, even if it's one of each.This is something as a long term guest would find useful. That doesn't factor into the final rating, though. So for now, 9/10"

Bilik ini mempunyai kawasan yang direka khas untuk kanak-kanak: katil dua tingkat, almari pakaian kanak-kanak, jubah mandi, Switch, meja dan kerusi, serta bean bag, semuanya direka mengikut ketinggian kanak-kanak. Balkon menghadap kolam renang hotel, pemandangannya sangat indah. Perkhidmatan memang tiada tandingan, kami berasa seperti di rumah, sama ada restoran hotel atau perkhidmatan bilik, semuanya sangat mesra dan prihatin, ***a perkhidmatan juga sangat konsisten. Terdapat buggy yang membawa kami ke restoran berdekatan dan pantai. Ibu bapa dan anak-anak tidak mahu pulang! 🤭"

"Our 2nd time staying in this hotel , location is very good as is just 5 min walk from lagoi plaza which have more food option from Local, seafood to Japanese meal. Hotel food taste are acceptable but nothing to wow. Hotel may not suitable for light sleeper as we took the pool view room at night live band end at quite late can feel the music base in the room. And Singapore time is 1 hour behind. Which mean party end at 11 which is Singapore time 12 midnight. Wife went to try on the hotel spa and was delight with the service."

"Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. "Benar-benar pengalaman baharu kerana anda menginap di kabin kapal sebenar.. kru hotel mengatur lawatan di dalam kapal ke pelbagai petak , kami berpeluang melawat bilik enjin di dek atas dan banyak lagi bilik lain yang biasanya terhad untuk penumpang dalam kapal layar. Sejarah kapal diterangkan dengan baik oleh Krew Hotel.. Makanan yang dihidangkan juga sedap. Secara keseluruhannya ia merupakan tempat persembunyian yang bagus daripada kehidupan bandar yang sibuk dan sibuk"

"We travelled as a group of 6 adults and a baby. They were able to accommodate us to teepees just next to each other which was really helpful for a group trip. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt, with specific numbers for reception, in room dining and in house spa. The resort is closely connected to treasure bay and right next to another resort that shares the bay. Water activities and scooters for rent at 20% discount for guests. Teepee were well air conditioned and barely any creepy crawlies. Groups can hang out at the close by tables near the teepees or in their tents where there is a table, some stools and bean bags + a fan for hot days. Buggy within the resort was handy as well if you are staying far in. Service was immaculate - always so friendly and helpful."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Hospitality from Beginning to End** This was one of the best family holidays we've had. From check-in to departure, every interaction with the staff was sincere and heartfelt. You can tell that everyone genuinely enjoys looking after guests. A special highlight was the spa. My mother enjoyed the 90-minute full spa experience after the reception patiently explained the different packages to help us choose the most suitable treatment. The Chinese-speaking masseuse was exceptional and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Our daughter also had an amazing holiday. She loved Earth Basket, where Kiki made the visit engaging and fun, as well as the watersports, especially her first-ever banana boat ride, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We also joined the complimentary stargazing sessions on both evenings. Idu and his colleague on one night, and Rusdi and his colleague on the next, shared fascinating knowledge about the moon, stars, navigation and astronomy. It became one of the most memorable activities of our stay. The front desk team, especially Haykal, Feronica and Gian, were always quick to assist us through WhatsApp and in person. Breakfast had an excellent variety every morning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculately maintained. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Mustika, whose leadership and personal warmth were evident throughout the resort. Seeing him personally come over to bid us farewell before we left for the ferry was a wonderful way to end our stay. The Residence Bintan delivers genuine hospitality in every sense of the word. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bintan and look forward to coming back again."

"Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!"
