BB_BI chose this hotel for my family because the room was spacious, which was very important to us as we wanted our child to have enough space to move around comfortably. The hotel is new and very clean, exactly as we expected.
The complimentary drinks for all guests were a lovely touch. There was a good variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, along with popcorn, which made us feel very welcomed.
What impressed me the most, however, was how considerate and helpful the staff were. We checked out very early at 6:00 am during a snowstorm. In the middle of our journey, I realized that I had left one of my bags behind—the one containing my passport and valuable items.
I immediately called the hotel and asked if it would be possible to send the bag to the airport, as returning to the hotel ourselves would definitely cause us to miss our flight. The receptionist (I’m very sorry that I can’t remember her name) took my situation very seriously and contacted her manager to request authorization to delegate a staff member to bring my passport to the airport, since they could not leave an unattended bag in a taxi. I had offered to cover all expenses, but what truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation.
Ms. Wu was the staff member who personally brought my passport to the airport. With her honesty, urgency, and care, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it back to my hometown. I cannot thank her and the hotel team enough for what they did for us.
I truly believe I made the right choice staying here, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

Di samping itu, kami ingin memuji platform Ctrip Apabila kami mengetahui bahawa kami tinggal di bilik premium tetapi makan di bufet dan tidak mendapat makanan jamuan yang sesuai tetapi menghabiskan wang untuk memesan makanan, Ctrip tidak mengatakan apa-apa untuk mengakui bahawa. setiap ejen mempunyai akibat yang berbeza selepas menyenaraikan di platform. Tetamu itu keliru dan membayar kami perbezaan harga. AAomammI was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were excellent, spoke fluent English, and were very helpful. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. There's a 24-hour fitness center and a clean onsen.

CChee MunNice Onsen resort and we like the private Onsen inside the room. The room is huge but it will be great if it has international channels or even Netflix or YouTube. It provides transport to Sapporo so that is great. Nice free drinks and snacks at night.

Kemudahan onsen dan sauna boleh diterima, tetapi kebanyakan tetamu adalah warga asing. Berbeza dengan onsen Jepun biasa yang teratur, tetamu Korea di dalam sangat bising. Yang paling tidak boleh diterima ialah seorang tetamu Cina memakai selipar masuk ke dalam kemudahan onsen. Ini adalah kali pertama saya melihat perkara seperti ini di Jepun.

YYisanmu***a keseluruhan hotel ini ringkas, ber***a dan luas Walaupun ia agak jauh dari Stesen JR Sapporo, hotel ini telah mengatur perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar Tempat letak bas keluar utara mempunyai lima bas untuk menghantar pada waktu pagi dan empat bas untuk mengambil pada sebelah petang. Walaupun nampaknya ada beberapa bas lagi untuk diambil pada sebelah petang , dan dua pemandu bergilir-gilir memandu pada waktu pagi dan petang Terutama yang lebih tua sangat lucu dan menarik. Jika anda tidak dapat menaiki bas, anda boleh menaiki kereta bawah tanah, yang juga mudah Bas langsung lapangan terbang juga disediakan Perhentian bas terletak di jalan utama di belakang hotel, kurang dari lima minit berjalan kaki. Terdapat dua pasar raya dalam jarak satu minit berjalan kaki dari hotel. soket kuasa mencukupi, dan sebotol Itoen disediakan setiap hari. Air mineral dan peralatan mandian adalah lebih baik daripada hotel perniagaan tradisional. Terdapat halaman kecil di pintu belakang hotel di lobi Dari jam 3 hingga 5 petang, kopi disediakan secara eksklusif untuk tetamu di kawasan sarapan di lobi dan perkhidmatan lain, perasaan keseluruhannya bagus!

XxxxOSCAI stayed here for four nights during the Snow Festival.
The location is near the main street of Susukino and very convenient.
However, I found the hotel's operations lacking, as the reception was often unattended in the mornings.
The twin room was quite cramped for two people, making it difficult to pack and unpack.
With only three laundry machines (one of which was broken), the facilities felt insufficient for the size of the hotel.
While the breakfast had a good variety and didn't get boring, don't set your expectations too high for the 'signature' seafood bowls

It was the best stay of our 10 day trip in Japan and we would definitely be back to stay here again 🤍
Location: in the Jozankei Onsen town that’s about an hour + out of Sapporo. Honestly if you’re in a group, just book a cab out, it was about $80++ for 3 of us! Otherwise remember to book the Onsen bus shuttle early in advance 🥹
Area around Onsen is nothing much besides other Onsen houses, a small cafe and other smol tourist picture spots.
Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I’m so glad I chose this place! Mum and sister throughly enjoyed it as well, using our in room Onsen ( there’s 2!) and also the shared common Onsen with an outdoor facing the snow too ❄️☃️♨️
Service:The staff was extremely polite and efficient, seeing the reviews of them being rude was kinda uncalled for. They were nothing but kind and attentive. It is a very quiet and peaceful place , I understand the need for all guests to be maintain the atmosphere too.
Food: amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan so far ♥️ the pictures below speaks for itself 🥹 private dining room to enjoy the view too🏔️
Loved small touches too like the mikimoto soaps , Dyson hair dryers ( in the public Onsen) And the chopstick souvenirs 🥹
I can’t wait to come back here again with my partner 🤍

PPengguna Tanpa NamaEverything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!

PPengguna TetamuLocation is extremely good - we took a bus from Chitose airport and alighted at Monterey Hotel, which is 3-5 mins walk to New Otani Inn; it is also a short walk to TV tower, Clock Tower, Odori Park (all of these within 5-10 mins). Cleanliness is good anywhere in Japan I guess haha.
Their staff can speak a little english and they used translation just to make sure they understand us correctly, effort is 100% here.
Room size is small and cozy but overall stay is comfortable~
