Hotel Pantai di Phan Thiet

Because of the resort’s high ratings on Trip.com, I arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, my stay was somewhat disappointing. The Positives: The resort is beautifully landscaped with plenty of greenery, making walks around the property very relaxing. The welcome drinks and breakfast beverages were fresh and delicious, and most of the staff were friendly and supportive. The Negatives: Check-in & Check-out issues: Despite arriving late (around 6 PM), I had to wait a long time for them to find an available room. I was also asked to either leave a deposit or let them hold my ID. Worse, upon checkout, they refused to return my deposit immediately, stating I had to wait until the next day. Disappointing Breakfast: The breakfast selection was limited and lacked flavor. It was disappointing enough that I only ate there once. The worst thing was the lack of security. Even though I had locked two locks from the inside before going to sleep, the cleaner was still able to open the door and walk in. When I checked out, the manager tried to explain it away, but it felt incredibly unsafe and completely different from any other resort I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel's hygiene conditions do leave room for improvement, as there were quite a few mosquitoes and flies in the room. While it's understandable that the hotel is located in a suburban area where insects are inevitable, and the hotel does provide mosquito repellent spray and related equipment, it still had a significant impact on the stay experience. The hotel is in a rather remote location, quite far from the city center. However, it is conveniently close to attractions like the Red Sand Dunes and the fishing village. In terms of service, overall the staff's performance wasn't particularly outstanding. Some staff members didn't smile or greet me as I passed by. That said, the front desk staff were commendable—they were friendly and dedicated to solving problems. As for facilities, for a resort hotel, it can be considered well-equipped, with a variety of recreational amenities. However, some facilities are a bit outdated.

Amazing resort smacked in the middle of the Mui Ne Desert. Staff and concierge were very understanding, helpful, and went beyond to spare me a charger when I did not have one. Check-in/out processes were very smooth and easy. Let's not forget the amazing view of the rooms and the sea.

Decided to choose Allezboo Beach Resort & Spa for our stay based on some recommendations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and service was impeccable. During out stay, we had to leave the resort really early for a day tour and mentioned that we might not be able to make it back for breakfast. The receptionist readily offered to prepare and pack us a breakfast box to go which we really appreciated. The rooms were big and spacious, and facilities such as the swimming pool, walkways and gardens were clearly well maintained, making it a very enjoyable experience. There were some wear-and-tear noted in the bathtub and metal structures around the room (door handles, chairs, cabinets etc), possibly as the accommodation was right by the sea. Good sea view and the beach was very easily accessible from the resort. However, there was nothing else much to do nearby (apart from chilling by the beach) and we had to take a Grab out for food. Overall still a quiet and relaxing experience!

Hotel is smaller, but beautiful. Room was nice as well, a bit pricey for what it is. Elevators are old, small and easy phones don’t really work. Waiting staff is kind, especially the pool staff. Manager at the desk isn’t friendly, I was trying to clarify something and while asking she’s just shaking her head no the whole time not listening to my question. Kids club was meh- Food is expensive, but not very good. Overall I would stay here again if I had too, but not my top choice.

Отличный отель в самом центре Муйне. У нас был номер делюкс на первом этаже с собственной террасой ( я так поняла в старом корпусе), все прилично - номер не новый , но все работало. По приезду в номере все украшено цветами и встречали с фруктами ( мелочь, а приятно). В номере все необходимое есть: постель и полотенца белоснежные, халаты, зонт, сланцы, водичка 2 бутылочки небольших, чай, кофе, принадлежности для душа, фен, пляжные полотенца. Нам не хватало сушилки для белья, но ничего- сушили на стульях на террасе. Территория огромная- все зелено: прудики с рыбками, цветущие растения. Два больших бассейна - взрослый и детский, бар на берегу с нормальной ценой. Отличные завтраки! Лежаков на пляже не хватает, приходилось занимать рано утром в 5-30, ну уж как есть. В остальном: красота , чистота! Рядом с отелем много кафешек, аптек, магазинов. На массаж ходили в Moon spa: перейдя дорогу, направо , пройдя 2 минуты - прям рекомендую! Отель рекомендую, классный: уже скучаем 👍🔥❤️

Очень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят. Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом))) Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно. Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти. В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

Beautiful & green resort, good F&B service from staff at restaurant nearby the pool & beachfront , careful pool attendants. Breakfast is variety of choices, service staff is not actively clean my table, just standby at the corner supervising around with doing nothing, I have had brought used tablewares to him/her several times, unfortunately and badly they all ignore my action without improving :( Check out is very slow at noon time with very hot lobby, should set up some electrical fans.

Nice enough bit a bit run down. No hot water and when I did run the shower a tap under the sink started leaking water all over the floor. The swimming pool was heated as well which is a bit weird given how hot Vietnam is... so no cooling off in the pool after a long day riding the motorcycle. Nice enough for a one night pit stop but you'rld be disappointed if you booked for longer.

Отель уютный, очень не большой. Персонал любезный, заботливый. Завтракать лучше через дорогу в фошнице, или кофейне С круассанами , пойдя 300 метров вправо)))) пляжа как такового нет, бассейн на четверых) но мы приехали с собакой, поэтому на все ,, но,, закрыли глаза. В душевой проблемы с функционалом смесителей и у нас и в номере наших друзей..... Жить можно, но отдыхать не очень....))))
