Cari Hotel 3-Star di Sapporo

A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang hebat. Terdapat perhentian bas ke dan dari lapangan terbang. Ia mengambil masa beberapa minit di tingkat bawah untuk sampai ke Stesen Toyomizu-Susukino. Ia juga berhampiran dengan jalan bawah tanah. Panduan hotel sangat jelas. Kakitangan hotel ramah dan bersedia menjawab soalan untuk tetamu. Biliknya besar, serba lengkap, baru dihias dan selesa. Terdapat mesin basuh dan pengering berbayar yang sangat murah di lobi, yang sangat mudah. Ia berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah yang besar dan banyak pasar makanan serta kedai serbaneka berdekatan. Cuma bezanya loker bilik twin tak ada lampu, jadi gelap nak ambil baju. Tetapi secara keseluruhan ia sangat bagus dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang hebat, 7 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah Odori Park dan 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Terdapat kedai serbaneka 7-Eleven di tingkat bawah. Bilik 4 orang itu cukup luas untuk dua orang. Cara paling mudah untuk ke lapangan terbang adalah dengan bas, yang berhenti di Hotel Trinity, kira-kira 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Fino Hotel.

Menghabiskan 5 malam di hotel ini dan kami menyukainya. Dekat dengan segalanya. Jika kita akan kembali ke Sapporo pasti akan menempah hotel yang sama. Juga akan mengesyorkan kepada rakan-rakan. Kami mengembara DIY dan kami tidak mempunyai masa yang sukar untuk menginap di hotel ini. Beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari perhentian bas dari dan ke lapangan terbang. Sangat selesa.

Clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds with good linen. Has a bath and sauna downstairs as well but is normal water, not onsen water. Location is not near a train station but has a bus stop around 5 mins walk away. Parking for cars is 1500 yen per night, has limited slots and first come first served. Value for money stay and will recommend :)

Saya tinggal di sini selama dua malam sambil bersiar-siar di Sapporo dan Otaru! Ia berdekatan dengan stesen, jadi saya fikir ia adalah hotel yang sesuai untuk perjalanan yang melibatkan stesen. Taman Odori dan Susukino berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, jadi kebanyakan restoran berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, tetapi semuanya terletak di seberang stesen, jadi rasanya jauh sedikit (kira-kira 20-30 minit). Hotel ini baru dan bersih, dan walaupun saya hanya tinggal di sana untuk tidur, bilik itu bersih dan mencukupi. Terdapat juga kedai serbaneka berdekatan, seperti Seven-Eleven dan Lawson, yang memudahkan. Tiada kemudahan di dalam bilik, jadi anda perlu mengambil apa sahaja yang anda mahu dari meja depan. Kebanyakan kemudahan disediakan, tetapi ia tidak termasuk pengikat rambut atau tuala badan, jadi saya harap mereka mempunyainya! Harganya berpatutan, dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi jika saya melawat Sapporo lagi!

I have stayed there for 6 days. Every morning, we were greeted by the energetic and friendly staff who are preparing the breakfast when we pass by. For every single day, the same amount of energy which makes us feel home. They served simple yet good food and we really enjoy it. Every night, when we come back after a long, cold day of trip outside, the staff served hot soup which is suitable. The staff at the reception counter will also greet you. I dont really get what they said but i guess they welcome you home. I hope management who see this comment can please help to tell the staffs that they did a good job. I stayed at many japan hotel and the level of welcoming here is really above the average hotels. Take care and hope to go Hokkaido again! Matane!

Saya menempah hotel untuk malam pertama saya di Sapporo. Saya pergi ke sana semasa Festival Musim Bunga dan musim sejuk, yang merupakan musim puncak di Hokkaido Hotel adalah sangat mahal satu malam. Bilik itu agak kecil tetapi kemudahannya lengkap dan sangat bersih. Ia hanya 500 meter dari Exit 5 dari Stesen Susukino. Ia hanya dua perhentian ke Stesen Sapporo. The location is very convenient. Easy access to underground shopping, stations, restaurants, and convenient stores. Close to tourist areas by walking. Quiet rooms. Limited TV channels choices. The restaurant for breakfast is overrated. Which there weren’t much choices at all. It’s shouldn’t price that high. It doesn’t provide water bottle, but there is kettle. It provides basic skin care by DHC and mouth wash. Which I appreciated. The bathroom washing sink is small, I splashed the water everywhere. Overall, the single room price is reasonable.

Overall, the stay was comfortable with several thoughtful touches, though there were some design drawbacks. The beds were soft and comfortable, and it was especially convenient that the sofa bed had already been made up for my daughter when we arrived. Toiletries were provided at check-in, which was a nice and practical detail. The concierge staff were consistently polite and helpful, and I appreciated the flavoured water always available in the lobby. The location is also very convenient and made getting around easy. However, the room itself is quite small. The walkway between the door and the beds is extremely narrow, and one side of the bed sits directly against the wall, making it difficult to get out at night without disturbing your partner. My biggest concern was the onsen changing area. When I entered, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Drying my hair there was unpleasant, and when I asked the front desk, I was told it was a designated smoking area. I found this surprising and disappointing, as it’s an enclosed space everyone must pass through to access the baths. Especially since the bath was lovely itself. Overall, the hotel offers comfort, convenience, and friendly service, but the room layout and smoking policy around the onsen detract from the experience.
