Cari Hotel 3-Star di Bandar Raya Pasay

Had a great stay! After booking, they were very accommodating with their responses and all my questions. They were also able to provide everything I requested. Upon arrival at the condo, the transaction at the front desk was very smooth since all the requirements were already prepared. When we got to the room, it was super clean and smelled really nice. I loved the ambiance….it even had board games for entertainment, which was great for the kids. If you prefer to cook, they also have a rice cooker, microwave, and even an electric kettle, plus utensils you can use. We encountered a small issue where we couldn’t go swimming since it was Sunday and the office was closed, but the owner emailed the hotel on our behalf so we could still swim. They even gave us a discount on our extension fee, hehe. None of this would have been possible if the owner wasn’t so responsive. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much, AC Haven! It is my second time to stay in this hotel. Like the last time, I felt comfortable in this hotel. Very relaxed. Staffs are discrete and not encroaching on your space but there when you need them. Very polite and service with a smile. The rooms are big and clean. Bf is excellent for what you pay. Very close to SM mall of Asia. Better than their sister company not far away from them. Will stay again here

It is what it is. The hotel is compact, surprisingly elegant and secure – with no trace of bad taste. While I’m personally used to more spacious rooms, the exceptional rooftop restaurant and pool truly make up for it.

The hotel was very accommodating. Their facilities are well thought of and I love that it includes a swimming pool and other activities that you could do with friends. The staff are nice and well-mannered throughout the day. It offers complete ammenitues for travelers like our group for biglaan stays.

We stayed for one night and did not use the washing machine. The unit is suitable for long stays since you can cook your own meals. It has basic kitchen utensils, including a pan, glasses, spoons, and forks. This is a city-view unit that can accommodate up to 5 guests. During our stay, the place was clean and cozy. There is an Alfamart, Watsons Pharmacy, ZUS Coffee, KyuKyu Ramen, and a Thai massage shop in Tower A, if I remember correctly. The host was responsive throughout our stay. The pool is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool access requires an additional fee. You need to coordinate with and pay the host first, then proceed to the reception. At the reception, we were given a receipt showing a pool fee of ₱150 per person, but the host charged us ₱250 each. The room instructions also stated that the pool fee is ₱200 per person, which was a bit confusing due to the inconsistent information. We did notice a few small cockroaches, although this seems to be common in some condos and staycation units. Cons: There were no trash bags provided, so we had to reuse the plastic bags from the water and food we bought. Overall, we had a great stay.

The place was cozy. They also have entertainment stuff like you can play chess, jenga blocks, and a lot more. Although the location is not that close to downtown, it’s still convenient since there’s a store nearby that will take care of everything you need. And they also deliver to your doorstep. You just need to order through call or text.

1st time to booked this place and I can say na ba balik balikan namin sya, this will be one of our go to places na. The staffs are all friendly and approachable. Aside from the comment I left personally the other thing that I noticed was the dining area is too hot, it's not well ventilated. I hope you can do something about it so the guest can enjoy their breakfast. Thank u

Perkhidmatan ini meninggalkan banyak yang perlu diingini, terutamanya mengenai komunikasi. Adalah mencabar untuk menghubungi mereka menggunakan nombor hubungan yang diberikan. Asiatel has a good location near terminal 3 and has 24 hour front desk service which was desperately needed as we arrived at 2:30 am. There is a lot of construction so don’t even consider walking. A cab is only a $3-$4 It is clean but older and with few amenities: a tiny bar of soap at the bathroom sink, no shampoo, no refrigerator, no hair dryer (though you can borrow one from the front desk). They did have new toothbrushes on the sink. This was our second time to use as a one night late arrival airport. Ask for the back of the building, this time we were on the road side and it was noisy. We like the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel for food in the morning, or lunch since we got up late.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, the excellent service and relaxing atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. We would gladly return again.
