The air conditioner was too noisy, not a consistent white noise, but rather intermittent bursts. Also, there's no room service. However, the facilities seem to be renovated, and the location is very convenient.

Hotel is at good location. Room was clean. We smell the pool cleaning chemicals as soon as we entered the hotel. They need to fix that.

The location is great, close to everything and Old Quebec. Good customer service. The room was very nice. The pool area is beautiful, but the water in the pool is cold and there were a lot of children in the hot tub, so we couldn't enjoy it, even though I chose this hotel specifically for the pool. We frequently book hotels with pools, and this one has one of the coldest we've encountered so far.

The spa wasn't working; we could never find the button to turn on the jets. As for the bed, it was absolutely uncomfortable, very hard, and I'm pretty sure it was a box spring rather than a mattress. We didn't sleep a wink all night.

What I disliked the most was, during my final walkthrough before leaving, we found a small sock ball under the bed. Also, I don't know what happened, but there are rust-colored streaks in several places on the walls. The bathroom definitely needs an update, though the shower was good. The air conditioning is very noisy. Even when ours was off, we could hear the AC units from other rooms.

The hotel was really quiet and good. The spa and pool were really enjoyable; my kids loved them. I will probably try again.

Location, location, location... Very well located, with quick and easy access to the Montmorency Falls, Ile d'Orleans and the old Quebec. Great service, rooms were clean. The major annoying thing was a very loud A/C (but fortunately for us, nights were cool enough that we did not need it turned on overnight). Some broken things not fixed (loose toilet paper holder) and a very small shower. The bathroom would benefit from adding hooks/towel holders and or shelving (there is none and lots of room to add them). The pool also had some fixing (railings and loose tiles) and needs more lights. All that said, I would definitely go back.

It was very clean and the location was very pleasant, but there was a heatwave in Quebec and the pool is half glass, which created a greenhouse effect in the pool area. It was over 35 degrees Celsius in the room.

Hello, here's our hotel review. Our room had no air conditioning and absolutely no Wi-Fi. We requested extra washcloths for the second day, but none were available. This whole experience was very strange; we are extremely disappointed with our stay at the hotel. It was too hot in the room. There was no control to adjust the air conditioning, and the outside temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. Do not choose room #343, as you will regret it. Think carefully before booking this place... Have a good day everyone.

We enjoyed a lot. Polite staff and great service. Tim Hortons and McDonalds next to the hotel if you like their coffee in the morning.

We had a short but fantastic stay as i got a chance to get some rest.slept well at night

It was great, clean, and they also have a restaurant that delivers to the room.

Service was not great, didn't live up to expectations. Lacked regular cleaning.

It was okay for one night sleep :) they have a nice swim pool but we couldn’t try it.
