Ulasan Via Sants Hotel Barcelona, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Everything smells and looking new. Hotel staffs are warm, friendly and very helpful. We chose it because of the walking distance frm Sants Rail station, convenient when we arrived from Cordoba. Sants Rail station & Metro station both same location.

對於攜程的服務特別的滿意，酒店多扣款也是攜程幫忙要回的。 但是這個酒店最好不要選，後面行程的按金都退了，這個酒店還拖着不退按金。被子還有清洗不乾淨的血漬。除非趕早班的火車，最好不要選擇這裏。

距離Sants火車站5分鐘，地鐵也是同一方向，出行也方便。附近有超市餐廳，火車站後面有一家中國人開的餐廳，味道還可以，解解饞。

由於整個城市有大型會議，房價翻倍。一半價格就比較合理，房間很小。但整潔，乾淨。房間設施齊全，咖啡機，除了電吹風，還有專門捲髮器。贊

Sadly, the front desk staff at the Via Saints seemed more concerned with their impending regional manager review that was scheduled for the next day than they were in properly attending to their guests needs. The priorities of the gentleman at the front desk were clearly preparing for that review and voicing his frustrations with the issues distracting him from his preparation which were primarily the needs of the hotel’s guests. Fortunately, I was only booked for one night and cancelled an upcoming stay I had scheduled at the property. I hope this was isolated incident due to the pressure of their pending regional manager review that he mentioned multiple times I e the two days I was there. . On the positive side, the hotel breakfast buffet was very good. The variety and quality of the food was excellent. The room was small but clean. It smartly included built USB ports for phone charging, Bluetooth, espresso coffee maker, and balcony.

Great location from which to explore beautiful Barcelona. Helpful and courteous staff made the stay extra special. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family for a quick get away. Our room was comfortable for two people for a few nights and we could walk or Uber to several sites very easily.

The front desk greeted us amazingly since we arrived. They were very helpful in guiding us to the things that we needed and wanted to do. The rooms were clean and pillows and bed amazing. The service by all staff members and the room was excellent. Definitely recommend by us and will revisit in the future. Thank you to all staff members.

We really enjoyed our time at Via Sants Hotel. It was a nice small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our breakfasts every morning

Front desk was helpful and efficient. Stored our luggage as we arrived early in the day. We were pleasantly surprised when we returned late in the day that our bags had already been delivered to our rooms. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Roof top views were great after a long day of sightseeing.

Excellent location near mass transportation yet not in noise & hustle of downtown Barcelona. Great staff and accommodation as well. As previously stated the convenience of being so close to the train and bus station makes it very easy to navigate Barcelona via public transportation if you wish.

I’ve not been big on reviewing hotels lately, but Hotel Via Sants Barcelona was really tremendous and deserving of a 5 star review. It’s a beautifully designed hotel. The lobby is a lovely place to be. Juan on reception was one of the most friendly and accommodating front desk attendants I’ve ever met. The bar staff were also great and recommended restaurants close by (as well was being able to make a decent Aperol spritz) The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The Nespresso machine is always a welcome addition. The shower pressure was excellent and you had a rainfall head or handheld shower. I’m just disappointed we were only there for one night before a cruise. I’d love to stay there for a few nights and explore Barcelona further (we couldn’t because of lack of flights from local airport). My one tiny (and I mean tiny) ****** with the room is ones the hanging hooks on the wall was a little loose. But it happens, someone probably hung something too heavy on it. It’s also worth noting whilst it’s near the train station, it’s not near a lot of ‘tourist’ areas. This was fine for us, we don’t mind a 45 minute walking tour to get where we’re going. The Free Now app was great for taxis, we used that to get to the port on the day of the cruise and it took about 20 mins for €18. One final thing, don’t forget to visit the rooftop, it’s a hidden gem.

Small boutique hotel within walking distance of the train station. Nicely laid out rooms with balconies. One US plug in the bathroom which could come in handy, although not labeled as 110 volt. Hair dryer, flat iron and steamer included with the room, which was great (but no iron or ironing board). Very good complimentary breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Happy hour every night where the cocktail of the day is 2 for the price of 1.
