Cari Hotel 3-Star di Sapporo

I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

As with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby. Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful. Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem. Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift. Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)

The hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access. Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas. Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space. There is a lack of a small table for the bed side but we just slightly pull out the mini fridge as a small table. Bed was hard but we prefer that way. Free breakfast provided everyday during the stay on lobby from 0630 to 0930. Menu slightly change daily but consistently with rice, bread, yogurt and tea rice. Breakfast drink have hot tea, yogurt drink (Hokkaido milk yogurt drink. Highly recommend) and fruit drink. Coffee machine served from 0600 to 0000 daily. Vending machine for drink available at lobby but we prefer go to nearby seicomart to buy stuff. Microwave also available on lobby. Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot

Saya tinggal di sini selama dua malam sambil bersiar-siar di Sapporo dan Otaru! Ia berdekatan dengan stesen, jadi saya fikir ia adalah hotel yang sesuai untuk perjalanan yang melibatkan stesen. Taman Odori dan Susukino berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, jadi kebanyakan restoran berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, tetapi semuanya terletak di seberang stesen, jadi rasanya jauh sedikit (kira-kira 20-30 minit). Hotel ini baru dan bersih, dan walaupun saya hanya tinggal di sana untuk tidur, bilik itu bersih dan mencukupi. Terdapat juga kedai serbaneka berdekatan, seperti Seven-Eleven dan Lawson, yang memudahkan. Tiada kemudahan di dalam bilik, jadi anda perlu mengambil apa sahaja yang anda mahu dari meja depan. Kebanyakan kemudahan disediakan, tetapi ia tidak termasuk pengikat rambut atau tuala badan, jadi saya harap mereka mempunyainya! Harganya berpatutan, dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi jika saya melawat Sapporo lagi!

Bilik-bilik bersih, padat tetapi tidak terlalu kecil. Boleh buka 2 beg besar. Terdapat juga sofa. Terdapat banyak salur keluar kuasa, yang sangat bagus. Lokasinya bagus, tidak jauh berjalan kaki dari tempat-tempat pelancongan di pusat bandar. Mudah dicari dan diarahkan pada Peta Google. Terdapat kedai serbaneka di sekitar. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik Sebahagian daripada anda bercakap bahasa Inggeris, sebahagian daripada anda sedikit. Boleh tolong hubungi teksi, tapi OK, tiada masalah.

5-10 minutes walk to eateries and shops and subway, next to hotel is Lawson convenient store. Staff efficient and provides fast service. I find the downside is you can only shower inside bathtub which is inconvenient to small kids and elderly, and you cant eat and drink in hotel lobby so cabt chill in lobby with families, and there is no Type C charger so you must use travel adapter. Water dispenser is not available in lobby and not at every floor, you must go certain floor to fill up water and only cold water is available (no hot water). Also mattresses are hard.

Hotel Keihan is 2 traffic crossings from Sapporo station. There are 2 ways to get to the hotel from the station - using either the west or the north exit. The west exit will require you to drag your luggage through a stretch of road that has very uneven surface - quite challenging if your luggage is large and heavy. The north exit is a slightly shorter distance, but with tiled sidewalks, so much easier to drag your luggage. The room is slightly larger than the typical Japanese hotel room. Coffee, tea, sugar, toiletries and pajamas are all provided. Right next to the hotel is a famous soup curry restaurant. The hotel is also within walking distance to cafes and eateries.

The room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.

Best for travelers prioritizing excellent cleanliness, great facilities (especially the sauna), and easy access to the Susukino area of Sapporo. 👍 The Good (Highlights): Unique Amenities: The hotel features a highly popular sauna on the top floor (not a traditional onsen) and offers free miso ramen in the evenings (usually 9 PM to 11 PM). Cleanliness & Style: Rooms are consistently rated as impeccably clean, modern, and stylishly designed. Location: Conveniently located near the Hosui-Susukino Subway Station (Exit 6 is often mentioned), making it easy to access the main Susukino district, Nijo Market, and the Sapporo TV Tower. Staff: The staff are very kind and helpful. 👎 The Not-So-Good (Drawbacks): Lighting: Some guests have noted that the lighting in the rooms can be slightly dark, which might be inconvenient for tasks like applying makeup. Dining: The immediate surrounding area right outside the hotel may have fewer restaurants or convenience stores compared to the absolute center of Susukino. Verdict: This hotel is a fantastic choice if you appreciate modern style, top-tier cleanliness, and are eager to take advantage of the unique sauna and free nightly ramen. Its slightly quieter location is balanced by excellent subway access.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers great value for money, with a good balance of comfort and price. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around, especially in the Susukino area. The onsen was a big plus. It was clean, relaxing, and not crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping is provided every three days, which was not an issue for me. However, I wish the trash in the room had been collected daily. Leaving garbage in the room for several days felt a bit unhygienic and could be improved. Aside from that, everything was well-managed, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, onsen, and overall value.
