Visited here with my partner Checking in was quick and easy Originally we got a room without a bath, but wanted a bath so went to reception and paid for upgrade. Room came with tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary chocolates. Shower and was great Bed and pillows were comfortable Fantastic location ! Can't comment on the breakfast as didn't order any. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, Muchas Gracias!

GWを利用して滞在。 結果として、リピートしたいホテルです。 ①ロケーションがよい：空港からバスでカタルーニャ広場に到着し、そこから歩いて５分程度の立地、ランブラス通りに面しており、ホテルを１歩でたら、活気のある繁華街、５分程度歩けば、ブケリア市場があり、近くにはPUBもあります。 ②部屋が広い：たまたまだったかもしれませんが、部屋が広く、大き目スーツケース２個を広げても全然余裕がありました。 ③近隣ホテルに比べ、リーズナブルだった。 価格とロケーションから文句なしでリピートしたいです。

這是來歐洲幾十次住過的服務最暖心的酒店了，位置也極佳，到教堂和球場都不算遠，去教堂，海邊都可以步行！住這個酒店像是在國內，有拖鞋，洗漱用品，有燒水壺，入住後送一瓶當地很不錯的紅酒，存放行李幾天可以免費，服務員送行李到房間介紹所有設施…

Firstly, please let me thank you staff behind within the reception team as the staff I came across were a credit to your hotel. I had a booking with you for 7 nights from the 10th to 17th September stayed in room 701. Arrived on the Saturday evening at about 21.15hrs checked in, The gentleman behind reception who checked us in was great first thing he said was Mr & Mrs Barrett many congratulations to you both on celebrating your wedding anniversary, that along with the check in went really well and this made us feel special. Up to room Wow !! factor was really impressed however it was like a sauna No problems we can sort it tried to play around with the settings and struggled getting temp down, plus a few sockets in the room was not working. No letter wishing us congratulations Once we unpacked, we decided to have a look around and get our bearings. popped back to reception and mentioned about the Sockets next to bed not working in room and the temperature. the same gentleman said it's not a problem he can sort out the room temperature but sockets will have to wait till the morning, ok great thank you, can we please book the spa for Sunday around 5pm if its free, yes, he said no problems its book for us. that was it. Saturday night in the room was still very hot but we managed and by the morning it was nice and cool. Sunday afternoon there was someone different on so went to collect the key for the spa and towels off we went really excited as this was our anniversary day. Nothing in the spa was working apart from the pool with bubbles, the Steam room and Sauna was not on, went up to Reception asked the team they said it should be but I assured them nothing was on. we were asked to wait around 15 to 20 minutes which will give things time to warm up but we lost the experience by then. Once finished handed key back to Reception and asked if we could book a table in the restaurant tonight we were told this is closed and the bar is closed as well. But on the web site it says open !! so our plans were going side ways instead. I also mentioned again about sockets and was told we will be on it fiorst thing monday. Went up to room and ran the bath as going to have a jacuzzi, this didn't work reported this to the same person in reception, so we got dressed and went out for dinner. Monday going out said to the team we are out now so feel free to fix the sockets and Jacuzzi and will be back later on during the day. We got back quite late and visited a few sites within your city loads of photos, so by the time we got back didn't check nothing as we were really tired. Tuesday morning completely forgot to check to see if things were working as we had a very early start and a long day. came back late evening time and once again completely tired. Wednesday, I tried the sockets again and still not working so on my way out I mentioned to the team about these and i assumed the Jacuzzi would be the same. They were shocked and thought thes

Had a fantastic, comfortable stay here in the heart of Barcelona. The staff are so friendly and helpful Really felt like a nice home away from home! I would highly recommend staying here as it has everything, 24 hr concierge, sauna and pool with a bar on the rooftop, room service and our room had a bath which was really nice!

There aren’t enough words to say how great our stay was here at Musik Boutique Hotel. My friend and I booked a room for a girls weekend trip in April 2023. Our flight was late into Barcelona and our first experience with the hotel was a friendly welcome from Dennis at 1am and recommendations for things to do in the area (Luigi’s restaurant was so brilliant that we went twice!). Our room was a spacious and clean double which overlooked the narrow streets below. The Bluetooth speakers in the room were also a nice touch when getting ready to go out for the evening. All the staff were so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help, shout-out to Dennis and Ennio who organised a taxi pickup from the front door back to the airport. We were made aware that El Born wasn’t the safest area for belongings upon arrival, however, we never felt at risk the whole time we were there. The location is also really central to everything, it is only a 10 minute walk to La Plaça de Catalunya. It is also a 10 minute walk the other direction to the Arc de Triomf so we were really pleased to be in the middle of things. If I ever get the chance to visit Barcelona again, I will definitely book this hotel again due to their exceptional service.

On the positive side the location was great; lovely roof terrace with small pool and good views; good size room; comfortable beds; well designed room; good shower and plenty of storage. On the negative side, booked double bed, got two singles pushed together with no “join”; despite being on 6th floor the double glazing was inadequate to deal with street noises below; slowest lifts ever; only Spanish TV channels; with TV and other things staff were not dynamic in dealing with issues, apart from when loud noises came from room next door (11 pm); breakfast room a bit disorganised, ? not enough staff; do not disturb card turned round with any air movement.

This is what happens when hipster ideas of ”what's cool” meet get rich quick schemes and trump real life practicality. While the decor and ”quirkiness” initially seem cool, the poor experience with this hotel began right away. You need to download and register an app as there are NO KEYS. The app is glitchy, can't be registered with your email for some reason and is frustrating to set up. If you don't have TXT data in-country, you're screwed. Even the staff seemed fed up with it. Then unbelievably, THE STAFF LEAVE at 9PM and there is no support available or anyone on the premises until at least 8AM. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for any hotel and an obvious strategy to save wages at the expense of the guest. We ran into a distraught women who arrived after hours and she wasn't even told what room she was supposed to be accessing with the app. Poor communication overall. Also, It was very expensive for a minimalist experience. No coffee maker, one plastic glass, a tiny room, a plywood door on the bathroom, no luggage rack, cheap finishings, no towel racks, etc. Like had the person who designed this every actually stayed in a hotel? Everything is done on the cheap in this place. While the sheets were clean, the consumer-grade Ikea bed is NOT COMFORTABLE and moves and makes noises if you do ;) The air conditioner would blow air around weakly but would not cool or dehumidify so the place felt damp all the time and the air quality ******. Enhancing this, you get to see and hear your partner going to the toilet one meter away through the giant crack in the plywood door (seriously it's like something from a rustic camping experience in the Arctic), not something you'd pay 230+Euros for. You pretty quickly realize that the Àmfores Boutique Guest House is all marketing ploy and no content. It's the ”avocado toast of hotels” but made with Wonderbread and mass produced avocado spread.
