What an amazing and beautiful hotel and what makes it this way is the service that you receive from the front desk. First time with my bf in Barcelona for my birthday trip and the attention from the front desk to deliver a little gesture was a cherry on top. I booked a corner room with a balcony and it’ was really spacious and nice with the city view. I’ll definitely be back

My wife and I came to stay for a long weekend. Really nice hotel. Pleasant staff. Rooms really nice. The walk in shower was that clean and shiny I walked right into the glass thinking it was clear! Whoops! Loved the roof top bar and pool. Bus stop outside you can hop on and off. But we used the metro as right nearby and easy to get to everything. You could walk from the hotel but would take a while as quite far away from everything. Not as close as we thought. But the metro was great to use. Lots of bars and breakfast places nearby too. All in all fab hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay

El barrio es un horror. Yonkis a cada paso y una mugre increíble. La habitación que me dieron perdía toda el agua la bañera e inundaba el baño. Reclame a la camarera y me dijo que en varias habitaciones pasaba eso y que me dejaba cuatro toallas para que ponga y no se salga el agua ¿¿¿??? Reclame en recepción y me cambiaron a otra habitación. Me cobraron 22 euros por darme la habitación un par de horas antes cuando habitualmente en otros hoteles si la tienen disponible no te hacen problema. Instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas pero el entorno es espantoso. No me gustó el suelo de la habitación porque es cerámico como de cocina... Eche en falta en un hotel de esta categoría un buen parquet.

Hotel is conveniently situated right at the Barcelona Sants train station. Would recommend this hotel if need to catch a train to other cities in Spain due to connection to train station and taxi stand right outside with easy access to taxis. However, room was tight and squeezy if travelling with children that require an extra bed. Check-in was delayed by half an hour, which did not leave a pleasant first impression.

Everything is good, especially the speakers in the room. I very like the concept of music showering. The location also is good, close to the Gràcia Avenue which easy to shopping. I hope in the official website can provide the email address of hotel, but I was very lucky to keep the card holder to get the contact to hotel to keep my leave CD. I will choose next time
