My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The initial room had a disappointing partial sea view, leading me to recommend choosing a partial pool or sea view instead. Staff were accommodating in changing the room, which was a plus.
Dining was a letdown, with a steak overcooked and a hair found in the rice on two separate occasions. On the bright side, the bar offered a great experience with its excellent selection of drinks.
We also tried the spa, opting for a couple's massage in a special room, part of an 18K promotion. The spa experience was enjoyable, albeit pricey, but fitting for the hotel's standard.
However, the hotel’s confusing layout and the mixed dining experiences make me hesitant to return.

Near my 3day expo venue at the world trade center, so no additional cost for rides which is good. Clean rooms, and love the service of the staffs and room service. They are very polite. If you are regularly used to travelling. This is a good hotel for you.

Such a great Hotel for staycation! Excellent service tho we have multiple request and order but this lady named ‘Ly’ of In room dining serves us with quicky and excellent service. Tradition to go here in manila for staycation whenever there are breaks and this is our first time here in okura. Everthing was nice. Me and my sisters would surely choose okura again next time. Great service plus friendly staff. Also thanks to the perfect ambiance.

Excellent service. The maintenance crew were kind enough to move us to a different floor after calling front desk about the smell of paint entering our room and the entire floor due to the next door maintenance works. Rooms are very clean and I chose this hotel because it has very convenient access to the shopping mall and the airport. The pool area looks nice from above but at close, I feel like a landacape designer can uplift its tropical ambiance further. It seems there are as much rugged-looking concrete grey texture as the garden green. Food and drinks was great at the pool bar. We had pizzas and mocktails.

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

Strategic place between Laguna and Manila . My only comment is the entrance has no ramp, you have to lift your luggage and take the stairs to the entrance. This place not wheelchair friendly environment . No one will assist you even after checking out .

PPengguna TetamuI have been several times in the Sheraton, being opposite to Terminal 3 of the Manila airport. If you have only hand luggage you can walk there, if more, than you need a taxi, even some of the Manila taxi drivers are not so happy about the short distance. Thus, take a metered taxi and give them more tipp, so it normally works fine. This time I only had time for a stay during the day since my second flight left at midnight. I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite which I liked very much even I only had 8 hours in the hotel. But those were really worth it since I decided to book a massage in the spa on short notice and had luck to get the last free slot. Which was an absolute outstanding experience that I only can recommend to every visitor who has problems with shoulders or other parts of the body after a long flight. Wellness is not only a massage but all together: the environment, the cleanliness, the mood of the people working there, the smell, the music, the rooms. And all was absolutely top! Starting with a very warm and nice welcome by Camille, explaining the treatments. A great start with charme! My massage (one hour) then was given bei Lei; it was one of the best in the past years and I know when coming back to the Sheraton I will book her again. Nice, respecting your pain-points and having perfect moves to make your body parts movable again. Unfortunately, only one hour but helping me a lot to bear the next long flight for more than 9 hours. The only disadvantage on this evening was that a pool party took place which was very noisy. But since I have been young, too, even this was a long time ago in the last century, it is acceptable. The hotel had left a letter of excuse already in advance in the room. That's life.

Location still close to the airport and convenient to reach Intramuros. - We only found the price for the Airport Shuttle (3.5km/15min) very expensive 2.500PHP. So we recommend not to use this service and better arrange on your own.

CChandlor RandallWe were well received and offered an upgrade to better accommodate our family of six. The breakfast dining options were excellent, a good combination of native Filipino and Western choices. The rooftop pool was a nice touch.
Linens were clean, and towels were plentiful. The only drawbacks worth noting were the fact that the coffee makers provided in the room were inoperable (no outlet to plug it in) and the decor showed moderate signs of weathering (due to age and usage).

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is conveniently located across the street from T4 which made it an easy find but walking across the expressway to get there is very life threatening especially with luggage. Calls to the hotel went unanswered so I was unable to book airport pickup, hence the walking.
The room is relatively spacious, perfect to open multiple bags if you need to get into your suitcase before the next flight. The soap dispenser in the room doesn’t work so I had to remove the lid to get soap which brings the question of who else opened it and how hygienic is it.
The breakfast menu displays a lengthy list of options but when I asked, more than half of them were unavailable which is a bit of a turn off.
The hotel serves its purpose for an overnight rest before a flight but much improvement is needed.

TTW2024The area is very nice for a walk. On the left are shopping malls, shops and local zone. On the right are convenience store, Church, other hotels such as Marriott, Belmont, Footbridge to Terminal 3 and elevated streets. Very convenient and clean to walk to Terminal 3 because we walk inside the new and modern footbridge. Got an apartment on the 2nd floor and can see the front entrance. The room is large and has a kitchen with microwave and kettle. No washing machine and no toiletries but no problem as I brought my own. Comfortable clean bed. Wish that they would add the underpad in case any guest causes any mark or a woman has her period. Now they only place a bed sheet directly over the mattress. Reception and Security staff are very welcoming and polite to everyone who came. We waited in the main Reception until the Host came around 2:20pm and led us to the Cluster we stayed. At the 2nd Reception, we registered and the Host led us to our room. When checking out, we returned the key into the mail box of our room. The condo is quite luxury. Room has old furnitures but shower room is new. Compared with rooms of the same price range, this is a great place to stay. Thank you so much for the help from the 2 ladies at Reception so that I could receive my parcel I bought online.

DDiazEvelynLocation is good near the airport,but I had to wait in the reception for a person that can help me,room was clean.nice pool view but the pet cat shouldn't be there sleeping on the chair since it was a breakfast venue,not hygienic. Free breakfast and self service was so so,hopefully next time conceirge people will consider their loud talking and laughing as it really disturb their guest like me,I was so tired and want to rest but heard their laughing and talking so loud.i was put the next room from front desk.other than that all was ok
