"I had a pleasant 1-night stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Nagoya Station. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Nagoya Station, making it very easy to access transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean, compact, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, it is a great option for travelers looking for a convenient, comfortable, and reasonably priced stay near Nagoya Station."

"Check in and out was easy and automated with the machine at counter. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, able to speak english to a good extent Environment was warm and welcoming, rooms were comfortable. Maybe the breakfast could be better. Daily selection of one sandwich, either the fix katsu sandwich or the other bread, sometimes hotdog, sometimes plain bread with soup. Drinks were very limited .didn't felt like going down for breakfast after the first 3 days Washing machines were the winner, you can even watch the availability from room tv . Overall is very good would stay again if I'm travelling there"

"This is my first time staying with Vessel Inn and it has truly lived up to its rating! Though the room is small, it has everything that we need! Loved the ‘welcome drink’ where we can make cocktails ourselves! Superb location as it is very near Sakae station and convenient to go to various places of attraction."

"The place is clean and near many eateries. There's an eatery that opens till 3am which serves good ramen. The only thing is that there is no lift. So if you are staying on rooms other than the ground floor and travel with heavy luggages, it will be quite a task."

"My second stay at a Croom hotel. Both times experience has been great. Room is compact but clean. Location wise I give a slightly lower rating only because of the lack.of escalator from the station. The combini outlets nearby are smaller, esp the nearest 7-11. So I ended up going further for the bigger outlets for.more choices. Rooms are very quiet despite facing the road. Overall a happy and comfortable stay."

"The best breakfast ever! Bath tub and toilet very clean. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the all-day free coffee, tea and refreshing lemon warer in the lounge. Great location. Abt 1000 yen taxi ride away from Nagoya Station. Has convenience stores nearby. I am looking forward to returning here!"

The room was clean and comfortable, Like most business hotels in Japan, the room size is a bit small, but it was still manageable for two people with luggage. The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel also felt quiet and safe at night, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall, it is a good value hotel with a great location in Nagoya. I would recommend it for travelers who want a clean and convenient place to stay in the Sakae area."

"Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed."

"The hotel was very well kept and offered a pleasant overall stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested rooms close to each other or on the same floor. They were also helpful in receiving and handling our luggage. The room was spacious and comfortable for solo, and the bathroom was equally well designed and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located about a 5–10 minute walk from JR Nagoya Station, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of food options nearby, along with an underground mall directly below the hotel and a convenience store just 2–3 minutes away, which adds a lot of convenience. One minor drawback is the limited laundry facilities—there are only two washing machines for the entire hotel, and a full wash-and-dry cycle takes around two hours. However, it is possible to check the machine status online, which helps with planning. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located hotel with great service and convenient amenities, with only a small downside regarding laundry capacity. The hotel breakfast buffet was also slightly underwhelming. It was a bit expensive for the variety offered, and I wished there were more Nagoya specialty dishes included considering the price."
