Thank you so very much for your personalised hospitality and being so accommodating during our stay. What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. Thank you once again for doing your utmost and showing attention to care in all areas and that was evident even before we arrived.

We stayed 6 nights in Hotel Sosei Sapporo. It takes 10-12 minutes walk from Sapporo station, the hotel just located next to Sapporo Factory, a historical building which became a shopping mall. We satisfied with all the services provided by the hotel, including breakfast, welcome drinks, room service and reception. Most of the hotel staff can speak English, they are friendly and helpful. Definitely we will stay in this hotel again if visit Sapporo again.

Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Thoughtful Room Design · Separate toilet and bathroom, allowing multiple family members to use simultaneously—ideal for families. · In-room mini-kitchen and washing machine provided, adding convenience for longer stays or family trips. 2. Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back.

We’re 4 night stayed at ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo, which is a well-known 4★ business hotel in Sapporo. Very Good Location • Close to Sapporo Station (≈7–10 min walk) • Easy access to: • JR trains • Airport transfer • Shopping & restaurants The room looks clean, but not large (very normal for Japan) and practical — very typical of a business hotel setup. It gives a calm, minimalist vibe! Reliable, safe choice.

Walaupun nampaknya ada beberapa bas lagi untuk diambil pada sebelah petang , dan dua pemandu bergilir-gilir memandu pada waktu pagi dan petang Terutama yang lebih tua sangat lucu dan menarik. Jika anda tidak dapat menaiki bas, anda boleh menaiki kereta bawah tanah, yang juga mudah Bas langsung lapangan terbang juga disediakan Perhentian bas terletak di jalan utama di belakang hotel, kurang dari lima minit berjalan kaki. Terdapat dua pasar raya dalam jarak satu minit berjalan kaki dari hotel. soket kuasa mencukupi, dan sebotol Itoen disediakan setiap hari. Air mineral dan peralatan mandian adalah lebih baik daripada hotel perniagaan tradisional. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the wonderful team at the hotel for making my stay truly exceptional. The breakfast was delicious every morning, the room service was excellent — truly among the best I’ve experienced — and the laundry service was very convenient. The hotel’s location also made it easy to walk to nearby sightseeing spots, which added even more enjoyment to my trip. My sincere thanks to 大高, who showed exceptional patience and kindness while helping me book the bus to 登別溫泉. She even went the extra mile to contact another hotel and arrange a pickup for me on May 3rd. Her thoughtful support made my journey much smoother. I am also very thankful to 陳家仁, who provided clear and helpful advice on how to take the bus. His guidance and willingness to assist gave me great confidence during my travels. Additionally, I want to give special appreciation to 神永, whose professionalism and dedication were outstanding. He clearly enjoys his role, and his support with the shuttle bus departure was both efficient and reassuring. My heartfelt thanks also go to Assistant Manager Hayashi Shuko, who demonstrated excellent leadership and warm hospitality throughout my stay. Her attentiveness and professionalism added greatly to the overall experience. I would also like to acknowledge Bell Antony and the entire bell team for their well organized arrangements for guests taking the free shuttle bus. Their coordination was smooth, thoughtful, and very helpful. To all of them — and to the entire hotel team — thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent service. You made my stay memorable, comfortable, and full of positive experiences. I am truly grateful.

Quite a newish hotel, location is fine, needs some walking to the train station. Brekkie selection is ok also, but what I like most about it is the public bath is rather huge by normal standards. There are four pools (including an outdoor one) which you can try. And a floor above the public bath is a huge guest lounge which all can access. Reminds me of a Korean-style public bath. And the Olive skincare products they provide is good too

Location is extremely good - we took a bus from Chitose airport and alighted at Monterey Hotel, which is 3-5 mins walk to New Otani Inn; it is also a short walk to TV tower, Clock Tower, Odori Park (all of these within 5-10 mins). Cleanliness is good anywhere in Japan I guess haha. Their staff can speak a little english and they used translation just to make sure they understand us correctly, effort is 100% here. Room size is small and cozy but overall stay is comfortable~

高校生の子が急遽部活で来れない事がわかり、事前にキャンセルして下の子との二人部屋を再予約しました。Trip.comさんのキャンセル情報が届いておらずダブルブッキングになっていましたが、その場でほどなく2人部屋にして下さり感謝しています。 お部屋からは三日月湖と畑と石狩川が見えて最高の眺望でした。広さも札幌駅前のホテルより広めでテーブルと椅子も大きく、ゆったり過ごせました。建物自体は古さも見られますが、お部屋は清潔でシンプルな作りなので古さを感じませんでした。 プールはうちの中学生には浅くて物足りなかったようですが（25Mプールが予想に反して閉鎖中でした）、温泉と朝食ブッフェとウェルカムスイーツがとても良かったと話していました。ブッフェでも食べることができるお手頃なアイスが特に好評でずっとアイスを食べてました（笑）。 立地は札幌からかなり離れていますが、その分牧歌的な雰囲気が味わえて水辺あり緑ありで九州民の求めるような北海道らしさ感じられます。できればレンタカーをすることを強くおすすめします。バスを待たずに済み、自由度の高い旅になるからです。札幌からはほぼ道一本で30分くらいで来れます。茨戸川合流までのエリアは広々としたポプラ並木でドライブにはもってこいです。札幌駅前は独特な大きい通りの一通が多く曲がろうとしてはクラクションを鳴らされ焦りましたが、そこを除けば問題ないです。近くのイオンを利用するにもやはり車があったのが良かったです。六花亭の店内独占は混雑した札幌駅前や空港店ではなかなかないでしょう。ゴールデンカムイのサッポロクラッシックを箱売り用から出して下さったり、青果売り場でさくらんぼも沢山買えました。有名な行列のできる美味しい味噌ラーメン屋さんにも行けて、大満足の滞在でした。
