"Stayed for 10 days at this hotel. First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well."

10/10 This hotel was absolutely fabulous. I think its one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Everything was immaculate. The service was great, and the rooms were stunning. I was only there for a night as I had an early flight in the morning, but I was able to take a night swim in the lovely pool while listening to the live band perform. The facilities in the health club are also great. Since I had to leave before breakfast, they arranged a packed breakfast for me which was really delicious. I rarely stay in Manila when I travel to the Philippines, but I would come back just to stay at the Okura again.

Pengguna Tanpa NamaWe had a wonderful three-day stay at the Sheraton Manila Hotel. The Sheraton Club was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was consistently great. The room were comfortable, and everything was well-maintained.
We also celebrated our 8th anniversary during our stay, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel made to make the occasion extra special. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.
A special mention to the amazing staff, who were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their exceptional service and hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience.
Thank you, Sheraton Manila Hotel, for a fantastic stay. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back! ❤️✨

AnMacsOur stay at Conrad Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing stay.
The weekend breakfast buffet turned out to be a nice surprise. Since the hotel seemed fully booked, probably due to the expected opening of the Pyromusical event, breakfast was extended to the C Lounge instead of being limited to The Brasserie. The C Lounge actually made the experience better, as it was more spacious and even had live saxophone music, which added a nice touch to the morning.
We also appreciated the Conrad stuffed toy and the birthday cake, which was a thoughtful and charming touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with the quality service expected from Conrad.

Pengguna TetamuLokasi yang agak bagus. Kalau penerbangan T3, sangat senang nak ke Lapangan Terbang Manila. Pemeriksaan keselamatan di pintu masuk agak ketat, jadi patutnya sangat selamat untuk menginap di hotel ini. Ada McDonald's di sebelah, dan pusat beli-belah di seberang jalan. Di sebelah sana pula ada hotel Hilton. Hotel ini bersambung ke [nama tempat yang hilang], jadi sangat mudah nak pergi ke sana juga.

Last june, I stayed at a hotel with my family. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff welcomed us warmly and answered all our questions with a smile.
The hotel’s location was convenient because it was close to restaurants, shopping centers, and tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet offered many delicious choices, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the relaxing atmosphere.
There were only a few minor issues. The air conditioner took some time to cool the room, and the elevator was busy during peak hours. However, these did not greatly affect our stay.
Overall, I would rate the hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend it to my friends and family because of its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

CrystelSLocation is still close enough to the mall if you like a little walk.
As for room service it is not bad Limited on menu but still alright.
The food actually tastes good.
What bad experience I got is I went down the restaurant and ask if the soup I wanted to order can be delivered up in my room and I was immediately declined amd was informed that it will be considered as take away and I will have to wait or come back and get it.
I mentioned if I oay extra to bring it up and they said no.
Its just a soup, nothing fancy or grill or dessert that will be melt, just a soup.
I think they should reconsider this service.
The room is small but its not bad.
Everything else is just okay.
Breakfast ain't much so don't expect anything.
