MMrBookWhile the hardware is good and provide whey protein at gym room, but the software and service aspects don't quite meet a 5-star luxury standard. There was no welcome drink or birthday celebration gift, and the turn-down service didn't include tidying slippers. The need to reserve the mini-sized bathhouse and swimming pool made for a very awkward experience. 😕

11379Excellent hotel with a prime location, directly connected to the station with beautiful panoramic views of Nagoya. The rooms and facilities are modern and clean. Staff are incredibly polite and professional. I will recommend staying here again. The 1st-floor building below is the 中日 great department store with Blue Bottle Coffee. Nagoya is all here; it's gorgeous.

PPengguna TetamuThe reason I came back to the hotel is because of staffs. All of them are so professional and feel try their very best to all customers. My children were also happy to receive their great and kind service. One thing to take note here for myself is, It’s better to make a reservation for dinner at the 2F buffet restaurant even weekdays. Last time we just dropped by and not many groups, but this time almost full.. however still lucky to have seats as my children wanted.

Thoughtful Amenities
The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience.
Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho
One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed.
Proactive Assistance
After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi.
Housekeeping
I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort.
Summary
In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed 2 nights at Legoland Japan Hotel and had a great moment there. The reception and luggage storage staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and cozy. Our kid loved everything from the room to the food. Personally I'd give 10/10 for the potato salad and caramel pudding in the breakfast buffet.

Rrchan3This is the third time we stayed at a Vessel group hotel in Japan and it has not disappointed us. They managed to keep the high standards they promised, room is of decent sizes, with comfortable bed and a small sofa They separate the wet and dry bathroom. A big plus of Vessel group hotel is the public bath, it is small but adequate.
One slightly down size is it is 12 mins by foot from the Nagoya station, but we chose this because it is close to the rented car pick-up point which we headed to the following morning.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is spacious and well equipped. It's a bit far from Nagoya station and not many buses around the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient. There's shuttle bus available in the morning on weekdays. Longer service time on weekends. Maybe the hotel is busy, the lounge staff wasn't too friendly. I have short hair but I found a long hair on my bed under the blanket. The bedsheet has some black colour fabric fibers but I wore light colour pajamas.

PPengguna Tetamu冷房しかないとこちらに記載があり、心配していましたが暖房ちゃんとありました。基本的なホテルの設備は整っています。ちょっと古いかなと思ってましたがとても快適に過ごせました。角部屋に泊まりましたが、少し作りが違って、おもしろかったです。水回りの設備が古いので、お湯とお水を出して調整するタイプでお風呂の際にめんどくさいですが、ストレスを感じるほどではないです。フロントの対応も良く、また機会があれば泊まりたいです。
