PPengguna TetamuI had a really wonderful stay at Hotel Sosei Sapporo (MGallery Collection) and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hokkaido.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel already stood out with its beautifully designed entrance and lobby. The entire space feels like a curated designer showroom, every corner is thoughtfully styled and incredibly aesthetic, with plenty of Instagram-worthy spots.
The room itself was very cosy and comfortable. You can tell that a lot of attention has been put into the details, from the furnishings to the amenities. Even the smaller touches, like the toiletries and hair dryer, felt premium and well-designed, which really elevated the overall experience.
One of the highlights of our stay was the service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and hospitable, making us feel welcomed right from check-in. Their attentiveness definitely added to the comfort of the stay.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 9.5/10 and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Sapporo.

We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes.
The ambience & Room:
The hotel features a clean and medern design.
My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained.
ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside.
-Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided.
Service:
The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free.
Location and Dining:
While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner.
A Small Note for Improvement:
The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect.
Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Very Good Location
• Close to Sapporo Station (≈7–10 min walk)
• Easy access to:

• Shopping & restaurants
The room looks clean, but not large (very normal for Japan) and practical — very typical of a business hotel setup. It gives a calm, minimalist vibe! Reliable, safe choice.

PPengguna TetamuLoved that the hotel allows guests with tattoo to use the onsen though this wasn’t made known explicitly with written signs. Hotel was located at the end of Tanukoji so it’s a distance from the main area although still walkable.
Note that the bathroom doesn’t have a space to put your dry clothes and you will have to wear it outside unless you do not mind the bottom of your pants getting wet. Not very convenient for mix gender groups even though there’s a blind you can draw but still be visible from the mirror reflection. Room was located in the annex building which has alot of stairs so not that convenient for elderlies too. Overall, decent hotel but recommended only if you have no issues walking or are driving.

XxxxOSCAI stayed here for four nights during the Snow Festival.
The location is near the main street of Susukino and very convenient.
However, I found the hotel's operations lacking, as the reception was often unattended in the mornings.
The twin room was quite cramped for two people, making it difficult to pack and unpack.
With only three laundry machines (one of which was broken), the facilities felt insufficient for the size of the hotel.
While the breakfast had a good variety and didn't get boring, don't set your expectations too high for the 'signature' seafood bowls

LLiveDeMomentThis is my second stay in the year at the hotel. The room is clean and spacious comparing to other local hotels and the view is amazing. Parking is also easy as there is a car park at the basement. (A parking fee is charged) Otherwise, it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Sapporo station in good weather. I believe due to the high number of rooms, it may get crowded at the lobby and the hot bath area sometimes.

Walaupun nampaknya ada beberapa bas lagi untuk diambil pada sebelah petang , dan dua pemandu bergilir-gilir memandu pada waktu pagi dan petang Terutama yang lebih tua sangat lucu dan menarik. Jika anda tidak dapat menaiki bas, anda boleh menaiki kereta bawah tanah, yang juga mudah Bas langsung lapangan terbang juga disediakan Perhentian bas terletak di jalan utama di belakang hotel, kurang dari lima minit berjalan kaki. Terdapat dua pasar raya dalam jarak satu minit berjalan kaki dari hotel. soket kuasa mencukupi, dan sebotol Itoen disediakan setiap hari. Air mineral dan peralatan mandian adalah lebih baik daripada hotel perniagaan tradisional. Terdapat halaman kecil di pintu belakang hotel di lobi Dari jam 3 hingga 5 petang, kopi disediakan secara eksklusif untuk tetamu di kawasan sarapan di lobi dan perkhidmatan lain, perasaan keseluruhannya bagus!

Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!

PPengguna TetamuLocation is extremely good - we took a bus from Chitose airport and alighted at Monterey Hotel, which is 3-5 mins walk to New Otani Inn; it is also a short walk to TV tower, Clock Tower, Odori Park (all of these within 5-10 mins). Cleanliness is good anywhere in Japan I guess haha.
Their staff can speak a little english and they used translation just to make sure they understand us correctly, effort is 100% here.
Room size is small and cozy but overall stay is comfortable~
