Hotel Nagoya dengan Bar

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

The hotel is situated at a great location where the subway at Fushimi was just 200 metres away. The car park was a great convenience if you drive. The room facilités were great with everything we needed during our stay there. Will definitely consider this hotel if we are back again in Nagoya.

Brilliant hostel near fushimi station takes less than 10 minutes to get to Nagoya station , great hub for the Sazuka Grand Prix, very friendly and English speaking. Would return .

Location is perfect right next to Kanayama train station which is connected to train and subway network. The staff were polite and helpful. Just one issue during our stay: We booked a three-bedroom where a sofa bed was not fully flat. I slept for the first night feeling discomfort at low back. We called the hotel service desk and the lady staff was very helpful to add a layer of blanket underneath the mattress to help. While it’s not perfect but it still felt better for remaining few nights of sleep. Suggest the hotel to review this issue especially for guest staying for a few nights.

The room was spacious and comfortable overall, which was a plus. However, the sofa bed provided for my child was quite short and too firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the hotel does not offer self-service laundry facilities. Other than that it’s a great hotel to stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was hands down our favorite family trip so far. It was our first time visiting Nagoya, and the experience exceeded every expectation. My son absolutely loved the hotel—honestly, I think he may have enjoyed it even more than LEGOLAND itself! The hotel was so engaging and family-friendly that we found ourselves spending more time there than we did inside the park, and we loved every minute of it. I also appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site. After a full day of activities, it was nice to have food readily available without needing to travel elsewhere. We didn’t get a chance to use the water park during this visit, but knowing it’s available as part of the overall experience makes me even more excited to come back. The convenience, the atmosphere, and the joy it brought my son made this an unforgettable stay. We will absolutely be returning before we leave Japan. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend it.

Berhati-hati! Hotel Nagoya Prince memperlakukan pelancong Cina dengan diskriminasi yang teruk, pengalaman yang sangat buruk. Saya menantikan penginapan di hotel mewah yang diiklankan ini semasa perjalanan ini, tetapi sepanjang masa saya mengalami layanan yang jelas membezakan daripada kakitangan kaunter hadapan. Mereka bersikap dingin dan acuh tak acuh terhadap pelancong Cina, tanpa etika perkhidmatan sama sekali. Saya sama sekali tidak mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada pelancong domestik. Semasa daftar masuk, pelancong Eropah dan Amerika Syarikat yang bersama saya mendapat layanan mesra dan senyuman penuh kesabaran daripada kakitangan apabila bertanya soalan. Tetapi apabila tiba giliran kami untuk bertanya mengenai jenis bilik dengan sedikit bahasa Cina dan asas bahasa Inggeris, kakitangan kekal tanpa ekspresi sepanjang masa, sering menyampuk soalan kami, dan enggan menggunakan perisian terjemahan yang saya gunakan untuk berkomunikasi. Jawapan mereka acuh tak acuh dan tidak jelas. Walaupun hotel itu menyediakan perkhidmatan berbahasa Cina, mereka berbohong dengan mengatakan tiada kakitangan yang boleh berbahasa Cina. Kontras ini sangat ketara dan membuat saya berasa tidak selesa. Selepas mengadu tentang perbezaan layanan ini, kaunter hadapan tidak menunjukkan sebarang penyesalan, malah mengelak dan menolak tanggungjawab, mengabaikan sepenuhnya permintaan munasabah kami. Sebagai hotel bertaraf bintang dengan harga yang tidak murah, sepatutnya melayani semua tetamu dari pelbagai negara secara sama rata, tetapi sebaliknya mereka bersikap berat sebelah dan mendiskriminasi orang Cina. Perkhidmatan dan sikap mereka terhadap tetamu sangat buruk. Saya membayar harga yang tinggi tetapi mendapat pengalaman penginapan yang mengecewakan dan menyakitkan hati. Saya ingin mengingatkan pelancong Cina yang merancang untuk ke Nagoya untuk mengelakkan hotel ini. Terdapat banyak pilihan penginapan lain yang lebih menghormati orang Cina dan menawarkan perkhidmatan yang baik pada harga yang sama, jangan terperangkap.

We took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. We booked a family room. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok.

The room is spacious and well equipped. It's a bit far from Nagoya station and not many buses around the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient. There's shuttle bus available in the morning on weekdays. Longer service time on weekends. Maybe the hotel is busy, the lounge staff wasn't too friendly. I have short hair but I found a long hair on my bed under the blanket. The bedsheet has some black colour fabric fibers but I wore light colour pajamas.

Basic hotel that is accessible to food and convenience stores. Within 5 mins walk to Nagoya Station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
