"This was one of the best hotel I stayed at in Manila. I had some hesitations about the shared toilet and bathroom, but they were quite clean by Philippine standards. The hotel even has a pool, so you can sit by the pool in the evening and meet other guests. However, our room didn't have a window and was a bit damp. The only downside of the hotel is that the surroundings aren't very safe. You need to be cautious around the hotel if you're a foreigner. Mall of Asia is only 10-minutes by Jeepney. The hotel is also close to the airport for those leaving the city."

AAna0527We arrived at hotel that has long queue on reception lobby hopefully in the future there will be a lot of receptionist. However it made my day when the Receptionist welcome us and Kudos to the amazing staff for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you so much granting my request for the complimentary upgrade to the Panorama Suite with bay view, which made our wedding honeymoon even more special and memorable. I love the most is the staff always greet even at the elevator and especially during breakfast time.
Overall I love all the amenities specially our rooms.
I Highly appreciate and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dadโs World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

MMae214221If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesnโt provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.
