"Booked king sky deluxe but they gave me twin sky instead. They said there was a leak on the room. This is my 2nd time booking in this hotel. They were also gonna transfer me to a twin room the 1st time I booked even though I booked a king sky. Hopefully the next time I booked, I get to use the room I actually purchased."

RRabs Showtime10/10 This hotel was absolutely fabulous. I think its one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Everything was immaculate. The service was great, and the rooms were stunning. I was only there for a night as I had an early flight in the morning, but I was able to take a night swim in the lovely pool while listening to the live band perform. The facilities in the health club are also great. Since I had to leave before breakfast, they arranged a packed breakfast for me which was really delicious. I rarely stay in Manila when I travel to the Philippines, but I would come back just to stay at the Okura again.

PPengguna TetamuI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty.
Staff greet you at every step and guide you to reception.
The Lobby smells divine and check in was a breeze.
Then we were guided to our room, which was beautiful. Huge bathroom, with lovely products.
Comfortable bed, enormous windows that for us overlooked the bay.
The executive lounge is well worth the extra money. It includes breakfast area (which is nice, but not as huge as the buffet breakfast), afternoon tea and cocktails and canape in the afternoon.
The pool and gym area were sensational as well.
Direct access to the Mall of Asia, which was great for us shoppers.
The buffet breakfast was the biggest and best selection I have ever seen.
This hotel would have to be my favourite I have ever visited. Could not recommend more highly, worth every dollar and I will definitely always be staying here shen visiting Manila.

GGen16I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

YYong Wee kitroom was really clean and spacious.
food at the breakfast buffet spread was limited and food was not good, hence out of 3 nights, i only had breakfast once.

CCrystelSLocation is still close enough to the mall if you like a little walk.
As for room service it is not bad Limited on menu but still alright.
The food actually tastes good.
What bad experience I got is I went down the restaurant and ask if the soup I wanted to order can be delivered up in my room and I was immediately declined amd was informed that it will be considered as take away and I will have to wait or come back and get it.
I mentioned if I oay extra to bring it up and they said no.
Its just a soup, nothing fancy or grill or dessert that will be melt, just a soup.
I think they should reconsider this service.
The room is small but its not bad.
Everything else is just okay.
Breakfast ain't much so don't expect anything.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed overnight for the Manila Marathon because the location is good. It’s our first time staying in Lime. Checking in is fast, staff were efficient. But they have a very limited parking space. The room is not quite clean. The carpet is dirty, the bathroom glass is also a bit dirty with molds and some hair strands sticking on the glass and walls of the shower area. The toilet kinda smelled a bit of a pee. It doesn’t smell like it was cleaned with disinfectants. The bed llines have stains. I don’t know if it was even replaced with a new one because it doesn’t smell clean too. The food is good, reasonably priced. The pool is small, with limited space for people to stay and lounge but the view is great. if we’re going for a staycation, we’d rather stay in other hotels.
