The host is incredibly easy to communicate with and always replies so promptly, which made our entire trip hassle-free. The place itself was sparkling clean, and all the amenities and essentials were fully provided and in great condition.
What touched us the most was when a small issue came up during our check-out. The host went above and beyond to help us handle it quickly and smoothly. We are deeply grateful for the kind and prompt assistance!
The host is truly a wonderful host who genuinely cares about his guests. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

PPengguna Tanpa Nama呢間旅館嘅老闆非常熱情，特別是每日會煮早餐嘅婆婆，佢每一朝早都好熱情打招呼，有次我前一晚特別夜先返到旅館，佢第二朝早叫我好好休息又請我食水果同埋甜品，特別窩心☺️，非常有呢個日本家嘅感覺，所以下次一定會再住過。

AAudrey Lin CheungThe hotel is about a 7-minute walk from Sapporo Station, which is very convenient, and there is a convenience store, a large bookstore and an electronics shop nearby. Walking with luggage in the snow can be a bit tricky though, so it’s better to take it slow to avoid slipping. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay: the hotel offers self check-in and check out, and there is complimentary coffee and matcha latte available for guests. The only downside was that the body wash felt a little harsh on my skin, so I would recommend bringing your own if you have sensitive skin.

RrobwardleThe Onsen is fantastic with showers, baths, sauna, ret area, restaurant, vending machines, smoking room etc and service and cleanliness in Onsen and hotel are excellent. The bed was comfy and good size for capsule and customers were quiet and respectful when I stayed. As it’s a capsule the locker, bathroom shared area set up is not great for a long stay for the obvious reasons but for a night or two or for budget travellers it is hard to beat. It’s a great location for susukino and transport. Luggage storage in check out was an extra 500¥

PPengguna TetamuI had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Potmum. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Odori Park and Sapporo Station, making it easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is quiet, which was great after a long day out.
The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Although not very large (typical Japan size), the layout was practical and comfortable. The bed was firm and provided a good night’s sleep.
Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Overall, it offers very good value for money in Sapporo. I would recommend it to travellers looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a convenient yet peaceful area.

Convenient stores, intra & intercity transport stations all within walking distance. Free light breakfast. Outstanding front deak reception & tip top housekeeping. As such highly recommended.

Iian duenascon: no free amenities (i knew beforehand, i'm just pointing it out)
pro: the nightly rate is very cheap, especially if you compare it to hostel/hotels in central sapporo during winter festival
con: far from sapporo city center. it takes an hour more or less. also, be ready to add budget for bus rides (550 yen from hostel to sapporo station)
pro: there are restaurants, ramen shops, supermarkets, 100 yen shop which are just 1 bus ride away (max 30 minutes) there is also a skii resort (fu's snow area) nearby.
con: i just wish they install additional heaters in the common area. also, the hot water on the sink stopped running which was inconvenient
pro: i had a comfortable stay. the other guests who stayed at this hostel were quiet. my roommates were japanese, korean and chinese and they were very nice.
in conclusion, i chose this hostel because the price gap between hostels in sapporo city center and this hotel was huge. even with the additional bus fare, it was still much cheaper to stay here.

ママダムバタフライUntuk harga ini (sekitar 6,000 yen), anda boleh tinggal berhampiran Stesen Sapporo dan kereta bawah tanah Taman Nakajima.
Bilik itu juga bersih dan selesa.
Sarapan ringkas roti bakar dan kopi turut disertakan. Pada tahun ini, saya berjalan-jalan di Taman Nakajima pada waktu pagi.
Saya dapat menyegarkan diri dengan suasana yang sejuk. terima kasih.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The facilities were good and the place was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the onsen, which was very relaxing after a long day.
One thing to note is the location 🙂it is not very convenient without a car, so I would recommend driving. If you have a car, then everything is fine and easy to get around.
Service was decent overall, and everything went quite smoothly. There is still some room for improvement, but it was a good experience and worth the price.
Would consider staying again.
