Nampaknya permaidani tidak dikosongkan dalam sebulan & lantai bilik mandi menjijikkan. Kami hanya tinggal selama satu malam, tetapi anda fikir hotel ini lebih mementingkan kebersihan semasa COVID-19 dan bukannya membuat tetamu merasa tidak selesa.

TTraveling TanWe enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa near Naples. The breakfast buffet and fantastic amenities truly enhanced our experience. The resort fee of $82, though, caught us off guard upon checkout. It would be great if Trip.com could incorporate this fee into the initial booking to prevent any last-minute surprises. Despite this, we’d be keen to revisit the hotel in the future. The overall comfort, along with the excellent services, makes it a destination worth returning to.

We found our room to be very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the expected essentials for the price. The service and hospitality were excellent; the facility was well appointed and the staff were attentive and helpful.
A special call-out to a select few at the hotel - Jesse and Alex at the front desk for their help and cheerful service; Cammie and her team in the kitchen who served a wonderful breakfast and kept it well stocked every morning as well as Juan for his consistent help and patience when we had difficulty with our door lock.
Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

BBrianna WiesnerWhen we arrived at the hotel, we told them it was our 10 year anniversary. They gave us vouchers for the breakfast buffet the entire time we were there, and a discount at the spa. They also sent up chocolate covered strawberries, wine, and a lovely note Wishing us a happy anniversary. There was so much to do at the resort that we decided not to leave the property entire weekend.

PPengguna TetamuNice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area. The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.

PPengguna TetamuThis place was GREAT. The location was fantastic and so close to the causeway and sanibel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The pool was unreal and the hot tub was nice too. They even come in daily to freshen your room which I haven’t seen since Covid became the excuse for less service for the same money. I didn’t see a bug anywhere. I’d stay here again without question.
