PPengguna TetamuHad a great stay! After booking, they were very accommodating with their responses and all my questions. They were also able to provide everything I requested.
Upon arrival at the condo, the transaction at the front desk was very smooth since all the requirements were already prepared.
When we got to the room, it was super clean and smelled really nice. I loved the ambiance….it even had board games for entertainment, which was great for the kids.
If you prefer to cook, they also have a rice cooker, microwave, and even an electric kettle, plus utensils you can use.
We encountered a small issue where we couldn’t go swimming since it was Sunday and the office was closed, but the owner emailed the hotel on our behalf so we could still swim. They even gave us a discount on our extension fee, hehe.
None of this would have been possible if the owner wasn’t so responsive. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much, AC Haven!

Suggestion: Maybe you could add a water jug at least? Hehe. But all in all, it was a great stay.

CCrystelSLocation is still close enough to the mall if you like a little walk.
As for room service it is not bad Limited on menu but still alright.
The food actually tastes good.
What bad experience I got is I went down the restaurant and ask if the soup I wanted to order can be delivered up in my room and I was immediately declined amd was informed that it will be considered as take away and I will have to wait or come back and get it.
I mentioned if I oay extra to bring it up and they said no.
Its just a soup, nothing fancy or grill or dessert that will be melt, just a soup.
I think they should reconsider this service.
The room is small but its not bad.
Everything else is just okay.
Breakfast ain't much so don't expect anything.

RruruzzelAfter staying at Selah Pods, I also booked a stay at Selah Lofts so I could compare and experience both. To be honest, I liked my room at Selah Pods better. The room I booked at Selah Lofts was not as visually pleasing, although the staff were still very accommodating and welcoming.
My booking also came with breakfast, which was good, and Selah’s amenities were definitely superb as always. Overall, I still had a nice stay, but if I ever come back, I think I would choose Selah Pods instead.

KKrisAdventure_19This is a perfect “you get what you pay for” type of accommodation if you’re traveling to Manila. I’ve stayed at these condos twice now within the last couple of years and I’ve never had any real problems.
The good:
The location is excellent. It really can’t get much better. There’s quite a few restaurants right below the building on the first floor and down the road within walking distance. You’re about 5-10 minutes away from terminal 3 of the airport (international terminal). It’s also very easy to get picked up by ride share services because there’s never any traffic on this street. There’s multiple guards around that stroll up and down the sidewalks so there’s a bit more safe and secure feeling. There’s also a 24 hour convenient store below.
The not so good:
The rooms look a lot bigger online than in person especially the studio units. I also saw a roach in the bathroom during my most recent stay. If you see one roach there’s most likely more within the building. Lastly they’re washing machines in a lot of the units but the last 2 units we stayed in the washing machines weren’t working. If the washing machines aren’t going to work then they might as well take them out because the machines are just taking up space in an already small unit where space is limited.
All in all I’ll give this place 4 stars because you get what you pay for when you stay here and that’s getting harder to find these days. Am I being a little generous? Probably, but for their fairly cheap nightly rates and excellent location you really can’t beat it. Especially if you’re on a vacation and just trying to budget a little

Location is its best attribute plus free luggage storage which travelers often need. There is an attached restaurant, other than that not many amenities; mostly a close convenient place to stay by the airport.

PPengguna TetamuSangat bertarikh, tetapi untuk harga tidak boleh mengeluh. Lokasi yang sesuai untuk T3 untuk kemudahan ketibaan atau pelepasan. Apartmen ini juga terletak betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Gereja dan Columbarium of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus, yang pastinya patut dikunjungi. Hampir dipasang ke bilik mandi dan saya berbadan normal. Boleh lakukan dengan rombakan.

PPengguna TetamuFinding the Palm tree hotel from the airport was relatively easy, you just have to go up to the 4th floor, cross the pedestrian bridge and then turn left. The staff was very nice, however they did mess up my reservation and gave my booked room to someone else. They pretty quickly booked me a hotel across the street, which was fine. The sounds of the the highway are very loud but that’s to be expected. Overall pretty good stay for a one night layover at manila airport.
