4nights stay in the hotel rated itself as 5-star where we find that is was overrated. The hotel itself is definitely on the super great location just few minute walk from famous attraction point- Casa Batlló. Very convenient for shopper and easy access to other spot of attractions. The only one thing un-satisfactory on our stay is the centralized Air-conditioning system. We went on the cold season and the AC system was set on providing hot air in room only. Make complain to front desk and manage to off the hot air system but the best can do is switch to ventilation mood as there is no cold air option. Even so, our room was still hot and ended up we was slept with windows open so at least it was cooling at night but here come the problem of mosquitos enter to our room. Apart from point above, our stay are still consider good and hopefully the management could look into the issue.

Visited here with my partner Checking in was quick and easy Originally we got a room without a bath, but wanted a bath so went to reception and paid for upgrade. Room came with tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary chocolates. Shower and was great Bed and pillows were comfortable Fantastic location ! Firstly, please let me thank you staff behind within the reception team as the staff I came across were a credit to your hotel. I had a booking with you for 7 nights from the 10th to 17th September stayed in room 701. Arrived on the Saturday evening at about 21.15hrs checked in, The gentleman behind reception who checked us in was great first thing he said was Mr & Mrs Barrett many congratulations to you both on celebrating your wedding anniversary, that along with the check in went really well and this made us feel special. Up to room Wow !! factor was really impressed however it was like a sauna No problems we can sort it tried to play around with the settings and struggled getting temp down, plus a few sockets in the room was not working. No letter wishing us congratulations Once we unpacked, we decided to have a look around and get our bearings. popped back to reception and mentioned about the Sockets next to bed not working in room and the temperature. the same gentleman said it's not a problem he can sort out the room temperature but sockets will have to wait till the morning, ok great thank you, can we please book the spa for Sunday around 5pm if its free, yes, he said no problems its book for us. that was it. Saturday night in the room was still very hot but we managed and by the morning it was nice and cool. Sunday afternoon there was someone different on so went to collect the key for the spa and towels off we went really excited as this was our anniversary day. Nothing in the spa was working apart from the pool with bubbles, the Steam room and Sauna was not on, went up to Reception asked the team they said it should be but I assured them nothing was on. we were asked to wait around 15 to 20 minutes which will give things time to warm up but we lost the experience by then. Once finished handed key back to Reception and asked if we could book a table in the restaurant tonight we were told this is closed and the bar is closed as well. But on the web site it says open !! so our plans were going side ways instead. I also mentioned again about sockets and was told we will be on it fiorst thing monday. Went up to room and ran the bath as going to have a jacuzzi, this didn't work reported this to the same person in reception, so we got dressed and went out for dinner. Monday going out said to the team we are out now so feel free to fix the sockets and Jacuzzi and will be back later on during the day. We got back quite late and visited a few sites within your city loads of photos, so by the time we got back didn't check nothing as we were really tired. Tuesday morning completely forgot to check to see if things were working as we had a very early start and a long day. came back late evening time and once again completely tired. Wednesday, I tried the sockets again and still not working so on my way out I mentioned to the team about these and i assumed the Jacuzzi would be the same. They were shocked and thought thes

Where do I start we simply loved everything about our stay at the edition. We stayed here April 18th - 21st and the staff specifically the concierge, night bell man on the 18th and front desk were beyond helpful and accommodating. I unfortunately lost the card with their names but those three guys helped my mom and I tremendously - from recommendations, transportations and other tidbits which made our stay very special. Lou Lou on the rooftop was exceptional and actually would remember our morning order which added that extra touch of personalization and guest service. Lisa I believe was her name at the rooftop bar (evening) was also fabulous. The Edition hotel is one of my favorite luxury boutique hotels and the Barcelona one didn’t disappoint - the rooms were gorgeous, clean and well appointed. The rooftop had breath taking views and the bar on the 1st floor was great for a nightcap. On top of the service, great rooms the hotel was in an exceptional location which made exploring super easy! We spent three days here and then moved to the W and it was nowhere near the level of luxury service - quite frankly we regretted having not stayed at the Edition for our entire stay!

I was travelling for work and stayed the first half at Hotel SixtyTwo. I wish I had stayed there the whole time instead of moving hotels! Fantastic location on Passeig De Gracia surrounded by shops and tapas bars (try Vinitus it is lovely!) The staff cannot do enough for you, great breakfast and a lovely room. They upgraded me and I had a great 5th floor room with a terrace which was lovely. I also dropped my ring down the back of the bedside cabinet and it got stuck and the maintenance team did absolutely everything they could to get it back for me (which they did!) I will stay here again when I return to Barcelona!

Thanks to Anna Hotel for their great hospitality. Service was good and staffs were friendly and helpful. Strategically located, a stone’s throw away from the iconic Gaudi’s Casa Batllo, train station, popular tapas restaurants and local brands for shopping. Is a small cozy boutique hotel with a view from the room balcony. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure from the shower was good with consistent temperature, a nice hot shower was what I needed after a long day. Although I have to say, the floor tiles were stained. Overall was a good stay and experience for a solo traveler. Thanks again, Anna Hotel and looking forward to my next stay.

We stayed here ahead of a cruise. We wanted to explore Barcelona and to get over jet lag prior to our trip. This place was fantastic. Everyone that we dealt with checking in and out, baggage, elevator etc. were just beyond friendly and helpful. We did shuttle in from the airport after calling the hotel and it was an Uber at our expense which was fine for us. This person was also beyond compare, helped with baggage, waited patiently for all of our party to arrive. We got in late in the evening and he was very accommodating. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. It easily sleeps 4 and could accommodate 1 or 2 more. There is a kitchen with laundry available. Housekeeping took care of all our needs. We did use the wi-fi, we didn't turn the TV on. The apartment itself is located on a main street in Barcelona with shopping everywhere, Chanel, Louis V., Tiffany's etc. Also there are supermarkets near by. We did a hop on and hop off bus tour and the stops are within easy walking distance. There are also numerous places to eat, grab coffee, grab drinks etc. Highly recommend

The contactless check in instructions were clear and worked well except in the key locker we were given the wrong key to enter our apartment block! A bit of a hiccup and was hard to get help over the phone but after that point it all went smoothly. The apartment was clean, fresh, spacious and airy. had a balcony for every room and the beds were comfy for a group of 6 lads for our trip to Barcelona. Everything was clean and tidy and all cooking/cleaning equipment was provided. There wasnt an iron but we bought one and left it at the apartment so hopefully this is there for the next guests. The location is great, 1 block from casa battlo, and half way between the beach and la sagrada familia / park guell so it was quite central for travelling. Its only a 15-20 min taxi from the airport aswell. Turn left straight out the building and you are on las ramblas street and can walk up or down for all kind of restuarants and shops. I think some of the apartments in the block are residential and we crossed paths with them a few times and they were so lovely too, one of them helped us out when we had been given the wrong key and even let us borrow his while he went out! All in all a great stay in a great location would defo recommend.

From the moment we stepped inside this hotel we knew we had chosen the right hotel for us. The manager and girl on reception where friendly and efficient. The hotel is beautiful and although the room was small and had no view, it had everything you could require with the most comfortable bed. The shower had great pressure and although there is no kettle in the room, there is a coffee Dock on 6th floor with a fabulous roof top sun area. All staff where excellent, be aware taxis cost around €50 from the airport. Breakfast was not included but honestly there is an amazing restaurant that is2 doors down, opens at 7.30 am and is well priced and tasty. After our experience I would now have Ona hotels as my go to hotel in any area they are in.
