PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire.
The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it.
That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

Cons:
1. Slow insufficient elevators to tansit from lobby at 24F to 7F or 1F (to get out of the building)
2. AC vent blows right in your face (pic 1)
3. Do not book their kind bed room as it is not an actual King bed. It is very misleading to sell king bed room when it's actually 2 beds pieced together with a thin mattress cover. (And the mattress cover is made to hide the twin bed from direct view)
4. Like others said, the sides are too small to quickly get out of the bed. Have to shuffle to the bottom of the bed to get out.
Fell asleep in the middle of the bed, felt weird but was too tired and passed out. Woke up with sore back from the bed and sore drybthroat from the AC blasting in my face all night. Took a look and it seemed like a king bed (pic 2), but it felt weird so checked again and found that its not a real king bed, but 2 bed pieced together with mattress topper wrap to appear like a king bed.
I felt cheated that I was sold a room with king bed but it was not a real king bed. I expected better attitude from a 4 star hotel especially it is a newer hotel and in Japan. This action is a violation of Meiyo (honor) and Shokunin (craftsman) ethics.

In summary: Selling two bed pieced together as a King isn't just a ”hack”—it's a betrayal of the Wa (harmony) between the maker and the user.

AANDREAS NUR JAHJAComfort Inn Nagoya Sakae was a solid choice for our first hotel in Japan. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but thoughtfully designed and well laid out, making it comfortable rather than cramped. The bed was comfortable with clean, fresh linens; however, there was only one pillow per person, and it was quite thin. The toilet bowl was also slightly smaller than what some travellers might be used to. The overall design felt modern and calming, and we appreciated the small round table with two stools, which was handy for a quick meal or planning the day. The work area was practical and well organised, with essentials such as a kettle, hairdryer, and a small fridge neatly tucked away. The bathroom, while compact, was spotless and had good water pressure. Overall, Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae offered a clean, efficient, and comfortable stay—an excellent base for exploring Nagoya without unnecessary frills.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe room was super value for money. Decent room size given the amount that we paid per night.. and they even have a chair in the washroom so that u can sit down while doing your makeup etc??
Staff were all very friendly and kind, which made the stay very comfy and enjoyable. :) It’s a short walk from the JR station, and there’s a rather big convenience store nearby called Ministop. Very comfortable bed and pillows I love it so much.
It felt ok for me and my friend (both female) to walk back to hotel from the station at night. A couple of drinking places nearby so it’s very lively at night. I might be hesitant to stay in the area if I was alone though. But with friends it’s fine!
Also, don’t miss the entrances to the underground shopping area ESCA. Easy access to restaurants, ***** stores/pharmacies, and other stores for shopping.

The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day.
Breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

ZZhangzhangzhangzijiLokasinya sangat berfaedah. Keluar dari Stesen Kereta Api Pusat Meitetsu, belok ke kanan dan kemudian ke pusat beli-belah bawah tanah Sunroad Berjalan terus sehingga anda melihat sesuatu di bawah but dan belok ke kanan jantung. Belok kiri dan kemudian sebelah pintu masuk kedai pencuci mulut herba bertentangan dengan lif yang menghala terus ke hotel. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak suka ialah katilnya agak keras dan belakang saya sakit selepas tidur selama 12 jam.

VVinnie_OngRoom price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.

La hora del check In es a las 17 horas para tenerlo presente.. los Vanes se usan con un horario y se encuentran únicamente en en el sótano. La habitación es adecuada aunque la cama es un poco dura se duerme bien. En mi caso en la noche no se sintieron ruidos. Los vecinos de las otras habitaciones fueron respetuosos en ese sentido.. no presenté ningún inconveniente durante mi estancia
